- Reviews:Poor customer service and they don’t even follow their own policies. Dressing rooms labeled as being open until 9 pm. Went to costumer service and they tried to say the dressing rooms were closed already (at 8 pm), but then they paged someone for assistance. Everyone working in customer service was rude, most of them were standing around doing nothing. We waited 20 minutes for no one to show up and went to find someone else who let us know they couldn’t find the keys. At least let us know no one feels like doing their job instead of having us waste our time. It was a circus! A security guard was screaming to an elderly woman “ vacate the store” and she was on a buggy because she could barley walk. I was so upset to see that he was screaming and could potentially give the lady a heart attack. In hostile situations, the last thing employees should do is panic! Also, the employees were evacuating customers from one exit and people were running out like a heard of elephants. - Reviews:Store employee named Marion- give that employee a raise! We were preparing fruit gift baskets and needed cellophane large bags take them look professional. She continued to look for them after we had all given up. She found us in the store after 10 minutes with the last two bags! That meant we were able to do all of our shopping there without rubbing to a craft store!! Thank her for us!. It enhances this location like non other. You can find the normal items and areas as the other Walmart locations. I walked to the store and came from the side and saw all brick with no blue until I saw the logo. Quite busy as this seems to be the only grocery store close by. Needs more employees as the aisles were dirty and cluttered with packing boxes and items on the floor. Shelves were in disarray. Employees are not helpful or friendly. I had a question and this employee ignored me and stayed on his personal phone. Checkout area had maybe 4 open lanes with actual cashiers. Well… I have been to this place more than once but have not return until today. I needed printer ink which Target did not have. My pictures show from that o can tell, the first Walmart that locked up mostly everything on the electronic section.
There were two registers manned. Which is a good thing and the line moved. I did talk to the manager after purchasing my printer ink and she seem young and nice. My cashier was also young and handled my request in a good manner. I did had an issue with one staff member blowing me off but she handled it.
I didn’t checked out the rest of the store.
Dumbest walmart I have ever seen because everything is locked.
Nail clipper, ear drops, eye drops everthing you need assistance but Location is very convenient. This location has plenty of electric car charging stations, designated pickup area. As this was in prime location always busy and stock on aisles will go off pretty quick. I always had tough time finding A2 milk, they have very limited stock and it is difficult to find during weekends.
They need to change the Team Lead at customer service, who doesn’t even know how to talk to customers. He simply says to call 1-800-Walmart. Their walmart App says something about returns and they don’t accept whatever walmart app says

As of today, still have a very messed up pickup area. People who wait and check in on the app are getting skipped to ppl who drive up and hunt down a busy associate. Its been like this for months now and nothing as been done to combat this problem facing many loyal customers.
Update: no response from management regarding this issue.
I usually let a lot of things slide because I am in customer service management myself and I understand the day to day struggles but not today. I drove an extra 15 minutes to buy a case for my new phone that just shipped in. I got into the electronics section a couple minutes after 9:45pm knowing exactly what I needed and where to find it. the man in the electronic section was actively unlocking a case for an older lady. When he was done, he walked right past me and I was about to turn around and ask him to unlock a case for me, but when I did he hollers “we’re closed” as he’s walking out of the electronic section. Come to find out they close at 10 PM. A male team lead approached me shortly after and said that he would try to find somebody to help me. after waiting for 30 minutes and not having an update, I decided to leave, then I see him associating with another employee about something totally unrelated. I understand that not everyone has the same access to keys and other things inside of Walmart and I highly appreciate the two women that tried to help me as much as I could. bless y’all.
Terrible customer service
This Walmart has always served me well, the staff is super nice. They usually stay stocked on groceries unless you’re looking for Hotwheels haha but other than that, it’s been a great Walmart
