  1. Cashier scanned 1, out of 10 items, when I asked her if they had more in the store she said no, without looking at the piece of clothes and scanned another item, stopped and grabbed the item I wanted more of, and asked her co-worker if they had more, and he said no while looking down counting the registers money. They weren’t rood, I actually thought it was funny how they both said they were out of that item. Just bad customer service in my opinion.

  2. Great deals on kids clothes. Just be prepared to wait in a long line as they appear to be severely understaffed at this location. Here it is on a nice Saturday afternoon during primetime and they only have 2 registers running. The cashiers appear to be very competant (thank you) but not very business conducive to understaffed the store during primetime hours.

  3. Horrible customer service. Everyone who works there looks miserable and has attitude. No one even greets you either.

  4. Brenda the supervisor there is the worst supervisor ever! Her customer service sucks and is super rude and unprofessional. No supervisor has ever acted the way she acts, has no sympathy for her customers. Came in for an order pick up feet are super swollen can’t walk and have a toddler with me so I sent my sister for the order as I sit outside she refused to give her the order and made us purchase another item and was extremely rude and unprofessional. No supervisor or employee has ever acted the way she has for an order pick up. Didn’t even allow me to make her the alternative person to pick up the order. She should NOT be a supervisor or even working at a children’s store with that attitude.

While I am usually able to find nice clothes here, but the overall customer service for this business sucks! The customer service phone number either doesn’t answer or they are always closed, they don’t respond to email, you get the same generic answer when submit a complaint on their social media, and if you call a store and try to ask an employee, they tell you to call the customer service number. Not sure how they are still in business with the lack of customer service they have.

As a single dad and on a budget the store has been very practical for my son’s wardrobe style and very economic for the quality of their merchandise. After reading the reviews I do have to say in my opinion I shop the store for one purpose to save money, so the store could be looking however it could be looking bad, the staff could be staff but at the end my wallet will not be hurting because of the savings that we all shop at this store for. This Is in my opinion a good store to save money with all the times I’ve been there the staff have been very helpful and friendly.

After taking all the items to register, I had to wait on a employee that was taking a personal phone call on the store line for over 15 minutes. She told me the call was a emergency but after listening to her gossip for over fifteen minutes, I was approached by another employee because they felt sorry for me waiting. After the purchase I watched the same employee wonder around aimlessly. Poor customer service, store was a mess, Employees shouldn’t take personal calls on the store line period, just rude and unproffesional.

Why would you use the fitting rooms for storage in a children’s store? Absolutely makes no sense.

My rating for this store is not a representation of how I feel about these employees. They are ALWAYS polite. But they are ALWAYS understaffed and the store consistently looks a mess! I truly feel bad for the employees. Tonight I waited in line for a good 30 minutes with only 4 people ahead of me. I’ve never worked in retail, but I’ve worked in food service for years and let me tell you, it SUCKS being scheduled into this situation. Management needs to fix this ASAP.

The place is clean, tidy, the workers are bilingual and mostly friendly. I love the variety of clothes for children (a) there are many accessories for both, uniform school shoes, seasonal clothing and it is of good quality. The designs are very cute and creative.
The only thing is that they need a friendlier cashier with more knowledge about refunds since it is possible that they will return your money to your children place card despite not having it physically but this person did not know very well what he was doing or was in a hurry.
    From then on all excellent
