- Reviews:This store is not clean. Many of the aisles and shelves looked like this. With that being said, I was helped by a kind, female employee. She went to the back to retrieve a gallon of distilled water. Many thanks to her.By Virginia B. Garrett-Cannon (11 months ago)Store was overall really clean and organized, of course there was a lack of staff but with the way things are these days I appreciate any and all employees that were there. Many great new items and the kitchen and small appliance section which definitely save me money for the same items I planned on purchasing elsewhere. There were areas that were empty shelves but I believe that they are putting out the new season so I hope that everybody will just have some patience and appreciate the employees that are still working in our retail stores, thank you for being there.By Thea Kunicki (Teuská) (3 months ago)It has come. Our once a year, because we have no other choice, trek to the Walmart and I swear it’s worse every time. The inside of the stores are always trashed and Tis go round was even more horrid. We walked down an isle and there were several packages of raw chicken legs just hanging out in a returns cart warm as can be, I counted 4 half empty soda bottles stocked on the shelves where it looked like someone just got thirsty. The check out lanes were piled with all sorts of random last minute mind changes ranging from ice cream bars to underwear out of the package. I will say that the few employees I did interact with were genuinely nice so that does deserve the second store but thanks again for the yearly reminder as to why I avoid them at all costs.By Keven Skiles (a month ago)Money services wasn’t even open. The manager said no staff. I’m scared, I have a very sick pet that needs to see the vet. ASAP!!!!!!!!!!! NEED that $1000. I called another Wal-Mart. Nobody answered the phone. DISGUSTING Asked a sales floor associate for a propane cylinder. He sent my disabled 76 year old grandfather to the back of the store to the water jugs. How does that sound like propane cylinder. Needed spray lacquer. None in the store.By Tracee Jeen (3 weeks ago)A great place, full of beautiful and friendly shoppers and staff. The staff helped get to where I needed to be, to buy what I came to buy. One such staff member, had on a ‘coach’, and really knew her store, and even went out of here way to personally take me to the flashlight display!!!By Tito Lewis (a month ago)

- Reviews:Very clean, well stocked store. The collard greens were really fresh and most of the stock had not been cut off from the plant(which is most desirable). Self checkout, which I prefer, is easy to navigate. The prices, even with the increase over the last two years is still manageable when compared to the larger regional grocery chain.By Invisible Black (a month ago)The store and employees were great. The parking lot needs to be patrolled had a creepy looking guy follow me to my car and had a feeling like he was thinking about grabbing my purse. I didn’t feel safe as a female shopper outside the store.By Vicki Thake (a month ago)It has gotten worse. Over ran. Dirty. Understaffed. Homeless begging. Should be a flagship of a store. For Robert street. Needs a makeover. Or a big big wake up call from a top notch consultant like me.By CJS Shannon (3 weeks ago)I was waiting on Electronics for over 30 minutes with no one present. Just to buy a simple screen protector. Associates went by me for those 30 minutes and didn’t even care if I was here waiting completely ignored. Literally the worst customer experience ever. Walmart has brought itself to a new level of disrespect to customers with this kind of customer service.By Pedro Delgado Hernández (3 weeks ago)The associates are always doing their own thing talking to each other. I can never find anyone to assist and had to grab a car filter that was on the top shelf by myself. After wandering looking for help, I grabbed a packaged windshield wiper and was able to scoot the product off the shelf to buy it. But the toy section was surprisingly zoned and clean to shop.By Guyenanh Dinh (4 months ago)

This location is very clean and have lots of good stuff. I will definitely be back!
Great selection of items! My partner’s brother was able to find a great variety of vegan options for food while we were visiting a friend. Also nice that the holiday section ACTUALLY had other holidays there instead of being bombarded by nothing except Christmas decorations/gift bags/wrapping paper (we went last month). However, it was messy beyond excuse and staff was exceptionally rude. If I was shopping alone, I’d likely go elsewhere.
Very very busy when we went. No carts in the entry way. No employees gathering the carts in the parking lot. Of there was I, didn’t see them. But I did see law enforcement with their own podium to watch who comes in and who leaves.
So that was somewhat reassuring. I will say that didn’t stop me from getting the items I needed. I will most likely visit this Wal-Mart again…as a last resort of course.
The main reason I go there is a drive up service for those of us who don’t want to be exposed to the latest varient of the covid virus. It’s a wonderful online service available to seniors. The carriers who bring our goods to us are kind, friendly and caring. They even ask if I want my eggs in the front with me. BTW, they also check to make sure my eggs are unbroken.
Good people helping me.
This location always takes for ever to check out! They have a lot of staff just not on the registers. For over a year it has not improved. They only keep a couple registers open and then self check out. All the registers have extremely long lines, you’d think it was black friday before they started having the sales online. Anyway I will mostly likely go to a different location where I can check out quicker and where the staff is more helpful and friendly.
