I must state that I’m more then impressed with the quality of care that was given to my father after a Covid crisis. He received 3 to 4 hours of therapy every day while he was at this Facility, at first my mother and I had conflicted feeling about him being there only because of the 45 min drive, but I must confess it was well worth it. I would like to personally thank Mrs Allison, Physical Therapy, Mrs Caroline, Occupational Therapy and Mrs Jordan, Speech Therapy, the Nurses and NA’s was great everyone here work as a team and I love it, most of all Mrs Tabitha the Case Manager and the doctors on board, excellent service. Not to mention every Thursday here, they have a group meeting with family informing us of our family member progress

This is my husband’s second stay at this facility. You don’t get this kind of treatment at any “top notch hotel.” The genuine care shows! Thanks to a great team!

I should have been posted a review. My mother stayed here a little over a year ago after a stroke. The staff was great! We had absolutely NO COMPLAINTS. This NOT a nursing home and they do everything necessary to assist you to be independent when you go home. My mom and I highly recommend this facility.

Our experience with the staff at the Bryant T Aldridge Rehab Center was outstanding! They treated my father like one of their own family members and were attentive to his every need. My family was very impressed and pleased with the level of care he received during his stay.

This facility was excellent. My mother broke both of her thigh bones and she was in the facility less than 1 month. They treated her well and was very attentive and helpful to my brother and I while she was there. I recommend BTAR for anyone.

This is the best rehab center I have ever been to / worked with. They truly care for each and everyone of their patients and give you every tool you could possibly need to succeed after leaving the facility. They also offer continued support once you leave. Thank you to the Carolina Center for Recovery for helping to change my life.

I have clients who have attended this facility and the staff’s efforts created a noticeable difference in my clients’ lives. Kudos to this facility and their team. They do remarkable work. I once spoke with a girl named Christianne who works there when trying to gather some information regarding a legal matter. She was very sweet, helpful and intelligent. Keep up the good work!

Huge updated facility, amazing caring staff with therapists that are knowledgeable and passionate to help those struggling with addiction. Provide great resources for families and educational family weeks. Really a familial sense and excellent support system. I would absolutely recommend!

I went to this facility a little over two years ago and have maintained continuous sobriety since. The staff here are special and care about their clients unlike any other place I’ve been to. This place helped open the doors for me to learn how to live sober and meet some great people along the way that are still in my corner today. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking treatment for alcohol/drug addiction.

This place has helped me reshape and restructure the basic foundations of living a clean and sober lifestyle. I was in a very dark place at this time of my life. Hopeless and spiritually bankrupt. The staff at CCR helped me to learn to love myself again just enough so that I could see a light at the end of the tunnel. They gave me the necessary tools and understanding for me to start taking the action in pursuing my own recovery. They didn’t hold my hand. They didn’t coddle me when things didn’t go my way. They didn’t force anything on me. They simply offered a new way of living and just the right amount of encouragement and love to motivate me to do something different with my life. So 5 stars it is ya filthy animals!

Silver Ridge Recovery center has been the best experience of my life. The residence is second to none as are the staff, therapist and physicians.
After 15 yrs of opioid addiction, the staff have been able to offer me a total experience in recovery as an In patient resident as well as impeccable aftercare solutions. Total immersion in recovery through scientific methods combined with holistic treatment has no equal.
I highly recommend to anyone seeking total healing of mind, body and spirit, to immediately seek the services. It’s the most comfortable, caring experience of my life.
    Thank you SR!

I have the gracious opportunity to be a member of the staff here at SILVER RIDGE for the past 3 years on night shift. I love all my co workers and everything they do for the clients staying at our gorgeous facility. We truly care about each and every one’s recovery, safety and well being. Our therapists are the best in their field and I love learning from them daily. Our aftercare specialist is second to none. Come join us at SILVER RIDGE and begin your new life in recovery. We will be there for you every step of the way!!!

Silver Ridge was the best experience I’ve ever had. It absolutely changed my life. The group size stays small and therefore, allows you to create close connections with others in the house. Everyone is very knowledgeable and loving and truly committed to your recovery.

What is there to not love about this place? I’ve worked here for over a year now, and I have never felt so supported and cared about from my team. The care the team has for the clients makes me have faith in humanity and life. I’ve learned so much from the team here at SR, and I’ve met so many wonderful people who have made an amazing transformation in a short period of time. Watching the light come back into clients lives and watching them rebuild themselves is inspiring and makes me that much more grateful for recovery. Not to mention the full-view rainbow view we get after a really good rain 🌈If you want to choose anywhere to heal your body and brain, choose Silver Ridge 💗

I was a first time visitor today, to see my neighbor who is in rehab. The exterior is very nice, plenty of parking and welcoming.
The reception ambassador Anita, was very friendly and helpful. I was pleased that the air quality was so good and how clean the floors and halls were.
My neighbor’s room was a good size for one person with plenty of closet space. It had nice windows with a nice view and a bird feeder. He seemed very content and relaxed after just 2 days there.
I don’t know about the patient care, but my friend said the OT and PT were “very good”. The schedule of events looked quite interesting too.
So my first time visit rates 5 stars!

I’m very pleased with all the staff. Professional, friendly, helpful and taking great care of Dad. Nutritional good food. Everything is so clean and well kept. Love the therapy section. I would definitely recommend this rehab.
The care here from all is wonderful. It is helpful when leaving each day to know he is in good hands.
I couldn’t be more happy seeing and realizing the top notch care that all here take. There is a genuine sense tender loving care.
Every day (and I have been here each day since Dad first came in) helps me so much in seeing how each one here truly cares and gives there all.

My brother-in-law is a resident at Carolina Rehab Center.
I have been very impressed with his care there. Everyone is very nice to him and me. I have eaten lunch with him twice and the meal was excellent. They give him snacks whenever he wants them. When his ostomy bag pops they come pretty quick to clean it up and change it. The facility is beautiful and very clean. There is no odor. I would not hesitate to be a resident here or place a family member here.

As an employee, I am not impartial and you may not want to read further. However, I’d like to write from the heart. Today was our Thanksgiving feast 2022 with staff and residents. My coworkers tried their best to have as many people in our dining room as we could. This was done by the staff for the people who are here in an effort to let them also enjoy this time of year. We even included their families as much as we were able. I watched my coworkers as they individually prepared each person plate to give them their food choices. ( Hygienic). We have our rough days our struggles but seeing the true heart of this facility made me feel humbled to work here

This was my first time going to rehab. I was at CrestView for 50 days. The facilities and apartments were very nice. I was really surprised how nice they were when I arrived. The treatment plan and therapy I received were top notch and potentially saved my life. Recovery is a gift and hard work. If you’re willing to do whatever is necessary to gain control of your life, this is the place for you.

After reading the reviews lowest to highest it hasn’t changed much. The apartments were the best thing about Crestview Recovery and I was blessed to have good roommates. It’s what kept me sane. My main issue was how the staff talked to me and other clients. Any time I was trying to figure out my length of stay I got told I don’t know starting with the director all the way down to case management. I was trying to figure things out to let my work know. Finally I go told very rudely that my insurance company approved me for 60 days so I was staying for 60 days and that I couldn’t leave without graduating because it’s illegal for me to return to work without a completion note. I was finally able to talk to my supervisor on my family outing and Im glad I contacted her because she was expecting me back after 30 days. I had to tell her I was staying 60 days. At this point I gave up advocating for myself. It was basically sober time and that’s it. They told me what I was going to do and did not give me any solutions for getting my bills paid while being there. I went in for a 30 day program because I was told that by the answering service. It’s different once you get there. I felt very controlled by the staff holding a graduation letter over my head. I’m not the only one. Several people left against medical advice because they refused to work with the clients individual needs. There are lots of large group sessions instead of individual ones. I’m not a large group person. Most of the technicians were good however there are a few that throw lots of attitude and stick their nose where it doesn’t belong causing drama with clients. This place definitely needs a staff over haul and needs to work with clients needs on a different level. It’s really not for older people that have jobs and bill’s.

The owners and most of the staff are in recovery, which is one of the aspects that made it so different. I’ve been to a few rehabs, but Crest View Recovery is the only one I’ve been to where I have felt so loved and understood. This treatment center is not just in it for the money, but for the clients. They taught me skills and tools that I still use at almost a year clean. I can’t say enough good things. If you’re looking for yourself or a loved one, I promise you’re in good hands.

They make sure this is the best addiction recovery center where everyone receives individualized treatment. Not to mention you’ll be in Asheville, surrounded by the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina. If you’re looking for the best rehab, look no further!

I am forever grateful for Crest View Recovery Center for helping to give me my life back! The counselors, instructors and the entire staff are so caring and want nothing but to see you succeed. I have been to 4 rehabs throughout the last 25 years of my life as an alcoholic. I am happy to say, Crest View was my last and two years later I am still sober and my life is more amazing than I ever could have imagined. Thanks Crest View, keep up the great work!!!
