My experience there was horrible. The staff and workers there are absolutely disgusting, they’re behavior is even worse. I went to shop for my daughter there and this worker next to me was giving me the dirtiest looks while talking to someone with her earphones on. When I went to ask if they had my daughters size she gave me a annoyed look and said I don’t know. Since she obviously wasn’t helping, I go and start looking myself. She then threw down the clothes she was folding and screams excuse me, you can move now. The manager heard her scream at me and came over and was able to get her to stop. When I was leaving she kept putting up the middle finger up at me and mouthing curses until I left. When I came here to write a review about the disgusting service, I saw I wasn’t the only one. I was told I couldn’t return Sugar and Jade or Gymboree clothes in store. When I called customer care they told me I AM ABLE TO RETURN IN STORE but not exchange. I called other Children’s place stores and they told me I am able to return anything that is under the childrens place app in store but not exchange, which is fine.
I believe this place should be checked up as to why are they not following Childrens Place policy?

This place has no order. Currently here and the line wraps around store,only 1 cashier. Where is the manager for this location?. Why are they not watching crowd and get more cashiers on to disburse lines?. I’m also here for a pick up ONLY. I already purchased online and yet I still have to make this crazy line as if I’m purchasing when i already purchased payed etc. Pick up should be seperate!!. Just show order from online and have someone pass over the package! Learn from Macys. You pay for product, everything has been processed all you need is your package not to stand online , for what?. I’m not buying. I already did that.

Ten years ago, Children’s Place was an experience and it looked so nice! I worked at a manhattan location, and management cared how the store looked, and associates were great and you were able to walk with a stroller. Now, it looks like a flea market, the associates at this location talk amongst each other behind the register and use offensive language as if they are hanging out at stoop. Shop online , I wouldn’t shop in store, especially the Fordham location. If you do go in store, be careful your kid doesn’t slip or bang their face on something. It’s alright! They tried their best to speed up the line. It’s always busy and they’re always constantly restocking the floor. The store is huge. The staff is friendly and helpful. It can be overwhelming with all the boxes and clutter that you’re not able to see qualities of the clothing. The fitting room function more of storage than a fitting room.By Josie P. Wanna get ripped of and unprofessionalism this is your place. Waited on a long line because the one cashier was too busy having convo with a customer and going through the cutomer’ s phone to get a coupon. Then a woman cuts the line in front of me because she made the line before and got off the line to continue shopping and that’s okay according to the cashier. Then I get charged regular price for something that was on sale. When I mention it, the cashier tells me that’s online price only. Don’t waste your time and money in this dump.
Manager is a freaking bit***, I didn’t see the sign that says do not try shoes, and I was trying the shoes on my little one, and from far away she yell at me like I’m an animal, so I told her in another word you are telling me to buy they shoes, try them outside to see if they fit her and then return them, her answer was yes. Well no bit**** I not spending money on, without checking if the shoes fit. I think her name is Genesis.
It’s 7:40 and they’re not letting anyone in and the website says closes at 8p….corporate should really look into it because they are losing money and customers for false advertising the store hours. Just advising.

I ordered online and the size was not fit,
In their website they said ” you can return in any location”
I went to two stores but they didn’t accepted and they said you have to ship the item and pay for shipping!
It is not acceptable!
The cashier was very rude and unprofessional not only did she leave the customers unattended to go outside she came at me with an attitude because I wasn’t standing where she wanted on the line to pay
