Bay Area saved my life! The care, concern, and passion they show to every client that walks through their doors is truly genuine. The relationship’s and bonds of friendship I have built with with these amazing people will last for a life time. You are not a number or dollar sign to Bay Area, they see you as person who is valued and worth saving. My counselor Jerry B. Is the kindest most empathetic person on this planet, he is passionate about what he does and he has truly found his calling in life. I highly recommend him, for any one that is looking for a better way of life!

Bay Area Recovery’s outpatient is AMAZING. While inpatient saved my life, their outpatient services were vital in showing me exactly how to implement all of the tools into my daily life. Also, all of their employees are recovered, they truly care and understand. Thanks to BARC I am now 2.5yrs sober and happy about it! I would give 100 stars if I could!

The staff at Bay Area Recovery Center are friendly, professional, and sincere. I did not know what to expect when I started attending meetings at the BARC, but I am glad I chose them. I learned a lot about myself at the meetings. Even though I have completed my program requirements I will continue attending meetings. They make me feel better and I am still learning.

Bay Area Recovery Center absolutely saved my life. The staff is incredible, patient, and understanding. They gave me the solid foundation I needed to go back into the world and continue my sobriety journey in my home city. Living far away, I was worried I would lose touch with everyone, but almost 2 years later these are still some of my most valuable friendships. Thank you especially to Billy, Jerry, and Tricia. Couldn’t have done it without ya’ll!

Recovery Unplugged was the best decision we made in time of uncertainty. They were so knowledgeable with our loved ones disease and how to treat it. They made us feel comfortable in such an overwhelming time. They were helpful in making decisions that were best for us without the sales gimmick or pressure. We couldn’t be happier and our family is healthier. The continued care and education we received has equipped us to battle this life long journey.

Recovery Unplugged has been the best treatment center experience I’ve every had. I’ve been a client at several other treatment centers, and I’ve also worked at several different treatment centers; this place has been the most balanced and therapeutic environment I have ever experienced. The programming is structured very well, all of the staff are so kind and compassionate, and the milieu as a whole was extremely positive when I was a client there. The education I received on the music aspect of recovery also opened my eyes to a number of different aspects of recovery that I was lacking in previously. Music has been a huge part of my life for so long, and Recovery Unplugged helped me tap into a deeper part of myself using music, and encouraged me to continue to write, play, and perform music. The joy I get from playing music has been enhanced exponentially and every time I write a new song, I feel so much gratitude for what I’ve learned and experienced at Recovery Unplugged. It is truly a place where miracles happen. Surrender to the process of recovery and Recovery Unplugged will help guide you through the rest. A+ 11/10 would recommend.

So I was really mislead about this facility… I am greatful that I’m clean but before u go to any rehab, DO UR RESEARCH. They don’t have it together at all, no one in the staff communicates so they have people leaving AMA everyday because they were lied to by admission so when they got there, things were not what they expected.

BARC House 3 was instrumental in my walk of recovery. The staff have all real experiences, the recovery is not shallow, it’s deep and humbling. The house is clean, the property is serene and the food is plentiful! At Bay Area Recovery, they care about Men’s lives! I recommend for any man that wants REAL recovery and freedom.

I went through Bay Area Recovery Center in February 2021. It was my first attempt at recovery. I didn’t know what to expect when I got there. When I pulled up to the center I was greeted with love and kindness. It was like they rolled out the red carpet just for me. The staff and the counselors really wanted to see me get well, they had the knowledge of this illness, by this illness to do just that. My time spent at the center was mind blowing, the information and the way it is presented to the clients is an experience anyone struggling with addiction should see. I checked in a hopeless alcoholic and drug addict. Now I can see a bright future ahead of me because of the time I spent there. They taught me life skills, how to recover from a hopeless state of mind and body, help others, and be happy. Bay Area Recovery Center helped get my life back together and gave me the tools necessary to keep it together. I am forever grateful that I went there.

My struggles with addiction and alcoholism took me too many facilities across the years. None had the quality, compassion and understanding of this issue like Bay Area Recovery Center. BARC helped me recover from addiction, gave me the tools to repair my family and live a life I could only dream of. The staff is wonderful, the experience with the recovery community they cultivate; unmatched and the life I now live, unfathomable.

I was in treatment at Bay Area Recovery Center House #3 from August-November 2019. After several failed attempts at getting sober, and visits to other treatment centers in the Houston area, I was finally introduced to real solution for my alcoholism when I came to Bay Area. The staff there saved my life. I was blown away by the effort and actual care they show for their clients. Your treatment does not end when you leave the center. Alumni are encouraged to come back, and are always welcome. Staff maintains relationships even after they are no longer clients. Last month, I got my two year chip. I would never be where I am today without the support of Bay Area. Joe, Billy, Blake, Matt, Adam, John, Sean, and others are always available when you need them, and will do anything to help someone seeking a solution. Thank you BARC for saving my life.

Bay Area Recovery Center is a phenomenal treatment center. I can’t imagine a better place to go for detox, treatment, and rebirth. All of the staff is experienced and truly wants the best for all of the clients. The true solution is shared in an extremely impactful and transformative way. Whether your vice is alcohol or opiates the solution is the same. The first requirement is that you desire and are willing to accept help. And let me tell you, BARC provides that. The fellowship and brotherhood gained from this rehab is something no amount of money can buy. I highly recommend this place.

I spent 90 days with Into Action starting in December 2011. It was the best decision I have ever made. Their program and staff got me clean and sober and I have remained so for the past 11 years. It wasn’t always easy but they know what they are doing and I have learned what I need to do to stay clean. I highly recommend this center and encourage anyone suffering from any sort of substance abuse addiction to take a leap of faith and give them a call. You won’t regret it.

I came through Into Action May of 2022. I had previously been to 5 different rehabs before coming here. 1 in Florida and 4 in Texas. Into Action is by far the best rehab facility that I have ever been to. The program of recovery and curriculum is solid. More solid than the other rehabs that I have been to. The team as a whole are very passionate about what they do and care deeply about their clients. This has been my experience. Waylon Booker was my counselor. He was top notch. He set me up with a treatment plan to specifically address my issues and plan of action. I feel he was and is genuinely concerned about my well being as well as my sobriety. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I have 6 months sober and owe most of this to Into Action. Thank you guys for everything!!!! I would highly recommend this place to any one who is suffering from alcoholism/ addiction! There is a solution and Into Action showed me what it was. Much Love!!!

If the ship that was once wronged can be right I.A.R.C. will help steer you back into that direction. Into Action has helped me create a foundation that gave me my life back. From the top to the bottom, everyone genuinely cares about your well-being and will stop nothing short of helping you find your way. Highly recommend taking residency in the Sober Living house and completing a full 90 days.

Transferred here after completing 30 days in another rehab back home. I was expecting to go straight to sober living and found out I needed to redo the first 35 days of treatment. After accepting this I found nothing but pure joy here! Everything from the staff, meetings, food, and living situation was very pleasant. The program itself here was live saving and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
