    Northpoint truly saved my life.
Spending 28 days there was the best decision I have ever made. The whole experience was great! The staff is amazing and so helpful with anything. The counselors , kitchen staff, nurses and doctors are all top notch people. It was surprising how well they have that place running. The daily schedule keeps you busy enough and at the same time you have plenty of time to relax. I got a lot out of the classes and information they provide. I have made life long friends at Northpoint and I am great-full for that! There is also amazing aftercare such as IOP and Alumni. These are amazing ways to stay connected with the community and continued support.

I was an absolute disaster before going to this facility. I was days from putting myself in my own grave. The compassion, understanding and thoroughness is untouchable! The techs, the kitchen staff, housekeeping, doctors, counselors and (most) of the nurses were amazing. All were super accommodating and compassionate. They genuinely care. You won’t be treated like an inmate. Who ever thought I’d be sad to leave a rehab facility? I highly recommend this place for anyone ready to learn the proper protocols to live a healthy life in recovery!

This place saved my life. I cannot give enough praise to all the staff there. The kitchen staff is amazing, taking pride in making amazing meals for us. The Techs are absolutely amazing, always helping and lending an ear to anyone in need. The nurses know your name after meeting you one time and absolutely care about your well-being. And the counselors are knowledgeable and really have a way to make you get the absolute most out of your time when there. I attend the alumni meetings every Friday because I want to stay connected with these wonderful people. Like I said this place saved my life and then some. If you are looking to get on the right path, I highly recommend Northpoint!

It took me a long time to get to Northpoint but I’m so happy I finally made the choice to go. The techs, the nurses, the kitchen staff were all so great during my time there. My counselor helped me discover what I needed to focus on in my sobriety. I met lifelong friends and it really helped me discover my sober community. I love how Northpoint has an alumni program so we are able to meet people from other treatment dates. I am so grateful for Northpoint!

This program has changed my life tremendously. This is by far the best treatment I’ve ever experienced. I am so happy and healthy. The techs, therapists, nursing and all around staff is incredible. I would greatly recommend to anyone wanting a better and more beautiful life. I am forever grateful. It might be scary to walk through the doors at first but you will not regret it. I promise you!! Love you North Point Family!

This was the most challenging step I’ve ever taken in my life but having completed the program, I know myself more than I ever have. I’m proud, confident, have great self esteem and am an all around better person. On top of all of that I am now 42 DAYS SOBER and loving it! The entire staff is incredible. I had the stigma that it would be run by doctors in labcoats carrying clipboards but quite the contrary. They were people just like me, same problems, same battles and I couldn’t have been surrounded by better human beings. I love them all and miss them dearly but as life goes, the struggle to stay sober goes on, day by day. If you’re on the fence about rehab, make the jump. You won’t be sorry!

DRC is a tremendous mental health and substance abuse facility. A close loved one of mine recieved care from this facility, and the transformation i saw in them, following completion of the program, was incredible! They attributed a lot of their transformation to their individual therapist Jennifer, and a staff member named Reid. Their was a house manager, Mitch if I recall correctly, that really helped my loved one through difficult times by positively supporting him and always being willing to listen. The staff (including Super Abbey) continue to stay in touch with him, and provide a lot of support through after care and their alumni program. Keep up the great work!

Very safe environment for group sharing. Same goes to the in house living homes available. Great space available for learning and healing in a safe way. There are also some great staff/facilitators. Russel and Reid were two of my fav male staffs, offering interesting topics and strategies to lead a group. Jennifer was also very helpful for me with her groups offering movement and others strategies to relieve stress and highlight coping skills. DRC as a whole is very good choice for a treatment facility. I would recommend it to anyone suffering from addiction.

Great place to not only live a life of sobriety, but also a life of true recovery. I spent 90 days in PHP treatment and my perspective on life has done a 180. I am very grateful to DRC and their incredibly caring staff. They truly care about the recovery of their clients.

I’m grateful to have Flatirons as part of this recovery community. I believe that their approach to treatment, through mindfulness, truly equips those that pass through their program with the tools for long-term success. Our program has been able to partner with Flatirons on many different endeavors to bring innovative intervention to those seeking support and a sober community, and it has always been a smooth process with successful outcomes.

With over a decade of experience in the mental health and addiction field and being exposed to a variety of staff, organizations, and missions, I can highly recommend Flatirons Recovery as a premier, trusted source of support. Flatirons has roots in integrity, passion, and a desire to have the healing of each client be addressed with creativity, thoughtfulness and precision. As a psychotherapist, I do not hesitate to refer to Flatirons with confidence.

Flatirons Recovery is an excellent place for anyone to begin their journey in recovery. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to start my recovery there. Their program and schedule was everything I needed and more. The staff is super amazing, incredibly thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable, and very sincere. I feel like they deeply care about every client. Having been through treatment centers before it is easy for me to say that this place has been by far the most effective and impactful for me. Thank you so much Flatirons Recovery!!

As a therapist who has been in the Boulder area for many years, Flatirons Recovery would definitely be my go-to for clients needing a higher level of care for addiction. The mindfulness-based curriculum, as well as the importance they place on a holistic recovery, makes this place truly unique. The space itself is really uplifting, and the staff that I know are both experienced and competent. I highly recommend this center for substance abuse treatment!

A family member was looking for services, we came upon Flatiron Recovery, what a wonderful experience. Steve Gottlieb was contact person and he made family member feel like there was hope. Due to insurance coverage we could not go to flatiron recovery. If they go to that much compassion for someone who couldn’t go there can you imagine what they do for clients. I highly recommend them

I live in Southern Colorado, and I looked all over Colorado, and called around before I settled for this place. I have no regrets. This place has therapist that are very insightful, understanding, and are out for your best interest and well-being. I have sought treatment elsewhere, I even been in therapy before, but, I would have to say that the therapy that was received here, and that I am continuing to receive here is not only very well appreciated, it is also the best place I’ve recieved therapy so far.

Continuum Recovery Center of Colorado is a great place to learn and develop new cognitive thinking and coping skills while on your path to living a sober life. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist with any requests or needs you may have. The atmosphere within group sessions is warm and inviting, allowing you to be open and honest without the fear of one being judged. Effective communication between staff and patient regarding progress and target goals could use some improvement, however. I also recommend asking as many questions as possible to fully understand the requirements/terms and conditions for the program to ensure you are compliant in both treatment and if you are using insurance as primary coverage.

Highly recommended! Continuum Recovery met all my expectations in early sobriety.
The staff is amazing and incredibly helpful. You will be introduced to various sober-centric
activities like mindfulness, yoga, breathing techniques and acupuncture, as well as topical
discussion, journaling and the science behind addiction.
If you are on the fence, do yourself a favor and make Continuum a priority.

Thank you, Continuum, for helping me on to the road to a better future!

The rep that I spoke with on the phone, Claire; was caring and helpful. I was not able to get my son help at Sandstone, but she knew who to get me in contact with. I now have an appointment with the institution that she recommended and help for my son looks promising! I am very grateful for the help from Claire at Sandstone!

I spoke w Justine, she was absolutely fantastic! When she asked about insurance and I told her I had our State insurance, she said, I’m sorry, we don’t accept that insurance. I felt depleted. So many counseling places that I have reached out to have not responded and the one my son and I felt good about, can’t see him. I don’t understand why insurance companies only take certain insurance. I can understand if you had problems with is company but my sons well being is being pushed aside because of insurance. This world is focused solely on money hungry people and companies. Why not look at people and think about what many are going through right now, even though’the pandemic’ is not high like it was. Heartbroken and let down us how I am feeling.

Unfortunately this facility was unable to accept my insurance however I was given exceptional customer service by a sweet gal named Halle. She contacted me to let me know they could not help but sent me another list of resources that may be able to. When you’re struggling with your kids hearing a kind voice can definitely make a difference.

Claire at Sandstone Care supported me through insurance inquiries and genuinely was caring and concerned as we worked to help our young adult. Although we weren’t able to work with them as we wanted, the process from contacting, insurance eligibility and prospective intake was full of compassion.

Update – the support for the family was non-existent once we had our young adult enrolled. We were never given information regarding the parent groups. We were told at minimum we would know if our young adult was attending outpatient classes. Given the attentiveness from Claire prior to enrollment the non-responsiveness to our family once we enrolled came as a shock and betrayal in an already difficult family situation.

Updating to 2 stars based on intake. Post-intake is zero. Google hasn’t changed my review from 5 stars to 2 but I’m leaving this review so families can have the information.

Sandstone Care has been an enormous contributor to the mental health professionals in the area and clients seeking support. I appreciate the outreach to collaborate on professional learning for our community. Natana Reason provided an amazing training recently that I brought back to my entire team. Looking forward to working with Sandstone more in the future.
