  1. My 7 year old has been attending A Kids Place in the summer and after school for almost a year now. We are very happy with this center! The owners are always friendly and have been willing to speak with me about any concerns I have. They keep the kids busy too, which is amazing. They go on a field trip somewhere fun every day in the summer. I see Mr. Robert driving the daycare van most mornings when I’m dropping my child off at school and he always waves to us. I highly recommend this daycare center!

  2. They have made my daughter feel welcomed the first day she arrived. She was switching from a different daycare and was nervous. They have been very patient with her and have made her feel at ease being somewhere new. It’s been great!

  3. My daughter loves this place! They are amazing with kids! My daughter comes home from the daycare and always talks about how much fun she had on her field trips. I highly recommend!

  4. There isn’t any other daycare that I would send my children to. A kids place has been so good for my son. He loves going to school every morning and always has a smile on his face when I pick him up.

  5. Don’t take your kid here, they will do (Kid’s whole name) walk of shame repeatedly and all the other kids will do it with them. Glad my child rides the bus now. He was traumatized for years. (the 7 years he went there.)

Though it says open until 7, they closed early! Great store but not good when customers have a pick up & not open.
2 or 3 families came at 6:35 and doors were locked! One family said they had a pick up and I needed to make a purchase for a friend! Oh well!

Worst customer experience in any store I’ve ever been in. We put our items down and spent our back to school money at JC Penny. I highly recommend NOT shopping at this location.

Went in today w my son and niece and the employees were SO friendly and even showed me how to get a discount on a pair of toddler shoes that were $30, the discount took them down to less than $18. They were super helpful and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend this store!

I placed an order online for some basic back to school items. Part of my order was correct but I received 1 incorrect item. I went to the store to return the incorrect item and get the item I was still missing. I was told they could not help me and I had to call customer service. I called customer service and after an hour on the phone with 2 different people was told that to get the item I was missing they would refund it from my original order and I would have to place another order to get it. How hard is it to correct your mistake and send the item that you didn’t send in the first place? Will never be shopping here again after the time wasted just trying to get some T-shirts.

My kids did not like their shower curtain fitting rooms they both complained about them. I liked the variety as far as clothing .I don’t like having to hunt for everything it’s very time consuming.I wish they had more of the clothes on hangers and less in piles. It really felt like they wanted to cram as much as possible into a small store as possible .I wasn’t really a fan of that because once other customers are around you have to be waiting for them to get out of the areas you want to be in over and over again. The check out was fast and the employees did let me shop in peace so I was happy about that. Thank you for keeping it clean.

Pathetic how the workers don’t welcome anybody. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and I had to greet them when I walked up to the counter since all they could do is stare. One of the employees was even on the opposite side of the counter, typing away on her phone. They’re reluctant to assist, and very unhelpful when they do. I’ve worked plenty of customer service jobs, and this is not how an employee should be when on the clock. If you don’t want to work there or do your job, go elsewhere. You guys deserve negative stars.

We love this store! The prices are great and my son loves the comfort level of their clothing. He prefers the jeans over Gap and Buckle. The quality is awesome also- we have a tough 8 year old and these clothes are always in great shape when he outgrows them. They are passed down and go through at least 3 more little guys in our family before being retired. They do always have a lot more to offer girls but alas, all stores do.

I give this place 3 stars because the girl that was working the day i went in was not the most helpful person. They had great deals. I will be back because I love this store but hopefully i will get a more friendly employee. I was not a fan of the dressing room, it looked like people had put poop smears on the wall. The curtain was broken, so having my kid try on clothes made me uneasy to the fact if my mom didn’t hold the curtain back, people could have seen my kid.

Horrible layout. Could barely navigate during peak times. No staff paying attention to open dressing rooms. Employees that were checking me out were griping amongst themselves and pausing during checkout to gripe about when they would get a break or lack thereof. Poor service.

Used to love this store but they have closed 2 locations here and this location at Bass Pro Shops is not open during the hours they say. The employees were just sitting on the other side of the door laughing.

Looove this store! Great prices great deals and great costumer service. A short girl helped me i think brittany was her name she was polite and very helpful. The other girls i seen that appeared to work here were very aggressive looking and didnt look friendly at all. But brittany helped with everything i asked her about. She said she had a lot of kids so understands my struggle and had no problem helping me pick out outfits.

They are not open till 8pm. Great team with a great attitude. I’d suggest that the time be corrected as I watched many customers get turned away 1 min till 7. I’m sure they all looked to see what time they closed and even the web site states 8.

1 registration open, while 2 other workers just walking back and forth. Also all 3 of the workers just keep talking to each other all loud and not even acknowledging the customers. Great deals but horrible service.

Not once but twice we have tried to return items that my grandchildren received as gifts… you CAN NOT get store credit if you do not have a receipt….you have to get the same exact item….which in both cases they didn’t have another size in the same item. It was a gift so receipt was with the jeans….I feel like they need to redo their exchange policy!!!! Please look at the reviews no wonder they only get a 1 star rating!!!! Needless to say we will never shop there again!!!!

While doing black Friday shopping this morning, I decided to take advantage of their 30% off offer by opening a credit card. I was approved and received the 30% off code. At checkout the code wouldn’t work without my new credit card number. I called their 1-877 number and was told to sign out of my account and sign back in. I asked the representative if I would lose my items in my cart, but she told me they will be saved. My items were not saved, and she was unable to help me retrieve my temporary card number. She told me I would need to call their bank. I did, but they cannot give my card number over the phone. What a waste of 2 hours!! At that point I just wanted them to close the new account. My new card doesn’t do me any good a week from now.

Do not expect any customer service from this company. They do not respond to facebook, twitter, emails, or even answer their phones. Their shipping times have more than doubled and the wrong items are being sent out or items are missing. I called and waiting over an hour to get a refund because half my order was missing. The local store said they have the same problem and wished they could help.

Nobody greeted me upon entering. Instead I was given judgemental and disgusted looks. The store didn’t have much clothing for older boys or boys in general. I will not be returning to these snooty women in this store.

In there this morning. Very nice lady. She was extremely helpful. I will always buy my grandkids clothes from there.
