I guess customers do not matter at this location. I got there at 11am to pick up merchandise I had ordered online and what a dissapointment. 2 cashiers for about 20 people . They had more workers doing other things. The store was a mess. Clothes every where. The only positive thing was that I had ordered my stuff online and I was not there to shop .By Lucia A (3 years ago)If i could give it no stars i certainly would. This store is messy the employees seem like they do not like their job! Rude customer service and cant even provide numbers to the customer service help line! My order was canceled so i called and ask and all i got was that they do not have corporate numbers and that they cant help with orders over the phone! Like sereously stay away from this location!By Karla Luna (5 years ago)Nice jeans for $8-10. $4-6 tees. There is always a sale. I don’t like the shoes usually, stiff soles and pricey.By Yvette Cardenas (6 years ago)IF I HAD A CHOICE I WOULD LEAVE NO STARS ! I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING @ THIS LOCATION ‘ THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE , THE MANAGER ( JENNIFER ) NEEDS TO BE REPLACED OR TRAINED HOW TO HELP GUEST ! HER ATTITUDE SMELLS & HAS A HORRIBLE STENCH ‘ I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE SHOPPING HERE ‘ WHO HIRED HER ?! THEY SHOULD BE EVALUATED! ( MONIQUE ) ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS ACTUALLY VERY HELPFUL TO ME ( SHE SHOULD BE MANAGER ) . I REALLY HOPE THEY SHUT THIS STORE DOWN I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT ‘ ( JENNIFER ) KEPT CUTTING ME OFF WHEN I WAS TRYING TO SPEAK , SHE TREATED ME AS IF I WAS CRIMINAL ! I WAS VERY UPSET .By Fee Forby (4 years ago)This store is usually messy but the workers are nice. The clothes are really cute and the prices are very good.By Sheila Rubio (5 years ago)

Bad customer service they supposed to closed at 8 and when I went to make a payment at 7:48 one of the employees didn’t want to open the doorBy Cristiel Jimenez (2 months ago)All employees seemed to be much more invested in their gossip than helping customers out. Everytime I approached one, they side eyed me and kept talking, like they had no time to do THEIR JOB and help a customer out. Very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The only girl to approach me and actually offer help was Claudia. I think that was her name. Give that girl a raise for actually doing her JOB!!! She told me the deals of the day, and showed me where everything I was looking for, was. Thank you.By Cindy J (3 years ago)A big thank you to Claudia for making my visit easy. I went to exchange 3 items and was very helpful. Claudia you should be the cashier everyday. You were very helpful and understanding.By Dalia Diaz (3 years ago)20 min wait in line….only 1 lady in front of me. That’s how slow these people are….20 min and ONLY 1 PERSON.the problem isn’t the fact that there are only 2 cashier’s, the problem is that they are incompetent and slowBy Paul Vargas (3 years ago)Came in for something that wasn’t there but the workers were still really helpful. They told me an other place I might be able to find what I was looking for. Lots of selection, I feel.By Denise Burrola (4 years ago)

This store was not laid out well. The line blocked the aisles and the cashier’s took way too long with each customer. We waited in line behind 5 people with 2 registers open for over 30 minutes.By Destiny Vaca (3 years ago)They will not return any of your merchandise in cash. Got a gift from my mother in law and she had to waste her time to come in to return the item. They offered to put the money on my card but it’s her money not mine. If they require it back to the card then they should automatically put it back. No consideration for anyone’s time.By Audree Brinlee (9 months ago)Well this place is not professional at all. Customer service sucks. Called for help on a order and who ever answered said if I can call back for someone in the front to answer since she was in the back. Called 5 times no one ever answered. Thank for not helping. Rude.By Alexandra Medal (a year ago)I Love The Children’s Place I shop for My Grand Children’s and God Son the clothes last a long time. I have been Shopping at The Children’s Place for over two years and love the Store in Carson Mall. It the best Thank You Children’s Place Staff Team I Shopping in your Store.By Patricia Burditt (3 years ago)There customer service skills are not being put to use at all they just don’t care about anyone’s time or anything of that sort and the store isn’t even busy it took over a half and hour jus to ring up one customers item and there attitude is rediculous and I’m still standing here waiting because they want to hold a conversation rather than do there jobBy Mr. Golden (5 years ago)

Great Store for Kids. The Sale Clerks are very nice, very helpful & very patience.😀 😊 👍By Frances Kidd (4 months ago)Great price on line , but in store you dont get good deals like it says online . Ita better to buy online . Staff are not the friendliest. Called in to see if my order was available and one of the girls was really rude . Also it’s best you buy online than to deal with such terrible costumer service . I likely not doing a random walking to the store . Not happy with the way I was treatedBy Nancy Val (3 years ago)This was my first time going to this location and I have to say that Kristina gave me excellent customer service. She was friendly and helpful. Kristina took her time and made sure she answered all my questions. I would recommend this place.By Yesenia Aquino (3 years ago)I’m always able to find my little munchkins something here. Everything is a complete mess! It was very hard to walk, the clothes on the floor gets stepped on and it’s sold that way, dirty. The employees are NOT helpful at all. Manager is a joke, they spend more time standing around chatting than being helpful with customers and/or cleaning up a bit. This store is disgusting, outdoors and indoors.
This place is horrible. It’s not the company but the people that work in it. This is my 2nd time going in and it was the same horrible service. The girl at the register didn’t even help me make my payment, she was super rude. I purchased some items and wanted to use my rewards and place cash and was rude about it, she only let me use 2 when I was able to use 3. I was so upset I wanted to cancel w everything but my daughter want the clothes. I really think that if they dont like their job they should find something else. We all have to work and make people happy.
Im disappointed in our shopping experience. I had a coupon for you know the $10 off that they do and I had a few that came into my email so after spending an hour shopping for my son, get to the register.. time to pay I bring out my paper coupon and I put my phone with the other coupon thats been emailed too me…the cashier tells me they same coupons so I don’t know why Children’s Place would do that first off! that’s like really ignorant then we have to go back through the clothes to take off everything that I couldnt use the coupon for. but then my husband notices another cashier giving a coupon to another lady which allowed her to go get more clothes I just want people to be fair. I didnt knw they where the same coupons. But its cool ill call corporate tomorrow
The store itself is small so I found it very unprofessional no have the deliveries be dropped off at the entrance of the store and have the employees sort all the clothes at the entrance instead of the backroom. Made it very unpleasant to walk around and shop.
The male employee didn’t know anything i had two coupons for two different transactions and none worked, as i read previous reviews i guess im not the only one. This place is a joke! When it comes to coupons don’t even bother because apparently it wont work BS.
