First time in this town. A sandwich platter was ordered for a funeral at 10:00am same day. Normally they would require 24 hrs notice. They made an exception & had it ready by 3:30pm instead of the 4pm original given for pickup. Heard several people say they were really good. Would recommend.

I can only give Walmart 2 stars. It has to do with their lack of customer service. It isn’t cause they don’t have the staff there to handle it. Adding all the self check registers has made their employees lazy. While the customers are doing their jobs, they stand around talking. I love self check out, except when I need help. It’s like pulling teeth to get help. It’s like we, the customers, are disturbing them.

It’s Wal Mart. But it’s better in one definate way over other Wal Mart stores I’ve shopped…there are actually employees in the store you can ask for assistance! I’m hoping that’s not just a seasonal thing, time will tell. Other than one woman working the electronics area being a rude know-it-all (who was getting upset I didn’t want to listen to incorrect information she insisted on trying to tell me) everyone I talked to working there was pleasant and helpful.

Fairly easy to get the truck in and out of there. They have actual parking for trucks/RVs, and I was able to get everything I needed and a few things I wanted.

Walmart needs to seriously consider limiting the amount items customers can take to the self-checkout line. The lady behind me had a basket full of items and should have been told to go to a regular checkout line. They just don’t realize that having a basket full of items holds up the line and inconveniences other customers. Please do something about this.

Out of date produce in my pickup order on June16th.
Already turning brown, soggy lettuce. The cost is not the issue, after holding on the phone for a refund I was finally issued the $2 credit. But the aggravation of not having a salad for dinner tonight is a huge aggravation to me. AND it costs $10 gas to drive to the store to buy another bag. I will not be picking up at WalMart again….

was just in the garden center and told the lady at the register “Melissa” that I needed 2 bags of the red mulch she looked at the barcodes and said it was marked out ..meaning they were out. I explained to her that there was a whole pallet and pointed to it she shrugged her shoulders and said again they were out, I told her nevermind that I’ll go somewhere else she shrugged her shoulders again and said ok. worst customer service ever!!

Clean store. Many associates all working to maintain this location throughout the store. I was able to catch a manager ensuring one of her staff members were getting their break on time. So time management is important to her, and must be to all of the managers here. Shelves were stocked well throughout. The arrangement of the departments within the store were definitely different from what I am used to, and would take some getting used to but I’m only on vacation so I give the location 5 stars and enjoyed seeing the manager making sure to take care of her team member.

We have been shopping via pickup outside of Walmart.
It seems to work great and we seem to get better deals. Why is that? If you ask for a product that is not available they will give you a compatible product at the lower price. We have not had any problems yet. I do know if you feel that you did not get what you bargain for you can call or go into the service station to correct the problem. Good luck.

My go to grocery store. I go because it’s close to my home and if I need something and don’t have time to go inside to shop I can shop online and can pick it up or have it delivered that’s same day. I also love the fact they don’t hover over me. I don’t like to be messed with when I am shopping. They is one thing I don’t like is everyone that is doing the online order don’t share the aisles with the others, they don’t seem to care to get out of anyone’s way. They are mean and don’t appreciate anyone. There is no apology or anything. Otherwise I love that store.

I placed a grocery delivery order on 9/25/22 that was set to arrive between 9-10pm. After 10pm, I received an email that my order was delayed and that I would receive an update as soon as possible. After receiving no update for 30 minutes and realizing that the store was closing in 30 minutes, I attempted to call the grocery pickup number. Nobody answered, so I called the main store line, and nobody answered that line either. I contacted Walmart Customer Service, and they could not get in contact with the store either. I had them cancel the order for me, and they were very helpful. However, I am very disappointed about the poor communication (or lack thereof) demonstrated by this store this evening. I do not trust grocery delivery from this store anymore.

There is Walmart, then there is amazing Walmart. I thought this was a brand new store, the staff tell me it is 11 years old (January 2021). The extraordinary size and combined comfortable isles, lend for an easy shopping experience. Twice, I asked in different sections of the store, where an item could be found. Twice, the staff member took me to the exact spot. Check out tie took us to a nice cashier that engaged in light chat about her positive experience working at Walmart. She was interested in where we are from and wished us safe travels.

Went to this location to pick up a prescription at around 1630. An older lady by the name of Maria called me up to the window. Maria asked if I had insurance, to which I replied no, & was immediately scared to ask the cost of my 10 day prescription. Come to find out it was just under $90.🥴 Which I was going to get regardless of the price. She was nice enough to tell me about the Good RX and applied it to my prescription bringing the total down to (drumroll please!) $21! I’m so grateful for her helping, pleasant, & understanding attitude.💕 She is very efficient, effective, & knowledgeable. I now how high expectations of all pharmacy employees at Wal-Mart!

They have different prices for different things they have varieties of chips like Doritos nacho cheese and they have four Pepsi nitro for in a pack that cost $5 something and they have different prices for different items that are on sale and also the workers hope you with anything you need help with or find an item on a show and they always ask how your day is and the people that stand outside ring a bell and have a bucket for the salvation army to donate to the celebration on

If you are able to get to a different supercenter I suggest going there before going to the one on Rogers avenue. They are doing some kind of store-wide revamp and moving everything, that is not in the grocery section, around while the store is open. Like it isn’t already stressful enough for us consumers to just get through a trip to Walmart on any normal day, Walmart decides to start changing and moving all their products around to completely different parts of the store while us consumers are trying to shop at the same time. It’s a nightmare and I do not recommend it.

Totally disappointed in the photo center. I ordered 12 simple prints and when I received them half of them had the tops of heads lopped off and 2 of them were not even the size of the prints I ordered. These photos were for my daughter’s 1st birthday. Now I am reprinting them at Walgreens because Walmart can’t get their act together. 😒

I parked outside the Outdoor Center because I needed bird seed. I saw one bag on the top shelf and found someone to get it for me, then I went to find the other items I needed. I wanted to checkout through the garden center but they wouldn’t check me out and told me to go back into the store. I did a lot more walking than I wanted to. I was sweating by the time I got to my car.

We were looking at the coolers today and noticed that whoever had stocked the shelves did not do it correctly and had coolers lined up on the shelf with the price under it as $32.84. Since there were 5 lined up there, it wasn’t a case of a customer having put one back in the wrong location. We asked to talk to an employee regarding honoring the price that was listed under the coolers and we were told it was a mistake and whoever stocked the shelves had made a mistake or the price sticker had been pushed over into the wrong area or it had overfilled into another area and we could not have it for that price. We went back and forth and asked to talk to the manager (Ryan, Im sure spelling isn’t correct because it was a woman). We stated that it was clearly a store error and not a customer error (to which they agreed) and they still refused to let us have that cooler for the $32.84 but said all they could do was let us have it for $60. We did not take it because we thought they should have honored it. I thought Walmart had a policy that if something has been placed in the wrong area/wrong price (not by a customer, but by an employee) they would honor that. I realize things fall or get rearranged, but I also know employees are supposed to keep their areas zoned so there are less chances of confusion, and there were 5 of them there, not just 1 that was out of place. We feel that they should have honored it.

Best Wal-Mart out there! My husband had a heart attack after checking out. He had our 8 year old son with him! They got him help fast and took EXCELLENT care of our son! They even let him pick out a toy to play with while he waited on me to get there. They were so nice and supportive! I would give them a medal if I could! May God bless each of them!

Since the remodel of the Van Buren Walmart and the addition of more self checkout lanes, there is only one or two cashiers. It does not matter the time of day or whether it is a weekend or weekday. I realize this helps Walmart reduce labor cost however I do not work for Walmart. I should not have to scan and bag my items to shop at your store. Walmart has become a giant retailer who has either forgotten the importance of customer service or simply no longer cares about it.

Pretty much your usual Wal-Mart with one feature I liked. They had more checker servic lanes available and STAFFED than any Walmart I have been to in two years. And they were busy but comfortably flowing.

The only reason why I will give a 5 star is because of an employee named Deshaun( if the spelling is correct). Everytime I walk in there he is always joyfully greeting customers, and singing. He always brighten my day and giving the upmost customer service. I think Walmart should value this employee more. I know he for sure holds a special place in my family’s heart. You are a very special person and thank you for making this store a better shopping experience, the world needs more people like you in it.
