I know most people do not like Walmart but they have items I can’t find anywhere else. The prices are reasonable. It just depends on what you’re looking for. They do need to have more cashier’s open. As I was paying I noticed box had a dent and I asked the cashier if there were more of the same TV in the back and he voiced that’s all they had (on the shelf) and didn’t bother checking if there were more TVs in the back. So I purchased the TV since he said the small dent wasn’t concerning that if the box were to have a hole that’s when I should be worried that is was ok. So I get home and open the TV and sure enough tv screen is shattered. So I drive back to Walmart and was refunded my money and I ask for the second time if there happens to be more of the same TV of the same kind. Since I didn’t want to make more Walmart trips elsewhere. What are the odds that in less than an hour they have the same tv in the back. I had over $400 in my basket that was checked out and the lazy checker and manager cost the store a sale. Food was decent. .menu shows a biscuit comes with the combo, so I ordered two extra biscuits. Only got one. Went to front counter and tried explaining to the employee that I ordered extra biscuits and didn’t get them, but due to language barrier, was. Ever able to get my money or biscuits back. It’s referred to as ‘The Noble Walmart’ although it’s still barely in Norman. Obviously serves them the most as Norman has 4 other Walmart locations. Staff is friendly-ish if you can find someone. Went last 40mins to closing. 44th St Western… All the employees that I interact with WERE AMAZING FROM THE HELLO& TO ANOTHER HELPING ME THEN TO ANOTHER LADY HELPING ME AND LASTI THE GUY AT SELF CHECK OUT. EVEN WHEN HE DROPPED MY stuff. He had NO reason to apologize and no he didn’t MADE A JOKE ABOUT IT didn’t need to replace it so OUT THE COLD NIGHTS AIR I WENT!;!;

It usually takes a while to get checked out and out the door.By Sheila Bickford (2 weeks ago)I went to Walmart pharmacy I’ve been going to this Walmarts pharmacy for 2 years+ and I’ve never gotten humiliated or yelled at by their pharmacy employees I went to go pick up my medicine and there was a problem but was resolved and she started yelling at me not letting me talk cutting me while me explaining and she left me there talking and left the medicine on the counter without saying anything and turned her back on me . 4 employees stand around at the self checkout doing nothing but chatting and no one can check me out at a lane when i ask? this is fine when i have 1-10 items but unacceptable when i have 50+ items. I will have to go to crest or anywhere else with some level of service next time I shop for grocerys.By kale sims (4 weeks ago)Yesterday I went to pick up the medicine (Tamiflu) for my daughter after being in the hospital and the pharmacy technician Chad and the pharmacist Heather told me that they didn’t have it that it was my turn to call because they couldn’t do it to each walmart until I got it and then she told me that if I didn’t go to other Walgreens, CVS, etc. pharmacies and call the supplier for the prescription but then today my daughter’s father is going (truck driver and carries loads from Walmart) they have already seen him in the store and he tells them what happened and from one the medicine appeared in less than 1 hour and the notice arrived to go pick it up. the fatal service with certain people and it is not the first time.By Sheila M. I mentioned it to a worker stocking items nearby and she did not seem to care, so I snapped a picture of them and told the man who checked me out. I’m tempted to see if I go down there today if they’ll have been removed.. Disgusting.. I stopped in to get a item but they were out. I picked up a 8 piece chicken. It was in the refrigerated area since the deli had closed for the day. I brought it home and heated it up and it tasted good. I picked up several other items and had no problems with the items. She didn’t try to help get a price or make it right because again they put them on the shelf.
