We wandered into NAMA during our stay in Ashland. The raw bar menu is well curated and good for sharing. We ordered almost the entire menu and everything was so delightfully delicious, highlighting the freshness of the ingredients with clever infusion of asian flavors. The oysters from northwest are briny and packed with flavors. Also highly recommend the tiger prawns, King salmon, and poke bowl. But you really can’t go wrong with anything. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

As I sit here devouring yet another crab + lil shrimp roll after 18 oysters, I can’t help but close my eyes in such delight over the sophisticated, beautifully complex flavors of Nama. Make sure to chat with Luke about his ingredients and thought process; you’ll instantly understand how special this place is. Kelsey (drinks extraordinaire) adds such a warm touch to this spot!

Best way to experience this place is as a party of 2, sharing all iced bentos (the ikura is TO DIE FOR) and plates available on the menu. TRY. IT. ALL.

They just recently launched an oyster + sparkling wine HH. Take advantage.. it’s a great introduction to the simple, clean + modern space, but believe me when I say it’ll leave you craving EVERYTHING on the ever-changing, seasonally appropriate menu.

This place is a gem. The chef, Sara, is amazing. Really lovely and unusual flavors and very fresh tasty seafood. Friendly also. Caleb, our cook, kindly got a bunch of shells together for us for our garden. Intimate location, and lined with several species of wood.

The absolute best oysters I’ve ever had on the Oregon coast! Nothing comes close to these beauties! Don’t let me forget about the shrimp cocktail! We got that to go, recommended by our server as a great Bloody Mary mix. It was amazing!

This was our first time dining here. My husband and I both got Po Boys (oyster sandwich), he got a glass of chardonnay, I got the rose, and we also ordered clam chowder to go! The sandwich was incredible – you can’t go wrong with oysters from the cleanest bay in the world. Amazing atmosphere, great prices, friendly service, and very clean. We’ll be dining here again!

I’m an oyster girl. I’m always trying to find the BEST oysters wherever I go… these are the bomb!!! They are salty & overwhelmingly delicious. I was so happy with my oysters!! I also got the fish tacos, which were so yummy. I took a bite of my husbands oyster po boy & the sauce was so tasty. EVERYTHING I had there was great. Service was amazing as well. 10/10 recommend! I ate my raw oysters so fast I didn’t take a picture 😂 pics included are the fish tacos and oyster shooters that we ended our meal with !!

🦪🦪🦪 I got two dozen beauties!

These things are fresh and SALT BOMBS! Be ready for it with a beer close by. The pilsner was a perfect complement to cut the sublime salty sea slurps. Eat an oyster, sip a beer x 24.

Really really quick service. Everything came out super quick, and we ordered a lot! Loved it all:

Fantastic menu and food. Service was great. Each dish was well thought out and absolutely exceptional. The only downside is that the dishes are very small. I think we ordered two appetizers, two “main” dishes and were still hungry afterward.

MAKE A RESERVATION. $1 Happy hour oysters, with their homemade sauces were amazing! This place is BUSY and a bit small inside so my tip is to plan ahead and make a reservation for the 5pm spot. The food was incredible, we got the Dungeness crab toast, hamachi crudo, and mini baguette. 10/10 for the food and service. We will be back

What a wonderful dining experience! I enjoyed the best meal I have had in a long time. Every dish was unique and beautifully prepared! I loved the cara cara orange salad with castelvetrano olives. The Mushroom Toast was savory and my favorite! The Shrimp Bun and sea salt fries was served as my main entree. We also shared a plate of oysters that were very fresh. The menu changes frequently, so the next time I will get to try new menu items. The server was great and I appreciated her recommendations. This was a great place to celebrate a birthday! I cannot wait to return.

The view was beautiful. Well worth the visit alone….now it very close to the airport..so the plans are fun conversation interrupters….the food was good although my grits were more like cornmeal, it tasted good a little different from what I’m used to in the south. My companion loved his crab Louie. WE enjoy the shrimp cocktail..big and cooked well. The oysters were ok..fresh but not very flavorful.

Beautiful view of the Columbia River on north marine drive in Portland. Great seafood choices. Indoor and outdoor seating on two levels- plus bar seating and giant windows to enjoy the boats on the water. Everything on the menu is delicious- priced accordingly but not unfairly. Upscale but relaxed atmosphere. Valet parking. Wonderful but very pricey cocktail menu.

Wow great meal, great atmosphere, and fantastic service from Theo! Sitting on the deck was wonderful with an 80 degree evening and beautiful sunset. My wife had the scallops and shrimp and I had the grilled ahi tuna. Both were delicious and even better with the tasty margaritas.

Went for my Mother in-law’s Birthday and it was really great! The waitress was so fantastic. Super friendly to my son as well as great with everything else.

The food was delicious and pretty tasty drinks as well.

I was greeted warmly. Jade was our server. He gave us exceptional service; great pace. Knowledgeable about menu. Food was good. Tried old fashioned with Buffalo Trace 🙂.
Lemon drop is exceptional with huckleberry flavored vodka.

Such a great place down on the bay front. I am not a seafood lover but this place has it going on. From the time you walk in you know it is going to be good. The blood orange mule was superb. I went out of my white fish comfort zone and got the tuna. What a great choice. Tasted both halibut dishes…delicious. The crab cakes were perfect. If you love seafood this place is an absolute must if you are in the area.

Delicious! Very pleased with the variety of menu options, including plentiful selections of gluten free and vegetarian. The seating gets a little tight, but the full front of the restaurant opens to the sidewalk. The peach-halibut is our new favorite, now we have to start grilling peaches with halibut at home! The Brazilian Stew was also delicious (I didn’t think it was at all spicy but had good flavor and lots of seafood). Even got crab cakes to cook at home for dinner; their whole fresh fish selection looked fantastic. I will definitely go here again when we are in town.

Best Fish & Chips I’ve ever had. Hubby had the Grilled Hoisin Black Cod. It was awesome! Try the Spicy Margarita. Very good! The Espresso Orange Flan -excellent! What more can I say! It was all great. Service was above average and the view from upstairs added to a great dinner.

Basically, you just pay for the view. Second floor has a view of the bridge which is very nice. Since there is a service charge of 20% include to the bill so the service was just average. We ordered crab cake which is very salty and serve with tar tar sauce that also salty. The fish taco is nothing special. Some breaded fried fish and some homemade coleslaw which again with some sourkraut or something sour. We order slider beef for the kids. It came out beef was burnt and bread was burnt. We asked for replacement which is still both burn beef and bread (see pictures). Kids meal came with fries.
The salmon king plate was yummy but not wow. The salmon its medium rare ( raw in the middle) stated in the menu. The sauce and spaghetti was great. Overall, nothing really special about the place beside the view.

Nice spot. Service was very good. They’re across the street from the marina so the view isn’t ideal but nice. The crab cakes should have had more crab…we did the appetizer version which were $10 each. We also had the king salmon which was very good. It was $33. I was between 3 and 4 stars on this review.
