What a wonderful adventure. The view is wonderful. The ride is very comfortable. Being 20 story’s up never felt so natural. The staff was very nice. Well worth the price of admission. Queue for tickets is decent even on Sunday afternoon and for getting in the SkyWheel car it will be around 10 min waiting. One of the best things to do in myrtle beach.
Ticket for adult is $16.99.By Nitish Deshpande (3 months ago)5 stars for the view alone and decent price for rides.4 stars for our VIP experience only because they gave us shirt sizes that were not what we asked for and all two sizes too big, but that’s ok. The VIP package was cool because they cut you through the shop and take you around back to load on the single VIP bucket. The air was nice in it, had leather seats, but biggest thing was the glass floor. You get 30 minutes, but that does include stopping to load other riders here and there, great chance to scope out the awesome view. The 8pm slot was perfect for dusk and night viewing in the same ride.

Free public access to the Atlantic Ocean in a Hilton Head Island, SC! Beautiful boardwalk bringing you into the heart of the park. Clean restrooms, rinse off area, changing rooms and lots of shaded seating stops. Wheel chair and scooter accessible mat also available. Beach with lifeguards is very clean with several umbrella chairs and prime seating for families enjoying the day at the beach. Oceans can be flat as pancake or have 4-5 foot choppers in the same day. High and low tides add about 20 yards to beach area.

Even in late October there were a lot of people walking and biking the beach. Loads of families and couples enjoying the beach and the local birds. I’m sure this spot in the summer is a popular one. In my opinion, much better than Myrtle Beach or Seaside Beach. So much less crowded and a lot less things touching your legs and feet as you swim. It’s a very beautiful place to go for walks on as well. Its also a really great place to dig a hole in the sand, everyone favorite beach activity. The beach access was close enough to walk and the views were incredible.
There are many large open green spaces for the children to run and play together. The oak trees are beautiful. Shore fishing was a huge perk for the family. The whole family enjoyed the self guided tour of the castle too!
The only downfall was how early the park store closed when looking to purchase some fire wood.

The jetty is a memorable walk at the right tide level and the beach feels so private because after sunset it’s only resident campers who can go there. Some campsites can hear the ocean. It’s beautiful! The nature center offers great activities for kids! This park is a fantastic place to ride your bike! We have made many happy memories here and can’t wait to go back! Well worth the daily price of admission! Atalaya castle sits near the beach and is fun to tour the grounds of. At Halloween they will often do ghost stories at the castle or even fun haunted tours. There is also a jetty walk that is magical to walk at sunset. Take a significant other and journey down the coast until you reach the rocks! I’ve seen sea turtles, dolphins and more. Then of course there’s the alligator trail where you can see alligators in their natural habitat. Fun place to check out. Huge pier extending out into the ocean. Cool place to go fishing or to watch others fish. Small shop inside where you can buy bait, tackle, or rent poles and tackle. Arcade for the kids, and 2 bars for the adults. One out at the end of the pier that does live music and dancing. It does give you a nice view of the beach, but nothing else is there and parking is very limited.

Great place to get lost for a whole day. Tons of shops parking is super easy to find. Vending machine so you can feed the fish. Lots of interactive activities you could ride the boats, you can go zip lining, Face paintings and spray on tattoos. Paddle boats and wonder works and lot or other bigger places to adventure. They also have the fair rides and Dave and busters.
We walked around pretty much the entire complex, and it really seems to have it all! Something for everyone in your group, (with likely varied interests). Various popular eateries, and unique and delicious snacks and drinks for sale around every turn. Also plan on doing some shopping while you’re there. SO MANY OFFERINGS! We had a great chat with one of the girls in the visitors center. Very pleasant and informative. But I’m sure you’ll find your own list of reasons to be glad you visited!
Shops are a little more expensive than what you might find at a more lowkey area, but the walk is enjoyable. Lots of trash cans and places to stop and sit down. Also many food and drink places to get a quick snack or real food. Feeding the fish was probably one of my favorite parts to be honest.
Awesome place for walking, shopping, attractions, and food. Tons of different shops including clothing stores, gift shops, and more! Very nice layout and easily accessible for walking, strollers, and wheelchairs. Tons of parking and clean environment. They also do fireworks on certain nights through the year so be sure to check their calendar!
What a hidden gem! What you see from 17 is nothing compared to what it is. There are shops, restaurants and activities for all ages. The clean and clear water with fishes in all corners waiting to be fed is adorable. Watching people in the speed boats is exciting. Great for walking with many benches for breaks. Dogs are welcomed. The grounds were well kept and clean. See you again soon.
