This Walmart actually allows Overnight parking for Semi’s!!! This is a nice change! For this reason, I stop by every time I come through and pickup my order of groceries. Love the pickup service and they are really good at this location. Better than most! Saves me time and effort and get a good start to my day!!!

Crazy how dirty this place is compared to surrounding Walmart’s. You never really notice it until you go to another store, and it looks pristine in comparison. I have also started taking pictures of certain items I purchase that I always seem to get overcharged for. That way I can just reference the picture instead of having to run back to price check. Saves time and frustration, but you know what would save even more time and frustration? Just charging customers the correct price. My only other complaint is selection. It seems whenever I want a particular item, I have to go to another location to retrieve it. You could have an extra $30-50 per week from this customer if the items I wanted were readily available. I wonder how many others feel the same…

I grocery shop with my two small kids. They’re always greeted with smiles & “happy stickers.” The store is clean and always stocked. I never have a bad time here!

Always treating you like you stole something. Either trust me to do my own checkout or have enough staff to do the checkout for me. Either way don’t ask me for a receipt at the door after paid for my stuff. It’s unnecessary. There are 100s of security cameras, use them.

Purchased 2 tvs that were not on black Friday sales, and both were broken. They would not exchange them, want to refund my card make then take days to give it back to me to be able to purchase another tv. Absolutely ridiculous that they cannot just exchange my tv and give me another instead you make me wait for a refund that takes 2-3 days to hit my card them i can buy another.

So I was with my one year old and I showed up at Walmart at 10 PM and I got almost a full card of groceries and I had to get hair clips and it was very important that I get them for a personal reason it was the last thing I had to get and I got it last because I got all of the food first since it is in a separate section than the food. As I literally am at the hair clip aisle a Walmart worker tells me that their register is closing within two minutes which that’s definitely not true because there were people in front of me at the end of the store still shopping around and it takes longer than two minutes to get down to the register. So I said OK and I went down the haircut isle and he said “So that means that you need to turn around and go check out right now” in a rude voice so I just left my full cart of groceries there and I said you know what I’ll come back tomorrow I only had to get one more item. And why are the Walmarts not open 24/7 I mean they’ve been 24/7 my whole life????? And why at night time is there only one cashier I mean you’re pretty much forced to check out your own items and when I have a cart full of items and a one year old with me it’s extremely hard to check out my items and watch him since none of the carts have buckles that work anymore.

I don’t understand why this store isn’t back to being open 24 hours! Everything is back open we are not under any restrictions the virus is continuing to spread but not even a mask mandate so what is the point in closing at 11? This was the only store that you could go to to get food, diapers I mean medicine for your children and now everyone is left to search convenience stores and pray what you may need in the middle of the night they have! And what makes this worse is they’re not open 24 hours anymore so what is the problem with keeping the shelves stocked? Maybe it’s because they don’t have the time to get it done closing at 11pm but still barely any registers open! They have more secret shoppers than regular workers maybe have them lend a hand & stock some shelves while they just stare at whoever they decide to follow 🤷‍♀️

I absolutely hate this Walmart. It is always so packed and all the employees seem so rude. I understand not liking your job, but that doesn’t give you an excuse to be rude to your customers.

The curbside filling employees seem like they are trained to be extremely rude and pushy. At first I was okay, because it is meant to be a fast paced job, but come on…they are getting out of hand when they crash into the side of your cart to get past you (which has happened several times) I go to the store with my mom and my uncle who has special needs, and everyone is always so inconsiderate of our situation. Meaning, my uncle doesn’t know any better to move out of the way for those pushy employees, so I have to help him move over, which might take a few moments. The employees always seem less than impressed with his being in the way. It seems like Walmart has sacrificed compassion and general kindness for effeciency.

I would give it 5 stars but at night they could have at least 1 or 2 back up cashiers as well as both self checkouts open. The lines start backing up quick and you end up waiting awhile. The two people they have working registers work incredibly hard but look overwhelmed. Shelves are stocked as good as they can get them, they can’t help the supply chain issue.

I hate this store. It is the worst one I have ever been to. I am not alone in my opinion of it either. Have talked to many other patrons and they say the same. They treat everyone like they are criminals. Foolishly follow people around in the store and are quite obvious about it. A bald headed man looked at women’s hair dye right beside me for 20 minutes until I said something to him. Then he was peeking around the corner at me. Absurd. But then they expect you to use the self checkout and trust you to check yourself out. It’s ridiculous to say the least. I’m not returning.

The Bakery did an amazing job on my daughters first birthday cake and smash cake. They were so kind and asked lots of questions about flavors, icing types, ect. Had it ready on time and even put it in the buggy for me and checked it after. Super great experience ❤️ Also great price and friendly people. They took the stress out of the party.

The pick up system they have is by far the best around. I’ve never had them not have what I ordered and they get it out to you in just a few minutes. Devin was awesome and very quick!!

Easy to find. Plenty of parking. The store was clean. Prices were reasonable.

They are getting better at having their shelves stocked, compared to 6 months ago. The parking lot is a pain & you might easily find yourself at a dead end. There is no gas station but the parking lot is almost set up as if it has one. The prices are higher than this time last year but they are mostly cheaper than any other store. The app has a tendency to ring up the wrong or incorrect amount then what is marked on the shelf (I use the scan & go feature and have had a . 5oz box of milk duds ring up for over 7$) so if you’re like me and use this feature check that the correct price pops up. I love the scan & go feature of the app because I always end up re- bagging my groceries at my car with my reusable (hot&cold) bags. I can scan everything with my phone, it lets me know how much I’ve spent (when I’m budgeting) & it’s a fast check out, however if you want to pay using a different method then you have saved on the app you’ll have to follow the instructions on the app. My biggest problem with the app is that if you want to use a check (which most people don’t do).

They have everything a person needs but it is getting to a place where nobody can afford to shop. There is no reason why the prices on items have doubled or tripled over the past six months except for greed.

Called and Dale G from Apparel answered . He took the time to look up product that I was inquiring about. Very courteous and professional. Mgmt should be lucky to have an employee as helpful and friendly as him. I don’t live in West Virginia where this store is located. I live several states away but will be traveling through here over the weekend and was going to pick up an item that isn’t sold where I live.

My Mother-In-Law was just here shopping on 11/22/2023 and she was blatantly harassed by one of your workers. She was a heavy set woman with green hair and was extremely rude. She needs fired along with the supervisor. They were both horrible to her over a bag of dogfood that was already scanned but thought she was stealing it. You need better workers with better attitudes. I am not going to come here ever again.

Very rainy plenty of guys on the lot keeping up with the customers that needed buggies. Waited in line forever because u can’t get snuff in any other aisle and u can’t see it until they bring it up to the register and for 2nd time they are out. That’s a very bad design for the only tobacco aisle in the whole store. I wasn’t stopped for a receipt check that’s a plus. So I’m staying with my 4 Star review.

Ugh Walmart please actually have the garden center staff that are just standing around take care of the plants. I’m honestly embarrassed for you for the amount of dead plants in lawn and garden. There are more dead than thriving.

It was a great trip until checkout. 6pm with 1 cashier who closed her lane while we were in her line. Self checkouts had huge lines. Took a while to get a CSM up front to open a register. Checkout experience time was 35 minutes. That’s excessive, grossly understaffed for a peak shopping time. Facility was clean at least! We used the family restroom in back because my 7 year old can’t ever hold it till we get home. Bathroom cleanliness chart was even marked as recently checked. Most employees were great and had wonderful customer service skills. The only downside was being ejected from a line I was already standing in waiting. When I used to cashier whomever was in my line was waited on even when my light went out to end my shift I still cleared my line.

One of my favorite Wal-Mart’s as far as selection goes.

They’re okay. They’ve got a lot more selection than the Mason Walmart or any of these other small Walmarts that are calling themselves supercenters for some reason when they’re not even close to being the same thing. I e like Mason Walmart LOL

I can’t really give a review of the store @ this time because I met a family member there to see their new vehicle but the parking lot was clean
✭✭✭✭ By Andrea Parsons (a month ago)
It’s nothing special but there is also not much bad to say. Their biggest problem is a few of the greaters chasing you down or of the store determined to touch your receipt. Most of them do not do this anymore but this store has a couple employees that will. I don’t mind the 100s of cameras all over the store but they should come up with better ways of loss prevention. I am usually forced to do self check out because when they change shifts the cashers shut down their lanes 20 minutes til & I don’t know how long after that the next shift open. If I’m going to be forced to ring my own stuff up they should trust that I’ve done it right.

I do miss being able to take a scanner through the store with me & scan everything as I shopped only having to pay on my way out. That was their best idea but they quit that.

I’ve been shopping here for decades. I’ve never had any problems with employees or merchandise purchased from this Walmart. The meat is always fresh and never expired. The dog food is well-stocked. They always have a large selection of cleaning products- which is a must with the pandemic.
