Friend and I were driving from Virginia to NYC on a Sunday in August and stopped here for lunch. We were seated immediately. We picked outdoor seating and it’s right by the waterfront. I started with the warm apple cobbler and it was great! We had a half dozen oysters to share, and then my friend had the swordfish entree while I had the blackened sockeye salmon. Everything was amazing. I’ve had salmon at a lot of places, and would definitely rank these guys in the top 3. Service was friendly. Total with tips and taxes came to around 60$ per person.By Vipul Singh (3 months ago)If you like 10 different kinds of fish made anyway you want it cook to perfection this is the place for you. I came here with my fiancee her mother grandmother and aunt all of us from out of state were looking for good seafood and got great seafood steak and lobster with great service a chef that new the menu and how to perfect it. I would recommend this place for a date night or family dinner!!By Matt Weber (9 months ago)It’s an very great place. The waiting service was good. The wait time wasn’t long at all. Been here twice and only waited 20 minutes at most once and the other time I was seated immediately. Loved being able to draw on the table. The food recommendations were amazing. The New England oysters were really good.By Edward Sheu (5 months ago)It is a good seafood place around the neighborhood. I visited them on thanksgiving and they had a seafood buffet going on.
The items on the buffet was good but I wouldn’t say it was something extra ordinary. Among all the items loved their seafood dumplings, sushi, spring roll, mashed potato and salmon fish.
I didn’t love the oyster, it seemed a little off to me. Also I tried their turkey for thanksgiving and it had a plastic nail inside which I almost chocked. They didn’t seemed to care even after I showed them the nail. Because of this I rated this place low.
The price was around $50/person and they added 20% gratuity with the price automatically.
By Rashid Ahmed (a year ago)So glad to be back from Florida and able to get legit, lump crab cakes. We had the grilled sampler and every item was excellent. Favorites were the crab cake and the scallops, both cooked perfectly. Also had the mushroom cream sauce mussel appetizer and they were really great too.By Greg Begland (5 months ago)

Went with a party of 7. We ordered 6 oyster shooters and they took some time to arrive with understanding because the oysters are shucked at the bar. The beer selection was great; I split a flight with someone else. I got two of the sours, the Persephone was fantastic. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. However, we got two plates of fried green tomatoes ($10) one plate of calamari ($15) , and the tuna nachos as appetizers ($16). There were only 3 slices of tomato and 5 nachos on the plates which seems rather sparse considering the prices. Myself and one other person in my group were served first with the crab legs and sides. Both of our dishes were not warm when given to us. The rest of the food came out but was not served at the same time; considering the price of the food it’s hard to believe the timing of service is not better. The restrooms are only single stall and formed lines into the dining area. Overall, it was a fine fix for seafood but nothing great.By Jenna Hufnagle (5 months ago)Absolutely the best tuna sandwich I have had anywhere. Fries were okay, I mean they are just fries nothing special. The blackened grouper sandwich was delicious, felt the size of fish was underwhelming. The oysters were great as well as the seafood chowder! Loss of star due to unpleasant service. The server seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. Which happens but it’s not the customers fault. Would absolutely eat here again.By Adam Roush (7 months ago)While on my vacation in Rehoboth Beach, I decided that I would try this place for dinner. It looked rather elegant and the menu options sounded delicious. They were. The salmon I had was very good. My mother had the “catch of the day (build your own)” plate. The mac n’ cheese and the Lobster sauce were very tasty aswell. Definitely would go back.By Hailey Warmuth (3 months ago)Nice low-key location on the North side of Route 1. Good mixed drinks… only waited for a while on one round. Was in the mood for appetizers this evening so we ordered the loaded fries (highly recommend) and the crab dip. That was ok but not much crab…still overall a good experience. The waiter was personable and attentive to our needs.By Diana F (9 months ago)Ordered to go and service was great, the lady was very patient on the phone apparently there are 2 restaurants close by so she verified which one is the closest before we placed the order. The raw oysters was probably the only decent item because everything else was bland. They must have sprinkle old bay after they already steamed the shrimps ?, tasteless and the shrimps aren’t that fresh to begin with. The fish is overcooked, dry and absolutely no flavor again. Finally the oyster stew which there were a few big pieces of oysters in it but they just put them in some heated cream, is missing salt and pepper in the soup. Not sure why the high rating and for $60+, not worth it.By T C (9 months ago)

Was in the area and decided to check this spot out. I’m not a seafood guy normally, but Bluecoast Seafood Grill definitely changed my mind. For the appetizer, i enjoyed some waffle fries with crab meat, cheese fondue, and old bay seasoning (10/10). My entree were the Crab stuffed jumbo shrimp, the flavors of this dish were mouth watering. This is easily now one of my favorite restaurants and I will be going back!By Franklin Villanueva (6 months ago)Place is legit! The fried chicken with buccatini was delicious. The double burger was really juicy. And fried shrimp were out of.this world. So fresh and inventive menu. This place isn’t shy on seasoning and salt, and that’s ok. Portions are also large. They don’t take reservations so go early. And the Froze drink is killer.By Mike Verdino (3 months ago)We had an absolutely amazing experience here! Clay was a MAGNIFICENT server and made the whole experience even better! He had amazing suggestions and was all around super friendly and helpful! The environment is an elegant vibe with extremely chic design. The booths are next level comfort! The food was spectacular and to end the night the chocolate banana Pb milkshake just was the absolute perfect dessert to leave us saying WOW!By Kali Linn (6 months ago)My family visits rehoboth frequently and each time we challenge ourselves to try a new restaurant. Bluecoast was our latest stop and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is extremely attractive from the outside. It is well lit and very modern. We were greeted by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. We started with an order of the crab fries. It was a delicious and large portion that didn’t last very long at our table. I ordered the backend Mahi Mahi. The fish was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh. It came over a lovely bed of various different veggies. My wife ordered a scallop pasta dish (a current special). The scallops were large and not watery. My youngest son ordered the shrimp with friends and steamed veggies. He loved them. Everything was delicious. We would most definitely stop back in the futureBy Matt Robinson (a month ago)Totally wonderful meal. Great wait staff willing to work with us making a custom bar request, and the kids meals were great too, with lots of veggies. Definitely elevated beach dining, highly recommend.By Jason Ritterstein (5 months ago)

This is an absolute MUST-TRY. 2 weeks later and I am still daydreaming about this food!
We tried this during our vacation and were sad that we don’t live close enough to make this a regular dining spot.
The atmosphere was adorable and cozy yet still somewhat upscale. A very classy yet comfortable place.
The waiter was amazing and so polite. Really seemed to care about his job. Me and my husband kept joking that he was secretly Matt from Matt’s Fish camp. He seemed to genuinely enjoy the place and knew the menu well. Everyone there seemed like they were happy to work there. This place is managed well!!!!
They have homemade soda’s. We had the black cherry and ginger. They were delicious and such a fun addition to the menu.
The food was out of this world good! We had the crabby fries for an appetizer. They were so good we ordered another serving. I got the cold lobster roll. It was hands down the best lobster roll I have ever had. It was so delicious. My husband had the fried shrimp which was recommended by the waiter as the best fried shrimp he had ever had…. He was right. This dish was so simple and executed perfectly. The shrimp were large and fresh and so so good. You could also tell that everything that was fried was done in clean fresh oil.
All in all, I would eat here again and again.
By AJ Ayenson (6 months ago)The restaurant is very popular.
We were waiting for table 40 minutes
The drinks were ready for everyone in 10 minutes.
Dishes we had after 25 minutes of waiting.
The food was pretty good and tasty.
Cocktails were normal, can’t say that they was perfect
But peach Matt’s rum cocktail was amazingBy Маргарита Дорофеева (3 months ago)Matt’s Fish Camp in Lewes Delaware is a “must stop” every time we are in the area. The service remains excellent and the food… let me say it again…the food is delicious. Have you ever had a taste for something specific…and when you get it and it hits that taste bud, you’re in heaven?… This is what happens when we get the Ipswich clams. Oh man, they are so good here. We have tried other places but they just don’t measure up. Our daughter enjoyed the Lobster Cobb salad which was filling. I also had the Creme Brulee cheese cake with vanilla ice cream… Sorry no picture of the dessert… It was so good I ate it all before even thinking about a picture. Excellent service and food… will be back in a couple of days!By Alan Jones (6 months ago)Just wonderful!! Light and refreshing venue. Professional and friendly staff. Awesome food! The soft shell crab BLT knocked our socks off! Avocado really worked with it. Such attention to detail with everything. Typical SolDel establishment – 1st class all the way!By Mike S (6 months ago)The place is really clean and well keep. They didn’t have stuff to make a few different drinks we wanted. Our meals were served hot and were good . The only reason for the 3 stars was a combination of lack of supplies for drinks , not using fresh squeezed OJ and the fact that 12 fried clams w/fries were 32 dollars . I know that part was my fault but never thought market price for them would be that high. On another note the fish and chips were very goodBy joe thomas (2 months ago)

Everything was delicious. I did not expect my crab soup to have corn & green beans in it and I expected more crab for the price. Lemon Drop Martini was on point. Out seating has a great view of the water. Very relaxing. Great atmosphere. Got there early 4pm before my 430pm dinner reservation and sat at the bar expecting to get an app & drink for Happy Hour and was told they don’t have Happy Hour. So I just waited for my dinner reservation. Otherwise great meal, drink and atmosphere.By Rhoshina S (Jamilah) (7 months ago)Food was good, service was great. Bathrooms were nothing fancy…but they have actual faucets instead of motion sensors…huge +! I had the lobster mac and cheese. The cheese was kind of watery for my taste, but it was decent. The complimentary bread is excellent. My girlfriend got a fish…she said it was decent. Everything was very expensive. Server was very attentive, professional and social. Setting was very nice, although there seemed to be a lot of flies. The fried pickles are excellent! Whole spears fried…wait for them to cool before eating!By Christopher Corso (4 months ago)Wow! Our first time at Banks and it didn’t disappoint!! It is our 10th wedding anniversary, so it was even more special. Food was absolutely amazing and our server Amanda was top notch!! She was an absolute pleasure. Service, food and atmosphere A+…definitely give Banks a 10!!! Ask for Amanda next time you’re at Banks.By Lisa Santelli Parr (8 months ago)The old bay shrimp boil is so good and the presentation is beautiful. This restaurant’s food is amazing and worth the price. They can get a little busy and your server really will be the wager wether your experience is good. I’ve been multiple times. The food never disappoints. They have outdoor seating, right by the water is really nice. Also the inside of the restaurant is luxurious. This is a wonderful place to have a family dinner, special event and even engagement.By Tara Marie (3 months ago)I had a really good crab cake lunch, followed by creme brulee. The service was good and friendly. Sitting by the river, watching the rowers go by was very peacefulBy Kirstjen Lorenz (5 months ago)
