Very clean facility. Washers range from $3-12.50, depending on the water temperature. One third of machines use credit cards. One washer is designated for pet bedding only. IMO, dryers were a bit expensive (5 min/$0.25) with the high setting not adequately hot. No vending machines, but there was a coffee kiosk in the same parking lot. Cons: dryers kept popping open. Loose seal. Doesn’t get really hot either… maybe because of the sealing issue? Others said they had same issue with dryers popping open as well (I used an upper). Ended up taking my laundry out still damp (after an hour of trying to get it dry) and hanging it on the line at home.Also… only a few machines took cards. The rest only took quarters

Horrible customer service, granted I did take my laundry a little late in the day, but as it states, “last load at 8pm”, I had all my clothes washing by then. The chick then started rushing me while I was obviously hurrying to put my clothes in the dryers, saying “I just want to go home”. Yeah, well, my clothes were already drying and I was still in the building, therefore you have to let me finish (besides the fact that I just spent $50 in your establishment). I understand that you have a life, but you also have a job! You are getting paid. I am a single mom (yeah, I know, it’s not your problem) and that’s the ONLY time I’m able to get my laundry all done. We had a few choice words with each other on the end, but I had already made my decision to never go back, because obviously they don’t appreciate their customers! She rushed me so much that I wanted to leave and never come back, and of course, I had laundry that was still wet, but she doesn’t care, because she just wants to go home. Worst thing to say as a person running a business, lol. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. And yeah, I know, this post is going to be deleted. You see that there’s no other negative comments, makes ya wonder, huh? All the positive ones sound like they were asked to write and rate, must be nice to have all these people who “like” you, ha ha ha… Y’ALL SUCK!
I am physically challenged. They claimed on map quest to be wheelchair accessible but they are not. I asked for assistance and was told by the ladies that if I need help that I should probably go somewhere else. They don’t do that there.
After using the big washers n I DO NOT OVERFILL! my clothes smelled so YUCK! I dried them thinking it was just me but they DID smell sooo bad! Very hard to speak to anyone about it! I just hurried and left!
Don’t waste your time here – half the machines are broken and so you’re stuck waiting 20-30 min to put your laundry in
Wish all washers and dryers worked properly and the big industrial ones were not so expensive and needs to be an attendant available and not just sitting behind counter… place is dirty and not kept clean.. I went to use a dryer and after I put money in it it went straight to spin cycle and had to take blanket out and move it
