Great detour while in Vegas.
The visuals in the area are fabulous. Several areas to view from a handful perspectives. The dam itself is impressive. Even more so when you really dig into the engineering.Super cool experience.
By Justin Newell (6 months ago)A must see! The tour is great! We loved it and the guide was very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Even in the dead of summer, it was hot but manageable. We all like the heat though so it doesn’t bother us. Not for the claustrophobic.By Alsa V. (4 months ago)Hoover dam is one of marvellous modern structures you would see in the world and it was constructed in 1935. You will be astonished after learning more about the dam and its construction, which was a magnificent experience. Definitely recommend taking power plan tour ticket . A guide will accompany you as you explore and provide fascinating details about the dam. It was a great pleasure to tour the power plant and learn about the significance of this magnificent building. The cost of the power plant tour ticket is $15 per person. Near the dam, there is a souvenir shop, cafe, parking garage, and restrooms. Around the dam, there are a number of additional scenic vantage points.By Krishna Sathvik Mantripragada (a month ago)So beautiful! Very cool experience to see. The views are amazing of the Dam and Lake Mead. Part of the dam was closed so we went on the shorter tour but it was still very fun. The tour guide and staff were nice. We watched a 10 min documentary and then got on elevator that went down so many stories. It was hot but definitely worth it. Drink plenty of water!! Mask are still required right now. I suggest when done at the Dam to got to southwest diner (16 min away) very good. Overall great place!!!!!By Piggy (7 months ago)It was very pretty and the views are great. We didn’t do any tours or anything but I’m sure that would be fun. However just know if you go in the summer it is insanely hot.By Natasha Souza (7 months ago)

The Bellagio Fountains are a wonderful break from all of the foot traffic on the Strip. It’s worth stopping and taking a break from your fast paced day to day Las Vegas experience to watch.
This is one of the most popular things to do in Vegas and for a change is worth the hype. The 200 feet high mountain of air moving in harmony to a funky soundtrack is amazing to see in action. Cherry on top is that it is completely free
We thoroughly enjoyed watching the show every chance we got. It’s amazing to see the choreography and how high the fountains can shoot water. We watched on three different occasions, two of which took place at night. When we were there the show went off every half hour starting at 3PM and then every 15 minutes starting at 7. Definitely a must watch!
By anirudh girey (a year ago)Such a fun show. If you go out front and just watch it and feel the slight mist it is just lovely. You also get showgirls walking around trying to get you to take their picture with you. My husband did that thinking he’d tip them each 5$. Lololo not funny but so funny… they charged him 20$ each….
Anyway, the show is outstanding!
By Jenny Infosino (9 months ago)Surely one of the true iconic sights in Las Vegas and with the frequency of the evening displays you’d be mad not to hang around for a few minutes to catch one. While sometimes I felt that regular frequency somewhat devalued the experience, it helps to ensure the crowds are never too much and there’s plenty of opportunities to get a front row position! Not every display is the same, so repeat visits are very much encouraged and I can’t believe a visit to the city would be complete without seeing it at least once.By Steve Bintley (5 months ago)Gorgeous, fun, unique, and most importantly free attraction on the strip! I love seeing this at night, especially when they have multiple shows! I watched 3 different shows in a row last night and they were so fun! Definitely check it out if you haven’t been!By Casey Johnson (7 months ago)I’m sure you’ve seen the famous Bellagio Fountain in many movies over the years. To see it in person is magnificent. Each show starts about every 15 minutes and it is well worth it to take a break and watch the show. Be sure to make time to see it during the day and at night as each offers a different experience. If you are going to Vegas or in Vegas it’s worth making time to see this.By Kristy Lancaster (4 months ago)

Had a great time staying at the Golden Nugget on Fremont Street! It’s cool that the party is right out the door. Good eats, big drinks, good music all day and good bands in the evenings! If you don’t like loud music, stay off the downtown street because the party goes until 2am. If you want to handle, eat, party and stumble back to your room easily, this is your Vegas.
BTW, The Hoover Dam is a half hour drive and Grand Canyon West is another two hours past that! Highly recommend the side trip!
You can’t come to Vegas without making a trip to Fremont Street. So much to see here. Lots of sparkling lights, zip-lines, street performers, delicious food and drinks, music, entertainment, casinos, and more. Definitely worth the experience.
Highly recommend.
Tip: If you have kids with you, I wouldn’t bring them down here after 8pm, this place really starts to heat up after that, and is really suited for adults only at that point.
Super fun crazy experience. Pretty much an adult only thing, especially at night and on the weekends. It’s pretty loud too, you will see every and all kinds of people here. The food is great and the casinos are pretty cool too, a few of them are 21+ only. Multiple bands play at the same time on different stages and the main covered light show is awesome.
What a fantastic spot and everyone should visit here at least once. In the evening the place really comes to life with this video ceiling and the effects create such a great atmosphere. Combined with the live entertainment throughout, loads of bars and restaurants it’s easy to spend a whole night here and fortunately the places outside of hotels stay open until the very early hours. It certainly lives up to the hype and is my favourite place in the city.
One of the most famous shopping and eatery streets in Las Vegas. A unique experience with rooftop light with LED lights and incredible designs. There a lots of things to do and enjoy in the walking street. Good restaurants, live music, gambling machines, or even to walk around to enjoy the vibes. I would recommend to walk during the evening to enjoy the light experience. Definitely a place to visit in your Las Vegas trip. Parking is not easy. Nearest parking mall costs 8$ an hour. If you are lucky might find cheaper street parking near by.
