I used to go here up until today. since the last two tines I been here My comforters and clothes have been destroyed by the dryers. And the owner take no responsibility for the dryer straight burning holes in my clothes and comforters. They said they are not responsibility. No sorry no nothing. I will take my money and business somewhere else. I work to hard to allow my belongings to get destroyed in the same location and not even get a sorry. They oblivious are not keeping up with maintence. Today there was smoke coming from dryer along with my clothes and comforters being destroyed. I only put the dryer on for the normal 35 minutes.By Kimberly T (4 months ago)The facility has no key to the bathroom so when a customer goes in there they have no soap to wash their hands, I’ve been using this laundromat since before the remodel there was a key for the bathroom so then there was soap to wash your hands. This happened in 2 different occasions. I showed the employees the bank account and they saw that the money had been withdrawn but the laundry card never updated the amount. The excuse they gave me was that they don’t handle cash and that they were going to take my information for the next time I came to wash and there was never anyone. Amazes me that they upped the prices of their machines, but most of them are broken. They definitely need to work on fixing the machines before they start charging more. Only half the washers and dryers work. One plus is that it is generally clean. It is clean and there are a lot of machines. The washer ranges in price from $4.99 to $13, depending on size of washer. With the number of machines you would think this business would be able to employ economies of scale to provide competitive prices, but it makes sense that they wouldn’t be able to when chances are good that greater than 50% of the dryers are broken, and maybe 25% of the washers at any given time.

A lot of different size washers for a really good price! Not so busy from 12pm to 3pm. People follow the guidelines. Very clean place
My experience at this laundromat was the absolute worst. Though it was well maintained, the whole time I felt like I was in a prison. No entertainment for the customers (no tv, no music, no games) just complete silence. It’s dark and grey in there. The “ “guards”…I mean attendant was so rude, and emotionless I felt like it I did something wrong or asked a question I’d be kicked out. Not to mention how expensive they are. I never wanted to leave a place as quickly as I did when I was there. They lock the door at least 5-10 minutes before the 5pm last wash time. I’m happy that it’s a black owner business in our neighborhood but this place just sucks and the service is the worst!!…NEVER GOING BACK
It’s clean and usually has plenty of washers and dryer for all patrons to use. It’s great that they have an atm on site to get cash but their laundry card machine hasnt been accepting credit cards for a while now
I love the fact that it’s black owned, but it’s on the expensive side! Almost $2 just to dry clothes alone. I hate the fact that you have to get a laundry card, so you’re taking out money at the ATM for almost 3 dollars extra…. Not my cup of tea but overall not a bad experience. Get somebody else to do it.
love the place and it’s very clean but the guy who works in that place is very rude. I don’t see the reason that because I’m a woman he speaks to me badly and disrespects me. Where he never lacks respect, he must have better customer service. I’m going to spend my money with which they pay him.
