I had a great experience at North Point Nebraska. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking help for addiction. North Point has changed my life in many ways, and I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to be apart of their program.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The staff is amazing. The counselors, the nurses, the techs. They truly care for the patients, and helping people better themselves. I learned so many things about myself and my peers. I also learned a lot of effective coping skills to combat the disease of addiction. Most importantly, I learned how to love myself again, and make healthy decisions. I have a completely new sober network. Its actually more like a family… a family that understands because we all struggled with the same things, and our experience at Northpoint was the beginning of our solution. I will never forget it, and I will always cherish the experience I had at this facility. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Northpoint provided excellent care. From the top down, they created a very friendly environment that helped facilitate the recovery process. The doctors, nurses, counselors, and techs all did a great job of building rapport which enabled great therapy sessions. They also provided great continuity of care options after the inpatient stay. I would highly recommend Northpoint for anyone struggling with mental health.

NorthPoint was better than I could have imagined. Though it was my only experience in residential treatment, the staff was fantastic. Detox was much better than I could have hoped. The atmosphere was warm and supportive. My peers were as amazing as the techs and therapists. The structure is most helpful and the curriculum gives you the best tools to continue sobriety outside of a sterile environment. The facility is full of amenities, the meals are far above average and admission, insurance/financial stages were quick and easy. I would definitely recommend NorthPoint!

HERE IS TO A SOBER LIFE!

My husband was at QLI recovering from a brain injury from December of 2018 until May of 2019. The concept they follow of empowering the person to be as independent as possible is amazing! The staff is very caring and work very hard for each client to gain home independence. We highly recommend QLI!

QLI is one of the most amazing places to work at. I came to QLI from the east coast, and it has not disappointed me. This is a work environment that does not compare to any other place that I have worked at. Their mission statement is highly valued and incorporated into every single activity that is done here. If you have a loved one with a TBI or SCI at this facility, know that they will be taken care of like they are family, because here, they are. I wish there was more that I could do to advocate for QLI, because this facility is so life changing for anyone that comes through their gates.

My son has been at QLI for quite some time now after a terrible car accident. His experience at QLI has been a life saving event for my son and our family. The staff from top to bottom is unbelievable, the professionalism, compassion, expertise and competence is something that our family is very grateful for. Every person I’ve ever come in contact with has been friendly, helpful and has exhibited the compassion to my family and my son that separates this facility from any other place on this planet. Without QLI, I can’t imagine where we’d be. Thank you!

My husband went through the independence center over 30 years ago. He did relapse after the first 3 months but he did not attend any aftercare or AA. Within a year he started going to AA and has been sober for almost 35 years. My son has also been through the independence center twice with varied success. He has had relapses but maintained sobriety for the majority of the time. He has used the tools he learned there to get sober again after relapsing without having to reenter treatment. The program will work for you if your honest with yourself and do the work. Good luck and god bless!

Best treatment facility in Lincoln, I’ve been there 2x and I have very close friends & family that have been in recovery since they completed treatment there. I wish they took medicare or medicaid though…

When you are ready, you are ready. I did three rehabs in the span of three summers and I’ve been sober a year and a half since going to the Independence Center.
The ENTIRE staff wass genuinely interested in my recovery. Of course it’s up to me how honest I want to be with my counselor, Chaplin and myself (and God), but their unwavering encouragement doesn’t hurt and it didn’t. The facility is much better than others I’ve been to in Nebraska and they keep the distracting extracurricular horseplay to minimum. They have a great culture and alumni in the A.A. and Lincoln communities.

A family member recently completed a 30 day addiction rehab program at this facility. They weren’t out 24 hours and relapsed. What I find disappointing about his facility and the reason we chose this facility is because they market their program as a dual diagnosis treatment program, but even though my family member has underlying diagnoses, these were ignored and left untreated. Only the alcohol addiction was treated. They tell patients from day one that there is a 90% chance they will relapse, which basically gives them permission to relapse. What the addict hears is that it is normal so there is nothing wrong with it. What is really disappointing is that when they did relapse, we were unable to reach anyone at the facility to help us. The counselor didn’t return phone calls, which gave me the impression that they only fulfill the minimum requirements and are not truly invested in the patient and curing their disease. Very disappointed and would not recommend this facility for patients who have a dual diagnosis.

I love my job. I love the beautiful building and am proud to come to work every day. My job is challenging and rewarding, it’s a huge building so there are many employees. I like almost everyone I work with. Management works hard to reward hard work and extra efforts. Attitudes and outlooks are becoming more positive. The work is hard and teaches you a lot. The facility runs 24/7, has 5 units, 2 floors, and many departments so there are plenty of days to pick up hours and plenty of positions to move around to if you aren’t happy where you’re at. The company and management likes to keep the valuable employees for upwards of 25 years in some cases, so you have job security if you come to work consistently, do your job to your best ability and strive to grow and learn. Work life balance is difficult because when you love where you work you have a hard time staying away for long. Bonus’ for shift pickups helps employees make quick money added to their paychecks. Most enjoyable part of my job is the residents and the culture. A good balance hard work and down time.

I have found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful at all times. I have watched them help those who needed it at lunch time. The resident didn’t have to ask for it. They just knew what was needed and did it .Generally the nurses and staff knew what was needed in advance. They were courteous and took time to be sure everyone’s needs were attended to.

Absolutely disgusted by the lack of respect or common decency shown to travel nurses and CNA’s who come to this facility to help in their time of need. Clearly shows they do not care about their residents and patients being cared for.
By Brooke Dingus (a week ago)
Staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. Seemed like they may have been understaffed, but a lot of places are understaffed right now, just not enough people to work.

I am so impressed with the staff at Lancaster rehabilitation. They know their patients and seem sincerely interested in their lives. The residents appear to feel at home and I know when I call about my husband they are very responsive and express care for his situation. It helps ease the separation to know he is safe and thriving. We hope to bring him home in a few months.
