Loaded 3 loads sat there 20 min doing homework. Had laptop out phone books phone (not using there electricity)about 6 others washing also. Lady known as Victoria came to me all rude and asked me if I was washing . I said of course I am. She says where is it? Which one? I told her I’m with 3 running she started going off on me I. Spanish I kept telli g her I dont know Spanish So I talked to her Japanese..said talk English.. call your boss she wouldn’t and I had to find out her name . other people were there saying how wrong she is. I kept telling her go ask all yhe other people in there also single me out in Old army jacket. I was so mad I kept telling her dont talk to me that way i’m a war vet . because the PTSD was rising and I was about to go off. The place is so dirty and bleach ruins colors because they spilt it and dont clean it instead seeing hows sitting quiet in a corner doing homework wit the libary down the street. Yeah rant still mad talked to that way! NEVER again!!!! shiot is this stil AMERICA? fought for rights of this person with VERY limited English.gets mad because I dont understand her we’ll not many friends use a laundry mat so they wont care. He shoved it around as if he’s shoving it in someone else’s face when nobody is around, which is a little scary. The women who work there deal with a lot. The dryers (which are free with your wash…an added plus) are large enough to handle larger loads with ease and still efficiently dry your laundry. There’s even a small arcade in the rear of the building, to keep the kids entertained. The courteous and helpful staff are on hand to eagerly offer assistance, when needed. The newest and best laundromat in Santa Maria! Well-designed with wide aisles and a large assortment of excellent washers and dryers, outstanding customer service and even a wonderfully creative indoor play area for small children. No other laundromat comes close.
I’ve retired and grown tired of doing my own laundry after half a century, so I really enjoy the level of care given to my clothes by the entire staff at Neighborhood Laundry. They separate what should be washed separately and everything comes back wonderfully clean. The thoughtfulness of staff member Eva in particular is above and beyond. She is simply the best!

This laundromat is clean and has many, multi-sized washers that handle any load. The nicest thing happened when we left our wash load to run a quick errand which ran longer than anticipated. We came back to find the attendant had put our 2 loads of laundry in dryers for us. I was in awe and completely grateful for her kindness.
Very clean, semi-reasonable pricing, and friendly staff. But the Wi-Fi is very unstable, coming in and going out very frequently, and rarely works in general. You’d think an owner of a business would make sure everything about their business is running properly.
Also, the dryers tend to take the quarters without adding any time to the timer, and the only solution that the employees have is to hit the dryer for a few minutes to see what happens. Then, when they see nothing is happening, they just walk away.
since this place opened I love it the recent employees are awesome. The only thing I wish it was done more often is for them to clean the dryers as the dryers tend to accumulate a lot of the fabric cotton and it doesn’t allow the air heat to dry all the clothing & it stays dumped.
To dry the clothing it requires 3 quarters but I end up expending more than what its worth. I waste $2-$3 dollars just to dry like really come on if only they clean it 3 times per day it will be AWESOME. it will help people move faster and get out of their fast so can others dry as well and it will bring more revenue.
I don’t like it when customers leave their clothing on the machine it prevents others from using them and it also decreases revenue for the business. If the machines stays 5 mins standing the laundry should be removed & placed on a basket & set to the side for them to find with the number of the machine placed on the basket. For the times of Covid19 I don’t know what to expect there I hope everyone is using their mask & that the employees only let only 1 family member of the family to go inside wearing a mask it will also help from being over crowed.

Quick, efficient, and inexpensive washers and dryers. It was even 10 minutes per quarter versus the usual 6 to 8 minutes that I get everywhere else. I was able to get in and out of there within an hour. And I usually wash a good amount of clothes. I will say this time around I didn’t have that much laundry because I’m traveling but they had everything I needed including to Wi-Fi.
This is a great place to do your laundry if you need to get your wash on! This place is very clean, and the same is with the restrooms. Quite a few machines in various sizes are available, also quite a few dryers as well. The price of the machines is pretty reasonable compared to other laundromats I’ve been to in the past. They seem to have free Wi-Fi as well, but I have not tried to connect to it. Good experience for doing laundry overall.
