My experience at evolve was eye opening in the best way possible. Thanks to the staff I am happy to be sober again. It is a great place to discover your recovery. The Sunday outings were awesome to me; even though one outing wasn’t the best but I had fun with it. It reminded me that you can’t always get what you want and that you have to make the must out of what you are dealt with. Evolve was a great experience! You will learn a lot of tools to stay sober in recovery through therapy and groups. The staff is amazing and the connections you will form with people are legitimate. Evolve is a beautiful place and a beautiful program. Highly recommended facility!

This place has taken me by surprise! Not only does the staff educate you on tools of recovery they also give intuitive sight on an exit plan. They are very compassionate, non- judgemental on individuals. Also caring but firm on ways to better not only you’re own life but the life of others around you. Where do I begin…I intimately know this this place and the people who work here. The therapists are heavenly, they are more than perfect..especially Megan. However the upper management? Good lord. What a mess. The manger has half a brain, the tattooed necks will come make you feel like it’s home, however it’s so not. Please. If you value your loved one, don’t take them here. I went to this facility just looking to do a 4-5 day medically supervised detox for alcohol. I do not recommend it for that. I was paying for their services, but I was treated as if I was court-ordered to be there. With only 8 clients being there, you’d think they could’ve individualized their treatment according to the person’s situation.z I got upset my first night because they wouldn’t give me 5 min. with my cell phone to call my husband. Because I was bugging them and crying, they gave me 3 drugs to knock me out. I can hardly remember anything from the next day because of the lasting effects of the drugs. There really was some great staff there, and it’s a good recovery program, but I don’t recommend it at all for someone needing just a short term service.

Caring staff, evidence based, had a good experience here for a family member. Would recommend. Only thing that I would change is that patients be informed in advance when changing levels of care to decrease anxiety.

Awesome nurses and amazing people I love all of them hears the one and only thing I feel they should do is heavier drugs for sedation and anxiety and defuse these proven cocktails of meds there proved meds out there that takes away 100% of everything thing the main Drs should be doing extreme homework on the medical meds for all kinds of treatment all I’ve said I want to say one more thing there is one nurse that made damn sure I needed everything in her power and she was as best nurse hands down she actually made me feel like I was special and it’s the first time in my life that anybody has made me feel I truly meant something that she really cared about me and that’s the first time in my life I felt like someone truly. Cared about me she is a trulprooof angels actually do walk this earth

First city is unlike any other treatment facility around. Lots of wonderful staff who do anything and everything they can to make sure you’re comfortable through detox and treatment. The nurses are all wonderful and treat everybody w genuine love. Kendra specifically does a wonderful job and talked me into staying multiple times when I was struggling. Nate also does everything he can to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need. I came in with zero dollars and Nate made sure I had a vape at all times which was a major help. My therapist mike was also a huge help to me and I felt like he really understood me and what I was going through. All in all an amazing place and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them if I ever needed anything again in the future. Lots of amazing people at first city recovery!

I truly owe my life to First city recovery center. Not only were they friendly and very knowledgeable, but not for a moment did any of the staff members give me the impression that they were just there for a paycheck. It was very refreshing as opposed to 3 other treatment centers i went too and had no success with. I believe this ultimately made the difference and allowed me to have the longest period of time with continuous sobriety. You cant fake compassion!!!. luckily at first city recovery they didn’t have to. Because they truly care. Thank you First City Recovery, for giving me my life back.

We toured Hickory Treatment Center’s men’s facility and their call center and met with their Vice President, many staff at the treatment center, and staff at the call center. The staff at Hickory Treatment Center is phenomenal with their knowledge of people needs, not just the needs of addicts.

I have attended Hickory IOP and graduated I’m am now in relapse prevention. I feel that they are very helpful in my recovery and give great support. They give plenty of resources to help in my recovery. They go over really good material. And the staff are very friendly and non judgemental. I feel really comfortable. Indiana Center for Recovery totally changed my life. I still to this day have never had care as exceptional as here. When I was receiving treatment from them I was taken care of very well, had all my needs met, wonderful therapy and groups to take part in, made life long friends I still see often, and it just all around was an amazing experience. The staff genuinely cares about you and you are not just a number to any of them. They pretty much all have experience with addiction first hand and so they’re able to relate to you and actually know what you’re going through. If you or a loved one come to ICFR you’ll receive some of the best treatment around and you’ll become a part of huge family I’m thankful to have myself.

I really do like this Program. In my experience it’s the best one in Indiana. Anyone who need help staying sober should definitely go there. I know there is so much to learn in there. I am so happy I went there and completed the program. Probably the best choice I have ever made. I don’t know how my life would be now if I had not came to ICFR. ICFR is a great place to go for treatment. The facility there is very nice. If you are willing to listen and participate, you will learn a lot that will help you build your future. The morning meditation ran by Colin is a peaceful way to start your day and to wake up. Also the alumni department is great, they will stay in touch with you. As well as have fun alumni activities.

I’ve been here twice and both times have been treated with dignity and respect. It’s hard admitting you have a problem but this is a safe and wonderful place to get help. The detox portion provided round the clock care that I needed to safely detox. The rehab portion was great. I got the education and therapy needed to help me better understand myself and my addiction. The Doctor got me on the right track with medications needed for my mental illness. The staff are caring and personable, if they weren’t recovering themselves they were affected by it and understood you. When you finished the program you were met with alumni coordinators that made sure you had everything needed to transition back into the real world. They even check on you long after you discharge just to see how you are. I’ve also gained a second family, I’ve met some great people in the program and still in touch to this day. ICFR is the best place to be if you’re struggling with addiction. It’s been life changing for me

I’ve only been to one treatment facility but they definitely made it worth it. When I came in I was terrified. Everyone there helped me to feel welcome and make my time as easy as it could be. I met so many inspiring helpful people who really cared and helped to save my life. They are well rounded and have something to offer for everyone. I started doing their morning meditation group and was welcomed with open arms, hearts, and minds. If you’re looking for help, this is definitely the best place you could be, they have helped gain control back of my life ❤

My son just left there. He said it was a clean and safe environment! The staff was great! The counselors were great and very helpful! We had just found out he’s a diabetic. They got him on the the right levels and taught him how to do it and how to eat! I am very pleased with this place!!!

I came here with nothing to lose because I already lost everything. Not only did they help me cope with my withdrawal process but they also helped me to learn coping skills to every day situations and as well as living a normal life without having to be dependent on a substance. They set the foundation for a life truly worth living. They literally saved me from myself and in turn they saved my life. I would suggest this place over any other place any day, any time. My experience was great. The only major issue I had was with the beds. They were not comfortable at all and every time you moved, you could wake yourself up. I had a great experience other than my bed. I only share this with the hope that they can make
the very cheap expense to make better beds. We all know we need sleep.

I enjoyed my whole expirience personally. The techs and nurses were polite and understanding. The facility is very clean and has an abundance of resources. I don’t think there was anything that i needed that wasn’t available. My favorite part is the relationships that you will build with everyone there seems more like a happy family and friends then a jail/rehabilitation center.

I have been here four times, twice for detox and residential. I would highly recommend if you’re serious about recovery.
