I helped a friend with his laundry otherwise I likely wouldn’t have gone into the place. It’s not a huge facility but I think Cheyenne needs more laundromats. This place was busy but not so much that there was a wait. The machines worked well and the place was quite clean. They had soaps/detergents, fabric softeners, etc available via vending machines and even a TV an old CRT type to watch whilst waiting for items to dry/wash or I suppose folding clothes. I couldn’t tell you whether or not the prices were competitive with other places as I’ve not had the opportunity to use other places for a while. There was an attendant present working diligently, cleaning the machines after people had used them. I was impressed with her. She made the children that were about to use the machines like playground equipment stop their nonsense. Utilizing tactful few words that were not offensive or mean. That was cool. Unfortunately went down hill. And some of these customers have no respect for others. It’s very simple if you make a mess clean it up.
These customers are grown adults with a mentality of a 3 year old. I will no longer come here your business is a reflection of your attitude which is poor.

Everybody needs a good dry cleaner for those special items or times when a regular wash and dry just won’t do, after trying 4 other dry cleaners, i found Deluxe Cleaners who is not just good, but great, they cleaned and pressed a suit and sport jacket in a day, did NOT double crease my slacks and delivered on time with awesome customer service. The price was higher than I expected but well worth the results delivered. Are you kidding me? Then it’s almost a week before your clothes are dry cleaned. I will be going else where from here on out. Place is expensive and they don’t even dry clean or do alterations properly. Clothes dont even look like they have been dry cleaned. Staff is just there. They get very rude when a person asks a simple question. So the day of the wedding, I found these guys on Google, they were open 15 minutes before they said they would be, and at a completely reasonable extra charge, they rushed pressing and dry cleaning her dress, they did an amazing job, they were so nice! This laundromat is by far the best one I have been to ever since the new owners took over. It is being remodeled right now with new machines, it has new paint, the the floors will be done next week. The people here are very friendly.
My husband takes his uniforms here , his employer pays for them, but man do they wash them like s****t. They charge like $9 per uniform which is alot of money! But im sure they use the least amount of soap and no hot water cuz the uniforms are still dirty and smelly when he picks them up! When ive washed them at home they look 10x cleaner, as a matter of fact most his co workers say the same thing and they wash their own at home because this laundromat doesnt wash them right, but they sure love charging $9 per uniform. Ridiculous
This is the best laundromat in Cheyenne. Brand new machines and newly remodeled. They have plenty of options for load size and the attendants keep things tidy!
Used to be a little dumpy but still the nicest place in town and with great service. Now they have remodeled and the place is clean and new but the service and convenience is gone. They used to make change with a debit card to use the machines, and now they don’t do that and they don’t have an ATM and the staff here today was quite rude about it.
First time in tonight due to a broken dryer at home. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the service and cleanliness of the facility. I have never been to any other local laundry mates but I can say, compared to the others we have been to in our home state, this one blew it out of the water. Sandy and Brittany were great and didn’t turn us away when coming in ten minutes before nine to use dryers. Will definitely continue to return until our dryer is fixed and refer others! Wow!
