We had a really yummy lunch here yesterday. I had the double cheeseburger & my daughter had the corn dog kids meal. We also tried the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and it was a good size portion with really tasty marinara sauce. My burger was delicious and big! I substituted onion rings and they were excellent. Our server was very attentive and helpful. Their rewards program is great & gives really good deals and promotions.By Holly Pike (4 months ago)The service is a little slow due to not having much wait staff, but our server was as attentive as she could be and placed our order correctly. My husband has to have gluten free, and she helped us make sure his burger had no gluten included. I had a turkey burger with the mushrooms and Swiss. The burger was seasoned and cooked perfectly! Be aware of an upcharge, not only on the Impossible burger substitution, but also on the gluten-free bun.The order came out quickly and was delicious! I really like the check out option at the table. It is a lot quicker!By Beth Lowe (6 months ago)We try to find a Red Robin anytime we are on the road traveling between basketball games and tournaments. Our boys love the unending fries and we love that they get full without them spending a small fortune. The cinnamon doughnuts are the perfect ending to every single meal!By Yolanda Rowland (8 months ago)Me and my wife have ate here at least 30+ times since we moved to greenville in 2020.
We’ve never had any issues with food or anything which is why we’ve always continued to come back.
Our first time ever getting curbside pickup and the experience was absolutely horrible.
We placed our order in the parking lot and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes.
That was cool with us. But what really ruined the experience was the bad attitude from the girl coming out bringing food to people. She asked what our name was at 7:05 when she brought 2 other peoples food out which were the only other people getting curbside.
She told us she’d go check on it for us.
Fast forward 15 minutes its now 7:20 with no update. So we politely call and say “hi I was justing wanting to check on our curbside order” the girl that was bringing food outside was the one that answered and she said “ whats the name? And then says its getting packed right now so i’ll be out in a couple minutes”
Okay cool. Fast forward 15 more minutes and she still hasn’t came out.
7:40 rolls around and she comes out but you can tell shes in a bad mood. Just hands us our food and turns around and walks away without saying anything. Well we get on the road and realize we didn’t even get the apple juice that was supposed to come with our kids meal nor did we get any silverware to eat our food with. (Didn’t realize until after we were on the highway) we didn’t turn back around it was whatever. Well then my wife grabs a fry and its stale. They taste like fries that have sat out for hours. EVEN the CHEESE on our garlic fries were stale. Hard as a rock not even slooping down if its hanging off the fries….. The rest of the fries are like this as well. And not only are they dry and stale but all of our food is COLD. How do we wait over 25 mins past when our food is supposed to be ready and receive stale cold food? We live on pelham so our drive is extremely short. Definitely not long enough for cold food.
Anyways I’m extremely disappointed and will definitely not be coming back anytime soon.
I don’t recommend anyone order curbside here.
I posted pics of the fries. Its hard to tell over pics but if you’ve ate the fries here before you know they don’t look right nor are they fresh.By Jordan McDaniel (a year ago)Went around eight pm on a Wednesday and it wasn’t very busy. Most of the burgers that come with bottomless fries run around 14.99 to 15.99. If you join the program you get a free burger and fries for your birthday. Mozzarella sticks come as a ten count. Good food and good serviceBy Cindy Mims (11 months ago)

Burgers are always delicious. If there’s a crowd downtown there will be a crowd here. Normally the wait isn’t too bad and if you’re in the mood for a burger then the wait is worth it. There are seats at the bar as well. Dining inside and outside. Clean restrooms, service has always been good. Leave room for a shake, they’re awesome as well.By Kristy Lancaster (6 months ago)Stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for parking downtown. We were seated inside after a very brief wait (3 min). Interior was very clean, with lots of patrons. Decor is industrial with modern touches. Service was quick and portions were plentiful. They have a well stocked bar, but the only warm beverage option is coffee. (We went on a brisk evening.) They have a fireplace in the outdoor patio, but it doesn’t project much heat.
I ordered the Hawaiian Punch burger (Delish!) with sweet potato fries. My son ordered What the Cluck with home fries, which he also enjoyed. Overall, we agreed that we would eat there again.
By Jenifer A (2 months ago)The food was good. I’m not sure if it was worth the price, seeing how we just ordered the basic burgers and What the Cluck (their version of a grilled chicken club. They were very busy and the wait staff was obviously stretched thin. However, our waiter did his best to refill everyone’s drinks and check in as often as possible. He was doing his best under the circumstances.
I would recommend the Burger combo which is a basic burger, fries, and a basic milkshake $17 plus tax (tea and fountain drinks are $2.25 extra).By He Row (a year ago)Not the best food experience. Bland burger & dry fries. Dinky little chicken tenders. Really pricey for what we received. We ordered carry out because it was only a one block walk from our condo. Not worth it. This is the third negative experience in a row here. From now on, we’ll skip the food and just stick to their delicious milkshakes.By Abby Smith (a year ago)I was in Greenville to catch a concert at the Peace Center. I had an hour before show so this seemed perfect. Venue is across street and easy walk. Great burger and fries, attentive staff. Beautiful evening allowed garage doors to be open to street. Loved loved loved it!By Lambros Balatsias (a year ago)

It was my daughters 17th Birthday yesterday and I picked this restaurant, because it was very good the last time I came and it didn’t disappoint. Our waitress Nicole was AMAZING and she really made us feel welcomed and my daughter said it was one of her best birthdays. Thank you, we will be back.
Had the pleasure of trying Yard House for the first time last night, and besides my steak being over cooked, everything from the service to the items included on the menu were incredible.
Not to mention their AMAZING strawberry mule. Grace did an excellent job taking care of us and it was evident she cared. That’s all a guest wants when they visit a restaurant and we so enjoyed our time because of her.
The service was quick and everything that followed was positive. We’ll be back!
Definitely high-end restaurant/bar. Absolutely loved it. Very upscale. Comfortable atmosphere. Must have is the Mediterranean salmon on a bit of kale. Would highly recommend the Caesar salad with kale. It was so good I went back the next day
We went on a Thursday evening. Parking lot appeared mostly full. We still only had about a 15 minute wait. If you are a beer connoisseur, this is your kind of place! There is a huge selection to choose from. I am not, so I opted for a cocktail. It was very tasty.
Great selection of food as well. It will satisfy most anyone for whatever mood their appetite is in….seafood, steaks, burgers, salads…they have it all.
For appetizer we had spinach dip. It is tasty but a bit less creamy/cheesy than you usually get elsewhere. My wife had the Cobb salad with blackened salmon. Even the small is a HUGE portion! The salmon was cooked perfectly! Tender and delicious! I had the Lobster Noodle dish. It was great as well. The noodles are like a ramen- spaghetti hybrid.
Last up is dessert. We chose the cheesecake brulee and the bread pudding. Cheesecake is rich and the brulee crunch kicks it up a bit. The bread pudding is out of this world delicious! They were out of anglaise sauce but still served the dessert. With it being this good I have to go back to compare . 😉
Our server Vince took good care of us. He Answered any questions we had and helped make decisions on what to eat. A large group came in (60+ people). Instead of management giving this group a couple of dedicated servers, they had servers including Vince care for this group as well as the tables they already had. This was destined for disaster. Even with this added weight to a busy night he made sure we were taken care of.
Today was our first time eating at The Yard House. Everything was delicious. I had the Vampire Tacos, so much flavor in each bite, My husband had the Mediterranean Salmon and said it was really good also. He doesn’t normally like things with kale and brocolli, but said mixed together was delicious. I also had the sunset sangria & my husband had the pink dragon maragarita! Both were delicious! Great service, great atmosphere! We will be back & highly recommend!
