  Upon my admittance to Franklin County Rehab Center, after a thorough review of my physical condition it was determined that I would benefit from participating in five disciplines ie. Speech/swallowing therapy, resperatory therapy, occupational and physical therapy. The knowladge and patient persistance excercised by every staff member in providing the care I needed, lead to my healing being better than my baseline.
  The caring proffesionalism of the therapists, nursing staff, the LNAs, maintanence staff, and the attractive physical layout of the faucility, made my stay a pleasant and positive experience.

  My mother in law is a resident here, her room is clean, they have fun activities that put a smile on her face. The nurses are very nice and keep us informed. The consistent complaint is the food, although I have not tried it myself, the meals I have seen do not look all that appetizing. Over all my husband and I are happy to have such caring staff to take care of my mother in law.

  The staff is very friendly and attentive. Facility is clean and well kept. My Grandma passed away in their facility on hospice care and the staff was wonderful with all Our Families needs during that difficult time.

  Ok so this is my review copied and filed, last night 12/8/22 a friend called me from this facility near tears, in need of a catheter, thirsty from dehydration and in pain from broken ribs. Nothing I mean nada was being was being done for his health or healing at all. Grant you the patients temper is out of control (verbally at times, can be offsetting but downright maddening) if you give said patient their needs perhaps they’d shut the heck up. Positive reinforcement, not shown here. Aside from his tantrums of a child, he had a major stroke and can’t do much cognitively but physically as well, the weaker he gets, the more his needs are ignored, I’m putting this, along.with lawyers suggestion this man is Not cognitively capable of what he’s been accused of. In fact this is his third time since his stroke that he’s broken his ribs. The staff is embarrassingly overrated.. if you have money 🤑 you will be treated wonderfully. Have a nice day.

  I recently visited a family member in your facility… as a retired nurse I often just observe the surroundings! I was soooo impressed watching staff interact with residents. Seeing many smiles warmed my heart! Thanks for having such a great team from administration, to daily staff, to kitchen services and house services and I am sure so many behind the scenes!   What I witnessed was not just a manager that is in chage of a business. I saw a person does all she can to improve the quality of life not only a patient but a resident in there home. I was corrected that they are residents. Very impressive.
