  1. Amazing bit of Victorian engineering. Always a pleasure to see and stroll along, a real trip down memory lane visiting the pier. Beautiful at night with the sea front all lit up. A great place to grab a coffee and sit for a while.

  2. Originally built in the late 1800s (burnt down 1994 and rebuilt), the Pier is a delightful and quaint throwback to Victorian days with its design of its vendor stalls and architectural structure. There’s an amusement arcade etc and a nice place to enjoy a walk and sea breeze while sipping on a milkshake.

  3. Great pier. Really lively, lots of small shops selling the usual souvenirs and refreshments. Big wheel near the prom, punch and Judy and arcades. Lovely views out to sea and Llandudno seafront. We even saw jellyfish in the gorgeous clear water. Highly recommended!

  4. Very beautiful place. It was a wonderful friends trip. It was a windy day. I felt as I am flying like a feather. The Giant Wheel ride was amazing. Also, the rolls Ice cream was too yummy. We played at the beach like kids. The changing rooms were also clean 4/5.

  5. This was near perfect. Llandudno is such a beautiful place that coupled with the right weather it will remain in your hearts forever. There are many good food spots on the pier . Particularly liked the fish and chips. It was not overcrowded, but there were enough tourists to make it a jolly affair. Walking up and down the pier through the wind has such a calming effect on us.

Short break, really clean prom. Lovely town, lots of shops ( they don’t open very early though). Spoilt for choice tea/coffee shops and places to eat. Need good weather to enjoy the place which fortunately we did. Really enjoyed it.

Very good for walks with friends, family or date with your partner. Night walks are very pleasant after a hot day. It’s illuminated, you have benches and the main street is few feet away. Restaurants and takeaways are in a few minutes walking distance. Runners will like it since the sea air cleans your lungs.

Such a beautiful place fill with all the old Uk seaside attractions from everyone’s childhood. Great to see all the beautiful sea front buildings so well maintained. Great walk with stunning sights. So much to do and see here, some great views out to see and of the Great Orme and pier too.

This would have to be extremely popular in the height of Summer, a great area to explore located in a picturesque cove. Pretty much how I would envision any great European esplanade, loved the historical buildings lining the shores. Only downside is the lack of public toilets in this area, perhaps we just overlooked them.

Lovely sandy beach great for the dog to run about on. Parking 50p per hour, right next to it which I think in season would get very full. On a spring Saturday not many cars. Facilities at opposite ends from the restaurant which unfortunately had stopped serving takeaway coffee when we got there so get there before 4

Great place to go. Recently renewed and I think they make more car parking space because of busiest beach, car parking machine was not start so parkong was free for us. Nice ckean beach, there was paid toilet in cafe 30p. But some free toilet was there crosse the road. Easily find on Google map. Lots of car park space. Friendly people. Water was blue and ckean., me n kidz really enjoyed. Wheelchair and pushchair access.

Beautiful clean beach, sea was very warm today. Best beach for accessibility, parking all along the promenade. Perfect for sandcastle and swimming.

Very impressed with our recent visit! Beautiful sandy beach and very very clean water, I haven’t seen this beach that busy in YEARS. The council have spent lots of money investing in it and it really shows. Plenty of parking, perfect for riding bikes along the coast, endless sandy beach with shower heads to wash off sandy bodies and feet on the pathway, toilet facilities, ice cream huts. I recommend taking a picnic as the beach is quite a way out of the main attractions/town but it is a really nice beach now they have worked on it. When I last visited there were diggers and heavy machinery but now its ready for you to visit and it’s definitely a place to take the kids for a swim or paddle!

I didn’t get chance to spend time on this beautiful bay. But I just loved it viewing while I was on my train journey to Lladudno from Chester and back.

It’s really beautiful with lovely small houses to stay, stones formations with green color on them, windmills appearing far and ofcourse the lovely water.

Love this side of Llandudno it’s very quiet and your usually able to get parked. There’s a nice walk along the Sea shore and a nice beach cafe after your stroll. If your feeling like you’ve got more energy than a walk on the prom there also something for you with a walk up the quieter side of the Great Orme.

Great beach to watch the sunset, perfect if you want to avoid the crowd’s at Llandudno main beach, Peaceful with just a cafe nearby, Just be aware of low tide, If you walk far out, Tide comes in very quickly from the side and you can get stranded on a sandbank.

Beautiful beach sporting stunning views and within easy reach of Llandudno town centre; ample on street parking a bonus. Completed by different available walks, including up to the top of the Orme headland providing spectacular views.

Great beach lovely and clean with a cafe and pub. Sand dunes differicult to park, better to get the bus a small park for the children
    Mostly boating activities here

A beautiful beach that’s made up of mostly fine golden sand lined with narrow layers of rocks, which backs onto a grassy sandbank, upon which there’s a track for walkers. Perfect for people and dogs alike, one can sunbathe in peace, and, when the tide is high enough, go for a swim. It’s far less frequented than the pier on the opposite side of town, probably because there are fewer amenities at West Shore Beach other than the ample parking and the public toilets. So, don’t expect to find refreshment stands all along the beach (although there is at least one café where my partner took her children while I was swimming). This is perfect for couples, families, friends, and those with dogs to relax for an entire day.

Mini Brighton or Southend on sea. It’s nice but very expensive and after a few minutes of working there isn’t much else to do really. The ride & games area is ok but mainly caters for younger children. All staff and people in general were very friendly so it was a care free family day out but there wasn’t much eateries around that we could see. We wanted to have some fish & chips at the pier however the young lad who was taling the orders told us that the sausage, chips and fish all were fried in the same oil without us even asking which was very nice of and very surprising because normally we have to ask and then they have to go away and ask a manager so that made a very nice change

Beautiful place , but if you purely want to spend a beach day on the beach then it may not provides to the sand and shores to walk on it as it is full of stones and you can’t walk on bare feet, however with some feet protections it’s very clean and nice to sit around area and enjoy the fresh air. A larg seating all around the Dock and speed boats for short trip, place for play and ride for children purely family day out and you can enjoy the hotel stay just on the edge of the beach.

The beach is good down side it isn’t sandy. Nice evening or night walks with friends or family plus on the promenade you will find benches. Morning runs are very invigorating and fills you up with energy also the sea breeze cleans you lungs. Many restaurants and take aways are just a few minutes of walk away. Along the promenade many there are hotels offering rooms with a wonderful view over the sea. The pier is close.

Visited North Shore Beach at Llandudno with my Family. Enjoyed alot very Beautiful and scenic place. There are so Many shops that you can visit and buy stuff specially for your good trip memories. I recommend all of you Must use their Sight seeing Bus Service. Prices are really reasonable for the place it is. Very good place for kids and family.

Nice stony beach just a stone’s throw from the pier and the town centre. Pleasant walk along the beach front too.

Plenty of places to get food and drink along the front, or a multitude of cafes and restaurants just one road away. Quite a few parking options nearby.
