  1. They are located in the outlet mall and have plenty of items! It’s almost TOO crowded. The space between shelves is minimal and you have to be careful not to knock stuff off. But at least there are a ton of options!

They require a mask to shop and have social distancing signage and a cashier plexiglass barrier up. I found a couple of good deals for the little one and checkout had three cashiers going so it was quick. Between the music and general store noise it can be challenging to hear the staff.

    Overall: B
A little too crowded but still plenty of merch and decent sales!

  2. I went to this children’s place on Monday 1/11/21 afternoon at Vineland around like 1pm. But to be honest I didn’t like how the staff worked. Everyone were on their phones, and they weren’t paying any attention to us customers, which means they weren’t really giving us any customer service. I would not recommend this children’s place to anyone. In conclusion my experience was the worst.

  3. Great customer service. Always friendly and helpful. Great deals for getting our grandkids clothes

  4. My daughter is 5T and I pick 3 tshirts and 3 jeans and for my boy I pick 2 shirts size 4T and 1 jean. when I get home I found the girl charge a girl shirt that I didn’t pick it was also inside my bag size 3T. They had a mess in the counter and probably she just got confused with the mess she had but the nearest store is 40 minites away and no time to go back. Now I have to, they really need to have the employees areas more cleaned because they dont pay me for the gas I waste on going back and forward and my time. I dont usually buy my kids clothes here but my daughter is growing up and she is starting to have more independence so this store is nice for that with variety but its now I have to go back and not in my best mood. They had a mess in all employee areas. Cash register and also the fitting rooms were closed because you clearly can see the mess in that area. Space between racks was horrible and impossible to get in with a double stroller

Horrible customer service provided by the manager I wanted to exchange a set of cloth and super rude told me no without a receipt I told her it was a gift she said well you can change it for the same thing. Not helpful at all needs better customer service

As a former employee, the company is extremely unjust and corrupt, extremely long shifts, breaks were a joke or often times deprived of entirely, scolded for sitting down for a minute after 7 hours+ of stand up work, phones prohibited as if we were in grade school, unsanitary working conditions where clothes are organized and put on display, no flexibility whatsoever. No kidding it’s a sweat shop in there and they treat us like slaves. Clothes selection is great if that’s what you’re looking for, but know it’s all imported from China.

The store was a zoo. I had ordered some shoes online for my daughter that I needed to exchange for bigger sizes. I figured with the holiday rush that it would be quicker to just handle the exchange in-store. OMG. The store was jam packed with merchandise – I guess investors/shareholders thought it wasa good idea to fill the store with as much stuff as possible. Except there was one big issue: you could barely maneuver around the store. 😕 On top of that, there’s no real checkout line. The checkout area is in the middle of the store with products all around. We had to form a line between the product racks and shelves and remember I said they packed products in tightly so there was no real way to shop in a socially distant way. Folks were standing very closely in line to check out. It wasn’t very pleasant. I suggest they limit store capacity if they’re going to keep this up. To make matters worse, they didn’t even have the shoes that I bought online in stock so I had to select completely different products than what I really wanted.

I’ve been in line about 30 minutes and still here they have 5 employees only one on the register with a stank attitude because she is the only one. We paid online to make a line horrible service. A customer came changed there Childs to new clothes without paying and they are oblivious of anything happening let alone work. Same person on the register is the one that goes to the back to look for the online orders super efficient. As I wait.

Don’t go here. Yvette the manager apparently likes to give customers pick up orders to frauds and then has the audacity to not take any responsibility for it. And careful calling customer service because instead of them helping you. They tell you they need to further investigate their incompetent employee YVETTE. Now my son has no winter jacket for a trip next week or gloves. POS !

Worst customer service here, line looks as if your in Walmart. Only one person on register. Asked for other workers to open and Blatantly said no. Leah was a great and patient cashier but the other 3 workers on duty were not helpful to her at all. Left her to help all of the customers by her self.

This Children’s place specializes in lack of cashier’s. If you want to spend over half an hour or more waiting to pay this is the place for you. Apparently this store is not interested in expediting your purchases.

I called to se if I can return online purchases. Puts me on never ending hold. You just lost my families business. What cloths we did buy from them suck, cheap quality. No wonder its always 70% off, should be 97% off.

They have the worst customer service they don’t speak much English. They don’t greet their customers and are very Prejudice to their customers unless you are Spanish. Both of these ladies.

These stores are terrible. They’re return policy on uniforms are NOT consistent with other stores. I passed the deadline by 3 day and the refused to exchange it for something else. Will never purchase anything from the children’s place. Probably why these stores are disappearing.
By Vilma Quintela (4 months ago)
Horrible service! They don’t acknowledge customers. 8 people making a line and no back up. I didn’t even get a thank you for making a purchase just bad faces. The store is a mess!

Terrible service, was waiting in line for 15 minutes when the manager told us we were in the wrong line. Obnoxious. Never coming back.

    1 star because I wasn’t allowed to give 0.

Worse customer service ever. I came here to write because this is not the first time I have a bad experience at this store. Employees doesn’t care on their customers not even if you walk away leaving back all the stuff you planned to buy. You always have to wait too long to paid even when there is more than one cashier at the store and she of stared at you and go away to stack clothes. Not even an apology for the delays.
This is the kind of place you won’t miss when it disappears.
    Online shopping is much better

Read the reviews and listen. I ordered online and decided to pick up my order from this location. I got there early before they opened and waited a few minutes. I was flabbergasted to see the trash piles in the middle of the aisle( possibly from the day before). Mind you the store had just opened. The employees were in there before they opened the door. Why wasn’t this cleaned up before? They didn’t even seem to care that customers were walking in to see the trash piles in the store. I really hope someone from corporate reads this and gives the customers a better shopping experience.

I a very perturbed with the service at this location. I also placed and online order and have not received and communication about my order besides the original order number. I physically went into the store to check and waited about 30 min in line. There were 3 cashiers and I was the 3rd person in line. (They are very slow) Also one of the staff members was very rude, I believe she was the manager. There were 2 sets of lines and after customers had been waiting in line prior to my arrival she decided to make the 2 lines into one line. The next customer was a pregnant woman who had been waiting in line for 20 mins and she told her she had to go to the back of the line where I was standing when all of the customers in the line agreed that this woman was here before all of us and she could check her out. The Cashier/Manager continued to give her a hard time but eventually cashed her out. By the time I got to the front they proceeded to tell me they did not have my order. One week later still no communication and no shirts. The online store posted a message that I the shop assistant can not help with in store orders so what am I supposed to do. TCP has to do better.

Should be 0 stars. Let’s raise the minimum wage to normalize incompetency and promote pure laziness. 1 cashier with 2 other employees doing nothing next to her. When one employee asked if she could open another register to get the long line moving, the cashier/possible store manager, said no. Not only she portrayed her enthusiasm with her optimistic body language but she also loudly verbalized it.

Hello, I am writing this review after helping a friend Mary. She returned clothes for her granddaughter, the store gave her a credit, so she decided to use it online. We shopped online however, the order wouldn’t go through. After several attempts on our own and utilizing the online support center it didn’t work. So the online support suggested for us to go into the store. Mary went into the store. The sales associate Cassandra spoke with me on the phone and helped Mary with the entire online purchase. She even opened an account with the store primarily because how supportive Cassandra assisted her. Special thank you to the company for helping Mary. Sometimes this online stuff is to overwhelming and your sales associate demonstrated compassion that day!

Horrible!!! I placed an online pick up order and they just disregarded my order. When I call the store they pick up then hang up without saying a word. Disrespectful….. I will not be doing business at this store again. ( Also I still did not receive my order)
