This store is a disaster. I’ve never seen a Children’s Place this unorganized or unclean. Corporate needs to investigate and relieve management immediately. Piles of clothes and shoes everywhere.By Charles Babcock (4 months ago)Wish I could give it zero. The staff was nice but this place is RUN DOWN. It’s like shopping in a thrift store. Only one fitting room is “open” and there was clothes all over it, bloody tissues, and fecal matter smeared on the walls. Absolutely disgusting.By Lauren Heffernan (3 months ago)Just.. look at the pictures. This place is a disaster. Dont believe they have ever cleaned this store, clothes are just dumped in piles on tables, you cant barely see the register under piles of clothes. There is trash all over the floor, some tables are empty while others are stacked up higher than their price sign. Checking out with two customers in front of you takes about 45 minutes, probably hard to check people out when you have to dig through a pile of clothes to do it.By Billy Rubano (3 years ago)I am so glad a friend of mine brought me here years ago when she was shopping for my niece and now I’m shopping for my toddler as a reminder from her God mother how wonderful this place is for kids choices in clothing. My only wish is that for the items they have be spread out more in another location in the mall in a bigger space, of where other stores used to be. Cause I feel they have way more merchandise than what’s out to customers so hopefully they will do this soon. Plus they could use a 3rd cashier and have 1-2 people assigned to keep the store tidy and the clothes.By Madam Harden1012 (a year ago)I like the military discount, and I also like the prices. I brought my son to try on jeans there (they were on sale for 7.99) and he fit a slim 6, they did have two styles of slims available but most were regulars. I ordered a few more online. Online is where I shop the most, as the quality is decent and the price is very good. The selection of clothes is great as well. I love the rewards program, because I have two kids and I buy a lot of clothes for kids. The store is really over packed and so was the changing room, but I did get my son to try on clothes in there anyway. I hope this helps anyone who wants to shop here. Some times the clothes are cheaper than going to buy at kid2kid (consignment store).By Pa Houa Murphy (4 years ago)

Poor Customer Services. I was standing in line and there was a man in front of me getting a refund on his credit card which took forever. Let me tell you I was behind him for approximately 10 minutes . Another customer just got behind me. The manager I assume or another employee. Light skin lady with blonde hair says to the customer behind me. I’ll take you next. The customer said no she’s be in line way longer then me. The employee said. She will be alright. No I want. I’m spending over $200.00 in your store and this is how they are acting. Finally after Approximately another 10 minutes the cashier completed the refund on the credit card. This young lady was very nice that ring me up. But that manager/employee needs to adjust her attitude. This was my second time at this location and my last. The last time which was around August the same employee/manager had an attitude with another customer over a return. She might have been having a bad day. But not every day. I’ll just go back to online shopping.By Patrice Wright (3 years ago)I will never order from here again I placed an order online Dec 10 and put that I would pick up the item’s in the store well I never received an email to tall me that my order was ready for pick up so I called them today and they said the order was cancelled….I said well I would like to know who cancelled it because I didn’t and she said the store cancelled it because we didn’t have any of the items in the store so I asked for the corporate office number they gave it to me I called them and well I never spoke to anyone and the computer hung up on me several times. I use to love children’s place but they will not get another penny of my money.By Shawanda Williams (2 years ago)When I was checking out, the lady mentioned having 30% taken off of my purchase. I asked her how long the process would be? She said only about 5 minutes. When I got to the part about my social, I hesitated because no one has required my social. After proceeding, she told me that it did not go through. I told her it’s okay because I didn’t trust the whole social thing anyway. As soon as I get in my car, I see a hard inquiry on my credit report. Remind you even while going through the process, the employee was rushing me and not explaining anything. She could barely look me in the face while speaking. When I called and questioned about the situation, she had an attitude and nonchalant attitude. I wish I remember her name because she is very unprofessional.By Brittany Brisbon (a year ago)I was hesitant to come here because of the reviews. The ladies were working with putting away clothes. I needed help with some prices and they helped me, no problem. No attitude and very polite with the “yes/no ma’am”.By Kimberly W (10 months ago)Just was had the worst experience at Children’s Place in Sandhill was with the manager Kathy. As much as I shop there the entire situation was horrible. The cashier with two pony tails made me not want to go back to that location as much as I am in the store. By the way Kathy it was showing returned because your cashier with pony tails scanned all the items in before I found my receipt to tell me how much a shirt cost. I guess when she did that it was actually going in as a return.By Sheila Smith (3 years ago)

Always shop online and have shipped or ship to store. Been shopping here for 7+ years. Clothes and deals are great!By Haley Hughes (5 months ago)I visited the store today and I was not impressed at all. This location has gone down hill. The store itself is crowded. The single dressing room was filthy. The very least they could do is sweep the floor. The dressing room floor looked like an unclean gas station bathroom. I didn’t even allow my son to put his feet on the floor when trying on pants.. it was that nasty. There were four employees and two customers in the store. I requested help with the sizing on their jeans because the associate was standing there folding the jeans. She was absolutely useless and ignored me. After my son tried the pants on I attempted to return them to the shelf and she was standing in front of it. I stood there patiently waiting for her to grab them or move aside and she just looked at me like I was in her way. When I got in line to check out the employee running the register had something smart to say about the customers returns. Every time she picked something up she made a face when comparing it to the receipt like she didn’t believe the customer. While checking me out she had something smart to say because I requested to use my phone number for my points rewards.. she was mad because I waited until after she was finished ringing my sale up. I mean, aren’t the associates trained to ask if the customer has a rewards membership prior to finalizing the sale?? I will continue to make my purchases online because the jeans fit my son well but I won’t be going back into this location for anything. I’ll shop elsewhere in the mall.By Michelle Lancaster (Southern Lush Gifts) (3 years ago)Walked into this location today, and I was not impressed . The store was in a shamble. The cashiers were standing behind the counter and elected not to greet any of the customers entering the store. I looked at the two cashiers and both rolled their eyes as if they were annoyed. Another store clerk walked to the back and brushed against and still no greeting of welcome how may I help you? I immediately walked out the store and contacted the corporate office in complete disappointment. I will never shop in this store again !!!By Arnita Hart (a year ago)I am beyond LIVID with this company. I order from here ALL the time and never have any issues. In this situation I paid for my merchandise that was NOT received. 3 out of 4 packages arrived, not on time but I understand its the holidays. So I am angry that your process is to make me contact the postal service, file a claim, once I get the response I have to CALL you back again to let you know the resolution. I have spent 3.5 hours on the phone between your hold time and the USPS. No worries… I am going to file this claim, get my money back, close my credit account and never ever shop here again. This experience was enough to make me say HELL NO.By Mequis Gomez (2 years ago)My daughter and I went to this location today and had to wait to enter the store due to Covid rules only allowing 15 people in the store at a time. No problem. We can wait. The worker standing at the door never acknowledged us or the people in front of us as we wait for several minutes. She was too busy looking at her phone. We find what we are looking for and stand in line to pay. As always, only one person working a register. There were 3 other workers just walking around the store while there is a line of people waiting to pay! While waiting for the worker to slowly scan and fold the people’s things in front of me, I take my things off the hangers, get the tags ready and fold them. Hoping I was saving time. When it is my turn, this worker decides to continue taking her sweet time, never acknowledging me by the way, and refolding my things! I absolutely dislike going into this store. They don’t care, so that’s why there are no improvements. Sad!!By Jan Sinde (2 years ago)

We love The Children’s Place!!! The quality of the clothes is excellent! I feel like this location could use extra help on the registers however! They are typically busy and need extra hands checking out customers.By CLV 2084 (5 months ago)Not happy about the service received today 1/8/2019. I purchased 3 dresses online for my daughter and they were a little snug. I came in and found only one of the same dress’ a size bigger. I asked the lady behind the counter if I could just exchange the two other dresses (both from clearance marked 19.95) with two bigger sized different dresses in clearance that were also 19.95. Lady behind the counter looked at me like I was an idiot and said no, that I would have to pay the price of the dresses… She was not very pleasant. Called customer care and they told me that it would have been fine to exchange that way…By Erin Wheeler (4 years ago)If you’re sole purpose is to find cheap clothes, then this is the store for you. If you value cleanliness, professionalism, timeliness and quality of treatment STAY AWAY; even using pay online, pick up in store purchasing. I’ve tried several times to give this store the benefit of the doubt but it’s been the same for YEARS through several employee changes. I ordered online/same day pick up. After waiting the whole business day, I called the next day to find out an employee started my order but didn’t finish causing some of my items to be sold because they weren’t pulled in a timely manner. Arrived at the store a few hours later and it was horrendous as always. Clothes were thrown everywhere, barely space to walk and very disorganized in general. Upper management and staff should be ashamed!By Coily Kell (3 years ago)One star is one too many! I have personally shopped at this location for years, in fact I recruited an associate to work for me from this particular location due to the fact the customer service was always phenomenal!! However, over the past year this place has really lacked in taking care of a certain demographic of guest. You have lost my business forever.By Tiffany Benenhaley (a year ago)First time shopping with this store. I placed an order online and had it shipped so I could pick up in store. Huge mistake! I had to wait almost 30 mins just to get my order because there was only one person working. The store seriously lacks enough employees from the way clothes were thrown about and not folded properly. Next time I order I will have it shipped to my home.By Mrs Clark (3 years ago)

It’s the only therapeutic child care center in the csra. They have awesome and friendly staff and therapist’s. They make you feel comfortable leaving your children with them. They will also pick your child up at home and drop them off there as well.
I love them and everything they’ve done for my son and everything they help him learn and grow. He speaks so much better. He’s doing so great. The licensed staff there are perfect with the children I’m so grateful for them.💜💜💜
My child goes here and he loves this school to death. The staff is great with kids and the counselors are too.Kids enjoy there time there and they help them get into a great everyday routine in witch they need in life I am so glad this place is here too help my children.
They have good clothes for kids but they sell quick and it seem as if they don’t have a really big inventory. I would recommend it for your school needs for your children needs from birth to 13 years old and depending on your child size.
Great Place for your child to be! Your child will be in the hands of professionals. Professionals who also provide “Free Parenting Classes” to help your child grow more effectively, psychologically and physically at home. Great Bundle!
As a family, we love the children’s place inc. Great people, great staff. Plus, they provide children therapy.-speech, play therapy, etc… Big Plus: they have buses to pick your child up from where you reside. A+++ overall
