Good people. I would use the Washing Well (Kmart plaza). Unfortunately, their boiler broke down and they were waiting for it to be replaced. I felt bad for them but needed a good clean hot water wash so I checked out LaundroMagic and was glad I did. The place is spotless, the machines look new and the middle-aged woman there was great. I went back for the third time this past Sunday and once again, the same woman was there and I think the other employee was her daughter. They were scrubbing the place clean and were happy to direct me to the appropriate sized washer (I was going to use one that was too big for what I needed). The prices are pretty much the same as any of the ‘nicer’ laundromats not to mention, the dryers are free so it kind of balances in the end. The staff was very observant so I felt comfortable running an errand while the cycle ran. The lady working working there was beyond rude. Had me waiting for 10 mins to even ask if I needed help, then didn’t wanna take my comforter, said it’ll take to long. She wouldn’t weight my bag. Then I said okay thank you! Then she walked away and started talking about me thinking I left, saying ” these people always want things done today or want something”
When you work with people you need to have respect and be kind! If you don’t like your job please just quit.

I personally love this laundromat. It’s clean and usually not too busy. There’s more than enough washers and dryers. They are touch screen and have loads of options. You can either pay via mobile or pay with coins. They have an app called speedqueen which you install and deposit funds. I am only giving 4 stars because there is no attendant in the laundromat Incase you have any questions or concerns. There is no restroom or sink to wash your hands. There’s plenty of tables to fold your clothes if you wish. They have plenty of seating and the areas are divided. I suggest you wear your masks indoors as it’s not the biggest laundromat. Overall I highly recommend this place. Give it a try.
P.S the dryers are not free but I find they are decently priced and they dry very well so with 3 bucks that’s more than enough for all your clothes.By Glory Alyce (11 months ago)It is nice and clean, and depending on the day and time, it’s not crowded at all. Hours are great, broken appliances are fixed really quick. A bit on a pricey side, but with it. I appreciate a business that takes pride in what they do. Nice laundromat. Clean place with friendly staff there to help. Dry your laundry for FREE when you wash here. Detergents, fabric softner, dryer sheets etc available to buy. Try out the massage chair to take away the stress n relax while you do your wash.
Regular at this place. Nice staff who try to keep it as clean as possible with the kind of traffic they get through here. They do a great job.
The place was better conditions before few years ago, hey friend need to repairs almost all the big washer .
