We tried this out because the food on their Instagram looks great and it’s not so far away from my location.

At lunchtime, the restaurant was almost empty – so there was no warm kitchen smell. Just chilled seafood. And because it was so empty, there wasn’t much atmosphere.

    The staff were really friendly.

The food came out and it was nice. I’d definitely eat it again although I don’t think I’d go back. It’s maybe on the more expensive side. And if I did return i’d try at a different time of day for a bit more atmosphere.

I’m just going to mention this because as we were sitting there people were coming in and asking if there were vegan options. The staff were being really kind trying to offer options but I would not recommend this place for vegetarians or vegans. Lot of seafood choices and some meat.

Natalie was an exceptional waitress, with her recommendations and overall energy. The food was exceptional and cooked and served to perfection. I’d say the jerk bream was more like bbq flavoured bream but it was still divine. The highlight was that brulee though!

Amazing seafood place, every dish is made with a twist, super delicious! Team is very welcome and friendly. Cherry on the cake – yogurt sorbet dessert – and they are dog friendly!! We will be definitely coming again!

Good food, service and atmosphere. Interestingly, some dishes were seasoned/garnished with Japanese ingredients such as maitake mushroom, perilla. Enjoyed their unique Japanese fusion. New potatoes with truffle butter, Lyon bread with smoked cod roe paste were our favourite. Not only seafoods, they also serve a steak but it was a bit of disappointment as half of it was thick layer of fat.

Fantastic dinner. Everything was so good and went so fast that I didn’t have time to take any picture! Their special: monkfish tail, was one of the best things I ever ate in my life. Our waitresses were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and we’ll certainly be back!

We just popped in for a quick lunch before our train and definitely regret not staying longer. It’s such an amazing place, hidden inside a train station. Very unassuming from outside but once you enter it’s a great decor and ambiance. If you love fish and seafood this restaurant should be on your list. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Great choice on the menu. Wonderful food …loved the location as part of the railway station . Great service Will return when I’m back that way. Thank you for a lovely meal.

My wife, God-daughter, and I had a perfect evening at Dennys Lobster & Oyster Seafood restaurant- our very first visit!…. I for one very impressed with all aspects at Dennys – rather a novelty at first site within the location ( on Chislehurst railway station) and inside the restaurant with its ‘quirky’ decor, fittings and interesting old time maritime framed wall paintings along with all other period furnishings. Although not totally spacious in floor space ( originally part of the station!), I found an embracing cosiness and a warm welcoming reception from very friendly staff and owners. Thank you to the kind generosity of staff with their efficient service and in looking after us so well, and who also took photos of us at our table for memory keepsakes. Also to passing useful information about the adjacent parking alongside the restaurant and station. The seafood was absolutely memorable and delicious in every way – professionally cooked and presented. I myself a big seafood lover, I praise the food admirably. The atmosphere nicely balanced with the Spanish music in the background too. We arrived at Dennys at 1900 pm and left very happily at around 2030pm more than satisfied. More customers were begining to arrive later with nearly all tables taken. And yes 👍, we will definately return. All the very best to the owners and staff at this delightful restaurant – and thank you so much for your warm kind hospitality and brilliant seafood.🦀🦞🦐🦪 Chris.

An amazing environment, had our anniversary there and the service was second to none, food was amazing and the atmosphere was so warm, thanks for the free shots, we will surely be back again.

The food was really tasty, not amazing but good value for money, would of been nice if it included some sides and not paid extras. We enjoyed the starters and the time between starter and main was well balanced. We weren’t asked if we wanted more drinks when ours had finished and nobody checked on us throughout the meal, the service was slightly disappointing but it was busy. We came for our anniversary and enjoyed ourselves, unfortunately we got so hot upstairs that we cut the meal short and left as we felt uncomfortable, the AC units were available but not turned on. Would try again and hope for a more comfortable experience.

I love the way they handle their fish.

It’s the one and only fishmongers in Broadway market, but the care and attention they give to the fish add so much freshness and flavour. All fish is handled with love.

Their selection of fish is impressive given that it’s a tiny place.

The fish is alway fresh and we’ll presented.

We love going there to buy something special to cook.

We bought fresh mackerel and monk fish today.

Purchased a few dozen fresh oysters recently – some from Whitstable and a dozen from Jersey. Highly recommended.
Also got about 250g of seaweed.

A lovely fishmongers that have a range of seafood.
    Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great, knowledgeable staff, a bit of banter, extremely fresh fish (they also stock a load of top notch restaurants). Lots to like. Also interesting fish like gar (pictured) and gurnard. Some interesting wines too, both natural and classic French. Not cheap but of high quality

Really great fishmonger for fresh seafood. I’ve been here many times to get scallops, fresh salmon, prawns, seafood stock, mussels, clams, and many other fresh seafood. It’s a bit expensive but you get really good quality .

A knowledgable, honest and hardworking business. Open throughout Covid, sourcing direct day boat, sustainable fish from UK waters. Always open for advice, good humour and stocked with enough cloudy breakfast wine from far and wide to keep you though the dark days. The fish is clear eyed, solid and red gilled. The guys are always up for cutting the fish to suit your plan, or offering suggestions if you get a bit lost. Great oysters. Great daily fish. Good people.

Some of the best fish I’ve had. Simply served. Fresh on the day am sure. Crab was literally the best I’ve had. Sardines fantastic. Mango prawns. Spent £50 between two of us because we had about 7 plates after a 20km walk. Would eat every week if I could. Brilliant value for money. Thank you

What a gem! The seafood was divine – whether it’s a pit stop from cycling or walking or you drive to go here specifically, it won’t disappoint! The curried, mango prawns were incredible – I can’t stop thinking about them!

A great discovery! Following a 2h bike ride from London we stopped here to eat. It was absolutely delicious!! The “tapas” size are quite large so I’d recommend ordering a few of these and sharing with friends/family. What a highlight of the day 🌞😀

Good place to hang around and beer, Oysters. But Oysters wasn’t fresh. Ambiance is good. Near by is a water body, a lake within 10 minutes drive. Good spot for a day picnic.

The food is unMatching. Absolute simple and delicious.

And i love the way they communicate with customers, like the Big guy with Apron on has excellent body language and dealing attitude. Chefs are on their toes to give nothing but best.

I asked for 4 and got 6 Sardines. 🙂 best part was they were fresh. The whole menu is a treat when it comes with well behaved people behind the counter. I’ll come again with my Mother ❤️
