Absolutely love this laundromat. My washer and dryer aren’t big enough to fit my furbabies beds but this facility has huge washers and dryers to get the job done. Always clean and friendly staff. Staff is so helpful in making sure you use the correct size machine to get your clothes clean. Also, you can pay for the staff to do your laundry if you don’t have time. They have great security system police ride around area. When my dryer went out this was so convenient to go to close to neighborhood.By Karen Pritchett (4 months ago)We have traveled to many major and medium sized cities in the southeast and used laundromats in most of them and this Washing Well is far and above the nicest! There’s always a kind attendant there if you need anything and the place is always so spotlessly clean. They wipe the machines constantly. If a machine isn’t working right (which is rare here) it’s clearly labeled so you aren’t wasting your time and money trying to use the machine. They clearly take pride in this place and are constantly striving to keep it clean and welcoming. I even see them sweeping up the parking lot regularly. Not to mention clean bathrooms, nice sinks with hot water, vending machines, and a beautiful aquarium. One time my 9yr old left his wallet there and didn’t realize it until the next day. We returned and asked at the counter and it was there with a sticky note on it describing us for when we came back for it. It’s just so lovely to know that there are still good businesses out there that take pride in there place, understand good customer service and generally just seem to care.By Jennifer Allen (7 months ago)I’m most disappointed today. I have been coming here for the last couple of years, and I truly enjoy the facility. There is normally an inviting atmosphere. Today, the female staff missed the mark greatly! I arrived around 5:25.

They say 24 hours. I am working after 23 and a half hours I go to pick up my clothes and was informed they were just put in a washer. Around 25 hours after drop off, I show back up and the laundry was not folded. I asked for a discount or credit and was told no. I then told them to just bag my clothes up because I have to work in the morning. The owner made me feel really good about doing business there. Mrs. Jenny also taught me how to pronounce Norfolk VA where my son in the Navy is stationed (Norfuck) she went to school there. This is the only laundry that is near Grovetown and the only one that is on the West Northwest outskirts of Augusta. It’s clean and well lighted and practicing social distancing. Lots of Windows. Bathroom is ADA compliant and clean. Machines are well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful. There is no play area for children and parents are encouraged to monitor their children when inside, especially near the floor level washers and dryers. Reasonably priced with late hours opening times including weekends. If you live the Grovetown/Augusta area and your dryer or washer breaks down, this laundry will meet your needs until yours is repaired or replaced.
I really enjoy Peanuts but this is my favorite location because it’s 24 hours. I had an issue here which was a very detailed and intricate situation and they resolved it promptly. I was pleased with that and am always pleased with how clean these locations are. I recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very very clean!! The attendant on duty was so sweet and welcoming. Many washers and dryers to choose from and in ALL were in great working service. There was a ton of space to fold and spread out so that you weren’t on top of other customers. They even had a work station and free wifi available if you needed to bring your laptop and work while you clean your laundry.
Always enjoy going here. Great outside space that the kids can play while waiting for laundry. The staff is a little bit invasive and controlling so that’s frustrating but the equipment is very well maintained and performs well.
