I love how my S&S dip manicure came out. My nail technician took her time and did an amazing job making my nails look even better than the pictures I showed her for reference. I did notice that unlike other customers in the shop, I was not offered a beverage and I was looking forward to that part of the experience at this nail salon because it was highly recommended for great customer service. My nail tech also caught my skin in a few spots with the nail drill. We based our decision on previous Google reviews and I’m glad we did. The staff were amazing. Polite and friendly and were very accommodating. We chose to get the Heavenly Pedicure package and two manicures. Wife got dip and I got a normal mani with clear gel. The pedicure was absolute best we have ever had. My wife and I have been going every two weeks since we met 13 years ago and of all the places around the world we have been this was the best experience and service ever!!!! These ladies are true professionals. Salon was extremely clean and well thought out. Very open feel and covid protocols were in place to ensure patron and staff safety. I had an appointment and once I arrived ( on time) I didn’t get seated until 40 min later. I asked for a gel manicure with matte black French tips. The first girl that did them did AWFUL! The were not even, some not even painted all the way, not shaped well, etc. once she finished I voiced my concerns and asked for a different technician to fix them. The second lady was not much better. I have never complained about my nails but after waiting for so long just to be seated and the sloppy service she provided I had to say something. I was there for 2 hours and had 2 different people do my nails and still left very upset and unsatisfied with the service.

The lady who did my nails was nice but i didn’t quite get what I asked for. She also accidentally cut my finger pretty badly and then kept filing against it. Definitely was overcharged. Compared to a lot of other places I’ve been to. I don’t think I would go back, other salons are just as good but don’t charge that much. A couple of my nails are also a little bit chunky and not filed enough. She also didn’t use a fresh nail bit on my nails and it had clearly been used. It overall wasn’t super clean. But today I had THE WORST experience. I paid $100 to be disappointed. All of my services were rushed. My toenails are uneven and crooked. For my manicure she didn’t even clip all of my excess cuticle. She buffed only one hand and then put lotion on. When I pointed it out she poured oil all over my hands and then tried to buff it. Tony was very funny and checked in on me at every point. Mai was so sweet when attending to my pedicure. She helped me pick a color when I couldn’t decide, and tried them on my hands. The service was great. * Update a week later* the fake nail was not glued all the way down on my real nails so there is a pocket for dirt and things like that to collect. Also I noticed that he glued over my broken nail instead of just cutting it off?! I have been coming here for a few years now ever since I moved uptown and have loved my services 99% of the time! All of the nail techs have done an amazing job and everyone is always so nice! I can’t say enough good things about this business. The ladies here are like family and I love them all so much! My Fiancé and I come in regularly to have a shared day of pampering and they always do such an amazing job we wont go anywhere else! If you’re looking to get your nails done this is the place to go, the outcome is always consistent and the service is unmatched.
I love this salon. The staff was so sweet. They listened and consistently asked throughout each step if there was anything I wanted to be changed about my nails before moving on. Kim even took one of my nails off and redid it at the end because she noticed a flaw in the chrome that I couldn’t see. I will only be getting my nails done here from now on. I also went with a friend and she got a difficult design. Her nails turned out perfect as well.
Ive been going to elegant nails for over a year now and I favorite nail tech is Ann she is the BEST. She is always so sweet and patient. She is always also open to trying new designs I find online. We tried the nude biege chrome this time and it looked amazing I am so happy she suggested us use chrome powder!!! All the ladies there are the sweetest. I posted a few pics in different lighting.
I got a deluxe pedicure and dip set with Miss Kay and I could not be happier! The pedicure was so relaxing and came out so cute, I had shown a picture of how I wanted my dip set to look and Kay was able to recommend the perfect color to match for my pedicure. Kay did a great job on my dip set, they came out exactly how I wanted them! So cute!
