  I was past due on my nails…I usually wait longer than I should but I’m thankful they do not break. Chris took care of them. I love the atmosphere and the employees are nice. Make an appointment because they do get busy.

  Love this salon! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I often have pictures of what I want for my nails and Nancy does an awesome job. I included an example of what I showed Nancy on the left and my nails on the right. I didn’t want my nails as long and I wanted a more simplistic accent nail. As you can see she did a fabulous job.

  This was my first visit to snazzy nail lounge. I am recent implant to Savannah and needed a new nail tech and a trusted tech to do my eyebrows. My experience was stellar. The assistant, Lacy was so sweet and friendly. She greeted me as soon as came in. I had a scheduled appointment at 12:30, and was serviced right away. Elizabeth was AMAZING! I got the New York pedicure and it was nothing shy of relaxing/soothing. She also did my eyebrow waxing. I was very scared as I am picky about my eyebrows. She did a great job! A nice clean wax! Chris did my pink and white nails and he was super professional! Fast, efficient, and attentive. This is my new place! Highly recommend. Schedule an appt! Walk-ins tend to have to wait a bit.   Got my nails done here for a photo shoot/ birthday gift. I used to go here all the time especially to get my Halloween nails done. I had an appointment for my friend and I. Felt like they were rushing and like they cared more about the other customers coming in late (they may have been regulars). Had chipping and polish peeling off only a few days after getting them done. Have like air bubbles on a few nails. One nail already broke. Pretty disappointed, especially since I talked them up to my friend. Also they used to clean up my cuticles. They didn’t do that this time.

  My friend and I went to this nail salon for our monthly nail day. We were looking for a new salon that we could come to regularly and both agreed this place looked nice. Unfortunately, the owner’s attitude has resulted in us deciding not to come back. I was originally told one price, then when it was time to pay, it magically went up $5. He (Chris) claimed I got a shape change. I did not, I just got the shape cut down. When the receptionist went and told him that I came in with the same shape I had, I could hear him say something snappy back. He worked on my friend’s nails for 15 minutes max, then passed her off to someone else to finish. He initially asked what shape she wanted for her nails then proceeded to do a different shape completely. When he passed her onto a different worker, she noticed some of her nails looked crooked. When it came time for her to pay, he charged $80. He stated “$40 for him $40 for me.” $40 for 15 minutes of sloppy work is ridiculous. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is for the older gentleman that shaped my nails and the younger man who painted the designs on the nails.

  So I’m typically not one to leave negative reviews on small businesses but I was a bit upset with the quality of my nails for what I paid for them (almost $90 including tip). I showed the lady the last picture and walked out with this. The lady was SO sweet and I’m sure they’ll last, but it’s frustrating not loving something and paying an above normal amount for them, especially when there are so many places in Savannah that could have done better. They were really nice people but I was not impressed.

  Pedicure went great. Manicurist ignored me for the most part and talked to their friend. Which is fine. But she dug into my nail bed since she wasn’t paying much attention. I ended up getting an infection in my finger. Super painful for a few weeks. I had to get antibiotics from Urgent Care and it drained. The Manicure was June 11. This photo was from today, it’s finally starting to heal over a month later. Never again will I come here.

  The staff at Envy is amazing! There were more than accommodating and friendly. I was in from another state and they quickly took me as a walk in, no waiting. I’ll tell you this was the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had! Even better than my regular person back home! I’ve been home now for nearly 2 weeks and my manicure and pedicure look just as perfect as the day I had them done!

  Disappointed! Pedi shaping & paint doesnt look professional. My legs were slimy from the oil when I left there even. Another girl did my hands & she did good. She offered to fix my toes but I chose not to because my toes were hurting from the previous tech & still hurting. The girl kept digging in with her nails to fix mistakes. On. Every. Single. Toenail. The atmosphere was nice, techs were friendly, results were just not it, especially for the high prices.

  Worst gel manicure/pedicure I have ever received. Got it done on Thursday and finger gel polish peeling/chipping by Sunday. In addition, toenail gel polish was discolored within 24 hours of having done. Polish was well over the nail and onto the skin. Technicians smoked their vapes around the manicure area and spoke poorly about the way business was run in shop. There were moments when I was waiting for technician to finish Instagram scrolling to apply next coat of polish. Everyone was very kind and I do believe they have talented technicians but I did not those individuals.

  Absolutely love it here. I’ve been coming to get my nails done by Olivia for over a year & she never disappoints. No matter what style I bring, she always delivers. All the ladies are very friendly, talented, and welcoming. It is truly an experience at IIE from the complimentary drinks to the hand massages which are everything! They also have a reward program which is great for regulars. You will not be disappointed! Best nail spot in Savannah.

  I love my nails☺️!! Jaye is really good at what she does. I appreciate her taking me in on her off day. I wanted to try the white nails with dip powder – the shape and the length are perfect.The nail techs are friendly. The atmosphere is a good vibe. I also enjoyed the deluxe spa with the steam treatment. My feet were so soft after leaving the salon. I will definitely be back.

  I just moved here from Florida and have been trying to find a reputable nail salon, and here it is! Not only are their prices fair, but the quality of service is outstanding. Jala took her time and made sure she did the best job she could. My nails look better than they ever have from a gel manicure, and I’m a perfectionist. I will most certainly be scheduling my nail appointments here from now on.

  This is by far the best Nail Salon I have ever walked into. The Salon is very clean! The nail Techs are very pleasant and are always up for a good conversation. I sincerely feel very welcome. My nail tech is Tori (BaliNailedit) on Instagram. She is very talented! Most importantly, she is professional. Definitely a unique and rare experience.

  Best nail salon in Savannah! I got the Plush Dip Powder Manicure and I love how it turned out. My technician was Jala, who was all around fabulous. She took the time to perfect my nails, which I really appreciated. I have been to a couple other nail salons in Savannah and ended up with lumpy & crooked dip nails, so I was really happy to find this place because my nails look perfect, I get compliments all the time!

  Awful ! Worst manicure I’ve had in 10y. My natural nails were long and beautiful, the nail tech filed them wrong, angle was tilted and every time she tried to fix it, she made them shorter and shorter to the point where I asked her if I could do it myself.
  Moving to the cuticle service, she barely pushed nor cut them. The files she used to bluff my nails was too rough, wrong one. She then followed by not applying primer. When painting them, instead of cleaning the sides with a brush or a wooden stick, she used her nails and messed up not only my skin but the job she was doing. She then proceed with 3 coats of color. After curing it under the light, since it was a super messy job, she had to file the sides to remove the gel from my skin, hurting two fingers pretty bad. Again, in 10y of going to manicures, this was the worst time ever. Not to mention the price. Please save your fingers, time and money and go elsewhere.

  Didn’t have an appointment. Walked in and had Ben, Lock, & Jaja working on me and my fiancé. Two pedicures and a full set for our wedding tomorrow. They got us right in and it took about 1.5 hours of pure relaxation and pampering. Awesome service!!

  Staff was excellent. Salon was clean. Gentleman who did my pedicure was thorough & did a great job! The lady who did my nail dip seemed a little inexperienced or out of practice. Nail dip started cracking 4 days after application. That’s never happened to me before. 6 days after application, 2 nails chipped and 1 completely popped off! This has not happened to me before from other salons. I think they charged too much for their unqualified nail tech.

  I believe everyone has an off day and as a former service industry worker sometimes you may have dropped the ball.In these instances accountability and self assessment was important for me to do and be better. I had been to this salon on 3 other occasions and had pleasant experiences.I referred them to family and friends. Each prior visit I made sure I tipped each tech $15 dollars or more for there services. However on 12/31/2021 I will say left me a little speechless. I booked an appointment a week or two prior. Arriving at the shop on time I walked in and was not acknowledged, but they were busy so definitely understandable. After about 4 or 5 minutes a young lady sitting all the way in the back acknowledged me an said could she help me and did I have an appointment? I explained to her I had an appointment for a deluxe Bella pedicure and full set asked me to wash my hands and pick out a color, and I did. Several minutes passed by and 2 ladies entered they were greeted immediately, never asked if they had appointments, and were seated immediately for service after picking out their colors one a manicure and the other a pedicure w/nail polish . Shortly after they were seated the owner Jessica came in and started servicing 2 younger gentleman in the back. One of the other techs said something to here I am assuming it was about me because right after that she spoke to me and said it would be a minute because they had appointments; never asking me if I had one. Finally I was seated in a pedicure chair. The water was cold and the pedicure service was fast and rushed.I understand the day I received service was a busy holiday, however; I had a appointment and paid to receive a particular service. The young lady finished my pedicure and messed one of the toes polish up when she was placing the salon shoes on. She told me she would fix it once I moved to the nail chair which she did, not removing the polish but by simply painting over it. The young lady doing my nails drilled over the skin of 2 of my fingers causing it to bleed. She was aware of what happened however the salon was beginning to get really busy and instead of being safe and careful she began to rush.I did not want to cause a scene so when it was happening I would pull my hand away from her in the drill. Rushing to get to her next client she messed the acrylic up on my thumb causing deep groves to form. Her solution was to just put more acrylic on top making it look really bulky which made it look like a thumb. I do not understand the culture in the salon but I feel like she was rushing because she had to. I paid for my services and I left. I left a review because I feel like I was overlooked when I got there dismissed by having an appointment and skipped and my nails and feet did not look like the services I paid for. I started this review stating I believe in giving second chance especially in the service industry. On 1/18/2022 I went in assuming it would be a slow day. I did not have an appointment. I went in no one spoke so I sat down after a few minutes (not sure how long) the lady servicing someone next to where I was sitting finally acknowledged me and asked me what I was getting I explained I wanted a Bella Deluxe pedicure and fill in. She asked me to wash my hands and pick my color. I picked my color and returned to the seats up front. After several minutes the owner Jessica instructed me I needed to put my mask on.Previous visits I wore a mask an intended on wearing on when I came in proximity to others,however; the irony is all prior visit 65-70% of customer never had mask on. At the time Jessica asked there were 2 ladies in plain sight did not have any mask on and they were there before I even came in. She did not ask them to put on one until I asked why I was being directed to but on a mask and pointed out the hypocrisy of her statement. I was the only black client in the salon at this time. I was sender my car outside the salon and saw the very same ladies take their mask off. I have video and audio. She She was very disrespectful.

  Great nail salon! Clean with a lovely staff. I’ve had dip manicures done by Angel and Tran, and the same tech (forgot her name) for 2 pedicures and she has given me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. All 3 techs were extremely thorough and took their time. If you prefer a quick in and out job, I would maybe request it. I personally prefer they take their time and not rush the process, so all of my experiences here have been exactly what I want.
