Lovely park with a lot of space for picnic. There is covered area with 8-10 tables but otherwise just plenty of tree shade to sit and enjoy the view.
West of the park is the lake Washington, which provides a nice background for sunset photos. Late evening is great time to visit on a sunny hot day.
My kids really enjoyed playing in the water and then on the play area. The water was ok, but there was a lot of debris in the water.
By Pushkar Pahare (6 months ago)Great place for swimming or kayaking/paddle boarding. It has bbq areas and ample parking spaceBy Javad Heydari (6 months ago)Beautiful park with good water access. Ideal to chill out. Almost ample parking. Enough room for everyone to sit at a safe distance.By Nipun (a year ago)Such a lovely park I must say. This park has a great parking space, very widely spread barbecue and picnic areas, has a swimming area great for kids, restrooms, covered sitting areas, play area for kids. Although it looks like a tiny park on map, it’s not that small. Perfect place for picnics.By Taruna K (a year ago)We rented a spot in the park four $400. When we arrived to set up…we had to clean up first. What a filthy mess. We were going to leave it the way we found it. But thought it best that we clean. It was left cleaner than we found it. Never use this park again.By roxanne fashaw (6 months ago)

We’ve camped here twice with our toddler (now preschooler) and it is quick becoming a family favorite campground. The campsites have much more privacy than the usual campground, with tall brush and trees surrounding most of the sites so you don’t see your neighbors. Several have good locations to hang your hammock. Each campsite is raked clean between campers and they do a good job of maintaining the restrooms etc. There are a couple different playgrounds on site that are pretty dated and in need of new wood chips to cushion falls. Staff was very friendly. Beach access is a short downhill walk on a trail from the campground. The last section to the beach is a little tricky with a kayak but doable. Gorgeous views!By Amanda N. (5 months ago)Well worth a visit for the quintessential Pacific Northwest beach walk, forest bathing and water gazing.
$30 for a one year state parks pass or $10 for single day use. Head to parking lot for automated machine to pay. Clean restrooms. Picnic areas. Some paths will require strong legs and attention to uneven or unstable surfaces (think stray rocks, shifted root systems, even discarded oyster shells).
Some folks hike their kayaks down and launch from the beach. Others bring buzzy drones that fracture the quiet. It will depend on the day and the weather who is visiting and what activities are going on with each set of visitors. Check tide tables and know that only during low tide will there be a lot of beach trekking. Of course, even at high tide, you can still enjoy the water, tall trees, twinkling brooklets and an occasional glimpse of eagles. Truly a lovely place!By Ice Qu (8 months ago)Went on a little hike with my dog. The park is super quiet and peaceful. I ran into a few people (4-5) while exploring the place. I didn’t realize that the park allowed overnight camping, so that is something I will definitely be back for.By Jersey A. (4 months ago)Lives up to its name. A little bit of a meander through scenic Seabeck to get to but worth the trip. Day use or park pass required. Playground, restrooms, campground, picnic area, group shelter, and even volleyball net. Path down to the water a little uneven but a fair amount of space to spread out on until the tide comes in. Rocky beach and water so sandals or water shoes recommended. Duck under the trees that have come down into the water for more beach access. Kayaks, SUPs, and small inflatables welcome. Scenic panoramic views.By Nanette Blackburn (6 months ago)Quiet, perfectly still water, misty…haunted? There is a small playground (sans swings for some reason).
There are bathrooms with–i kid you not, dark urine color glass. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean… So why ruminate on the urine color glass? Some joke by a member of the park’s deep state–no doubt.
The picnic area is beautiful. With no glass, thank goodness.

We come here at least once a month. Kids can fly kites, we enjoy the beautiful views. It’s just a great spot!
It’s the beach. Greyland’s long, flat, sandy Beach offers a relaxing and peaceful experience year around. But if your looking for some outdoor fun there’s that too. Many different camping places, motels and RV parking available. If you like clam digging you’ll reach your limit with fun here (just don’t turn your back on those waves while digging up your clam cuz they’ll sneak up on you quickly). Kick your shoes off and take a stroll along the waterline. If you like to fly kites this is another great plane for you to enjoy the wind at Grayland Beach. Or find a big logs that has been washed up by the tides and cook your clans, oysters and crab right there. Just remember the tide will come back in so remember where you are and give yourself plenty of time to get off the beach before the tide get to high.
My first time to drive Remy my road steed on a beach. I had the beach to myself as it was the middle of the week. The temperature was amazing and the waves were calling my name. I love the Pacific!
Simply a beautiful beach to chill out and enjoy the ocean! You can drive out onto the beach and set up shop. It is a great place to fly kites too! An ice-cream shop, burger joints, seafood restaurants, and bars all very nearby. There is also a nearby grocery store. Super fun!
Great place good beach… will be windy, will be cold… if you like to drive onto the beach, you can! Make sure to enter and exit at the right spots. Also be aware it’s a large beach.
