First of all Soumaia, you need to understand a thing called sales and price matching.
Customers can price match with the website to get some items cheaper. Online sales is always going to be cheaper to some extent. But feel welcome to price match in all the stores in the world. It’s a practice that has been in retail for years. Decided to order a nice Christmas dress for my cousin’s birthday as a gift. But when I received the dress it was just thrown into the bag without any other protection. The dress was completely wrinkled everywhere. Will never order something from here again if that’s how you guys like to treat clothing.By Marion Johnson (a year ago)I give 2 stars for the denim. I love it. What I don’t love Is the scams, “come in for 50-60% off already reduced clothing!” What they don’t tell you is sure the clothes are reduced. They are reduced by a WHOLE cent ($0.01). Essentially it’s just 50-60% off regular price. I don’t appreciate being scammed.
The Southlake location is always dirty, cluttered, and under stocked. The employees are generally decent people. The check out process was a pain. The employee had to scan everything with a little palm size device, then use another device to insert my card,m and then I had to swipe my card. The resgister that I have used my card at on numerous occasions no longer functions for cards, only cash. What a waste of money on all those electronics just to check people out.
All in all I used to love this store. When they said so much off already reduced clothes, they were actually reduced. Not by a PENNY either. I don’t appreciate being scammed and I won’t be returning.

As the line begin to get longer I asked the two girls at the register can you open another register. The young lady who was ringing said we have to wait for our manager to tell us to open the register. I asked if the lady with the purple hair was the manager she said yes. I went over to the manager who was standing by the door with another employee and asked if she could open another register. The other employee said we only have one register open. I think that’s is crazy because it was 4:30 and the store wasn’t evening closing. I think those ladies need to be retrained or fired.By JULIA Stewart (4 years ago)Awful. Never had an issue here! Most of the staff is wonderful! The clothing quality usually hits as well. Their spring and summer clothes are typically the best. Shopping at Children’s Place Castleton Square mall was an huge mistake and I want make it again. Mary the manager, along with her staff are rude and need major customer service training. I went into this store to return 5 items from my daughter’s birthday. The items were neatly folded in a box with tags on and gift receipt at the bottom of box. The associate asked me where did I get the clothes…like I had stolen them. She failed to look under the clothes to find the receipt. She couldn’t give me a store credit even with a receipt, this is insane. So I’m trying to shop with 2 little girls and a meeting in an hour. The associate also couldn’t give me a dollar amount for my return. So I shopped and paid $30 over my returned value which I was mad about b/c I was treated trouble the entire time.
The store alarm went off and the manager Mary stormed over to me and asked for my bag, which I didn’t have one. In fact no one ever offered me a shopping bag. I also witnessed the manager Mary asking the gentleman who’s bag did sound the alarm, why he was near the door. I was in shock that she would question a customer like that.
The store was disorganized and boxes all over the floor. My 5 year old picked up some pants and Mary had the nerve to tell her she had just folded that table.
It took 3 associates to exchange merchandise with a gift receipt, that’s ridiculous! This group of women were judgemental, incompetent and rude.

They refused to take it, and now I’m stuck with something we can’t use. They weren’t very friendly or helpful, and I will never shop there again. I lost time, gas, and the money I spent. Sometimes, you can bend the rules people 😞By Scott Ice (a year ago)Well, I was double charged for a item, i.e. the cashier rang the one item I purchased, twice. I called customer service when I got home and saw the charge. The did have record of the purchase because it was too new and said to call back on Monday. Well I call back the Monday after that because we are a very busy family and I ve been on the phone for almost an hour. I contacted the store and they said they couldnt help me when it happened.
Additionally when I was there the cashier had several problems ringing up my order and even had to restart the POS machine because she didnt know how to use it. The manger had to come over to process my order. I was at the check out counter longer than 1/2 hour just trying to check out. It was terrible. I would suggest going to a different children’s place and skip this one.
Update: the amount I was over charged has now been escalated and I will get an email and on the phone for a hour. Yay :/Please do something about this location childrens place. Come on!

I was willing to exchange them. Some still had tags on them. I bought a lot of school items in July for my nephew in Texas. He didn’t like these so I wanted to exchange them and they would not let me. I have bought hundreds of dollars of items from this store. I will not be going back. So you have lost a customer who spent a lot of money there…..no more……it would not have cost you one cent to swap them for something different. One unsatisfied customer for sure. I asked for manager and was told she would not tell me anything different. I am so upset with this place. I’ve called customer service over 5 times for an online order that was shipped to the wrong address and opened, only to find 1/2 my order is gone- after driving acrossed town to pick it up! They refuse to give me my money back. Every time I call they lie and say to wait 1-2 days for refund to reflect on my statement. I call back to say it was never posted and they offer me a COUPON for a future purchase?! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! For the items I paid for and did not receive! I have never in my life dealt with such horrible customer service. I will let it be known how scandalous this company is, on every website I can find, until I am refunded fully for the hours I have wasted on the phone with these liars!
First time ordering from this place and wont be doing it again. Ordered a pair of boots for my daughter’s christmas present , everything was fine the money was taken out of my account and then I recieved an email today stating they cancelled my order and I will get my money back in 5 business days. After waiting 25 mins on hold I was informed when I purchased the item they were out of stock. Beyond irritated and won’t be bothering with this place again.
Had a wonderful experience shopping at The Children’s Place! The best part was interacting with and watching my children be helped by a service associate named Bri! She was amazing and I felt represented the store, the brand, and humanity in general quite exceptionally! I was a loyal customer of Justice, but now I’ve been converted to a loyal The Children’s Place customer! I’ll recommend to everyone this store and thank you for a delightful experience Bri!
I was just at the Mishawaka, IN store & encountered the rudest worker possible. I had a couple returns that I purchased on my Childrens Place credit card. I didn’t have my receipt since I purchased on their credit card. They kept telling me there was no way to look it up without a receipt even though I used their card. Eventually they did find it but the woman was rude & going off on me the whole time. Couple items were from January 29th which is past their return period, woman was rude about that. I really didn’t say much until we were done & I asked for her manager’s information. That really set her off. If you did nothing wrong why would you care that I ask to speak to the manager. I definitely will not be returning to that store.
Never gave me a receipt even though I said send to my email. Tried to return things and was told I couldn’t due to not having a receipt. Even though the manager is the one that wrong me up for the items
