Lush nail bar is by far the best nail salon I’ve been able to find. I’ve been to countless nail salons and Lush is the only place to get my nails done correctly and them last. Vincent is my absolute fav tech just because of the work and designs he can do. The first time was great, the session wasn’t too long and my nails looked great and didn’t chip at all. The second time however wasn’t as good. I had a different nail tech and he seemed to almost be rushing. I got SNS powder done and because of this fast pace he opted to not use the white powder that nail techs usually put on before your actual color. And I’m not sure if this is the reason why but it’s been less than a week and my nails continue to break and chip. I usually get the SNS because it helps keep my nails strong so they don’t break and that’s how it was the first time. I even was able to play volleyball when I had my first color set but this time they’re chipping just from me doing my daily tasks. She was able to duplicate the picture I provided. One suggestion I would make is to have prices set for design and length and not leave that up to each nail technician. I understand the price for a full set and the gel polish. . . but the non-specified price for shape and design, I would have liked to know up front. Overall, job well done. Love this place! Purple and fall nails done by Jay and he did an amazing job at executing my inspiration plus shaping nails perfectly. The red nails were done by another woman who was very professional.
Also love that they for online booking. As a busy lady scheduling my appointments online after work makes it so convenient.

Britney did my pedicure and she was so cool and took her time! I love for my shape to be perfect and she did an awesome job! Now JAY !!!!! He did my nails and he did not disappoint. I showed him the example picture and he exceeded my expectations!! He was also really cool and funny! T did my sister’s pedi and eyebrows , she also had a great spirit and was funny! She knew all the songs and was singing giving us great entertainment! Overall this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon! Amazing service, color options, clean luxury aesthetics, and comfort. Absolutely incredible hidden gem in this north druid hills area. Plenty of safe parking! Made a reservation on the phone 30 mins prior and got served right as I walked in! They made it clear they’re here to help make our experience stress free — they brought the colors to us. Turned on the massage chairs, offered drinks, massages and kind words. Definitely my new spot!

I’m extremely particular about my nails and I ended up here because my previous nail salon was closed on whatever day it was that I needed them done. This was a big deal to me, as I only had one person always doing my nails & I explained this to them. I was nervous, Taylor was nervous, I was direct & detailed in explaining exactly how my nails were done. Taylor did them better than I’ve ever had them done (which, every time my nails were done, other techs would come look because they’d be a solid 10/10) and Taylor at Aqua exceeded my expectations. I’ve been coming here for over a year, never went back to my original salon. I wholeheartedly trust Taylor with the entire process, she’s incredible at her job and there’s no need to hover. The staff is patient, sweet, caring, and accommodating. I feel terrible because the people are so nice but the work they do on nails is ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. I only had my nails for a few hours and a had a chip in my gel polish. I go to get it fixed and a day later the same nail chips EVEN WORSE along with two other fingers. My nails weren’t shaped the best, the manicure must’ve been obsolete because it’s only been A WEEK AND TWO DAYS and my nails have broke, chipped, and look like I’ve had them for over 2-3 weeks. THIS SALON NEEDS TO GET BETTER GEL POLISH! Because when I was in the salon I overheard another customer coming back because of an unsatisfactory manicure that was chipping as well. All they offer is to fix it when really they need to get a clue and get better polish and a better manicure/dip powder technic. Truly one the worst experience with my nails EVER. I’ve NEVER had SNS do this in such a short amount of time! I originally thought these were great, but you can see in the picture, they are already starting to fail. Less than 2 days, SMH.
And now on 08/30/2022 they are already cracking. Ridiculous.
And to wrap up, on 9/13/2022 a little over 2 weeks since getting them done, all of my nails have peeling and chipping top coat and most don’t look shiny at all because the dip underneath is exposed, and several nails have either cracks in them or completely chipped chunks of dip off. They didn’t even get close to lasting 2 weeks.
Original post : I usually go to a local nail spot up in Kennesaw where I live but decided to set up an appt here since I was in the area. Ryan did my nails and was very nice, professional, and did a great dip manicure. For sure will be coming back! No complaints, place was also nice atmosphere inside and easy parking.

I get my nails done all the time so I know how long my nails are suppose to last, especially with dip on my natural nails. The entire time, I just felt like my nails weren’t being handled well. I was also cut by the nail drill and the stylist just said ‘Sorry.’ and brushed it off like it was nothing. After that experience in the salon, I felt very iffy about the job on my nails.
I’m not rough on nails and just after TWO DAYS my polish started chipping. As of today, (the following Thursday) my nail has completely broken. I’ve been growing out my nails for 6 months and this has never happened to me.I called and they won’t fix my nail for free because it’s been after three days. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I loved it!! I came in to get a manicure! Their scrubs for the hands are awesome! My husband got the Hawaiian pedicure and he said he loved it as well! Black owned striving business! The pedicure was amazing. Absolutely loved the cbd Hawaiian and would totally do that again. Well worth the cost for the experience.
However, as others have said, my nails beds (cuticle area) for the manicure was tore up. I literally was bleeding onto the table that they later cleaned up. I figured it was just my nail tech but my friend also had 8 of her fingers nicked and bleeding at the cuticle area. I am willing to try one of the recommended nail techs from these reviews just to give this place one more shot. However, I definitely will not use my nail tech or my friends nail tech again. It sounds like Taylor is a fan favorite so I am going to give this place another shot (because the pedicures were so great) but otherwise wouldn’t do a manicure again.

My mother and I decided to go on a mother daughter date Which was long overdue. It definitely exceeded our expectations. As soon as we got in it was luxurious. The owner and all of the nail techs were so welcoming. It felt like we’ve known them forever ( Taj- owner, Claricia and Iyana did our pedicures). They gave complementary water and parking. We got the Hawaiian Essence CD Pedicure. They offered so much with it. They also was able to remove some calluses that I had for a minute. I came here to start off our girls day. And lord the experience was completely amazing. They were so generous, welcoming and so thoughtful. They took great care of us. The wine was great with the free hookah and a massage chair combo i fell asleep for a sec that’s how relaxed i was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Go go go

I went to Buckhead Nail and Toes after receiving terrible service from a nail salon nearby. At Buckhead Nail & Toes, I was greeted at the door with a smile and hug. The owner even helped my friend and I find a design for our nails. Even more so, she asked if we had a budget! I appreciate this consideration and willingness to work with our budget if needed during this time of inflation. Locals be sure to check this place out!
