What I don’t like is what I’m guessing is corporate choices. I’m annoyed at a sign that says 50% off ENTIRE STORE. If that’s what it says, that’s what it should mean. If it excludes other sales or clearance, that’s fine but that to me says that if I find something full price that it’ll be 50% off because of the sign. The second thing is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to maneuver in there with a stroller, even right now I can barely get in the door because of the sign being right in the middle. I’ve been in there with small strollers and my double stroller and it is such a pain to move around and I’m almost always in someone’s way and/or I have to walk a distance away from my kids to shop because I can’t fit. This is a children’s store and should have space between racks for strollers. There’s been several times I haven’t even gone in to shop because I know it’ll be a pain to move around the racks. The Boise Towne Square mall has several vacant store fronts that are much bigger, I know one persons opinion doesn’t matter and I get claustrophobic easily but still. The people that work here are rude, I bought my granddaughter some boots for Christmas, the sole came off in less then a week..The receipt said I could return them by February 13th, they refused to reimburse me or even exchange them. When asked to talk to manager, she refused to talk to her customers. Their ballet shoes gave my 2 year old daughter blisters on the back of her foot. Seriously no big deal. I love or I should say loved this store And when I went to return them with tag, with the receipt and everything a lady with red/orange hair told me that she would return them this ONE time (God bless her heart) because the tags were off. NO WHERE IN THEIR POLICY SAYS THAT THE TAG HAS TO BE ON! And I asked her where does it say on my receipt that the tag has to be on? She smugly said well it says that the tag has to be with it. Amd that it’s just policy. She kept saying that. Its policy. but this lady or should I say an angel from above (sarcasm) let me return them. Wasn’t that nice of her?? Nothing makes me more upset than poor customer service. Not even an apology that the ballet shoes blistered my daughters feet. I Will NOT be shopping there again and I would suggest put your money somewhere else!!!
Shopping in store is great but shopping online is a huge joke! My order never showed up and got sent back to the sender. When I emailed they said once they got the return I’d get my money back within 7-10 days. I never received my money back or my order! When I call the 800 number I wait for 30 mins waiting to talk to someone before I hang up! Such a joke! Never again will I order online!
I’ve been to The Childrens Place Multiple times. Always had good service. But today, was super awesome. I believe the woman who made today super special was named Susana. She was very helpful and kind, which made today’s experience at The Children’s Place very nice!!
Great place for kids clothes and uniforms for charter schools. The staff is very friendly and helped us with an online order. If they don’t have it in store, they can help you order it online to your home. The lady working was very kind and helpful.
I think it is wonderful of them to have a bathroom the kids can use.
