Stopped in today and my daughter found herself some cute shirts at a great price. We didn’t have much time to stick around but store looked great and Jared was very kind to us. The service I received was above and beyond my expectations. The associate sincerely looked for the correct color, style and size in the back, and I could at least go home with the slacks I needed.By Mark Soppet (11 months ago)I used to shop at this place all the time when my oldest daughter was little. The last several times I’ve gone on here the store is completely falling apart and not organized. I went in yesterday to start school shopping for my youngest daughter and no one asked if I needed help. The dressing room was filthy with tags stuck to the floor, clothes piled up that people have tried on, and it even had a drink and crumbs on the floor.
I went ahead and got in line to purchase a few items and I stood in line for 15 minutes and it went nowhere. The worst part of it was that there were 2 people on registers and 3 employees that were just standing behind the register. Come on now! If you’re just going g to stand there you should probably open a third register, clean the dressing room, or help customers. I’m never going back to this store. I’ve never had an issues. The online store sometimes delivers slow but all in all i’m satisfied with the online purchasing also. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
I received my order in an opened package. Inside the opened bag were only 2 of the 15 items I ordered and paid for. When I called customer service to notify them- they refused to re-send the missing items or refund me. Escalated the issue twice and issue never got resolved. Helpful, friendly staff and tons of great deals! I have been utilizing this store for the past 10 years. Recently, the store is sooo crowded with clothing displays (and sometimes people too), it makes me feel claustrophobic and a bit anxious. Well were do I start to tell you, this store employee’s customer service was the worst I have seen. First of all this store doesn’t give back full refunds just exchanges. These employees are so disrespectful. It’s not my story to tell but I think it needs to be heard.
There was this customer who came into the store with some baby clothes that she wanted to get a refund on and the cashier just told her they don’t give refunds. She didn’t want to tell her the reason why she wanted a refund but did so anyways and the reason was that she had a miscarriage and didn’t need the clothes anymore and just wanted to get her money back . The cashier did not have any sympathy to say she was sorry to hear that or make an effort to try and do anything which I thought was wrong of them and the store policy. Why wouldn’t they have refunds for reasons like that and especially being a children’s clothing store. Something needs to be done about that ASAP!
Worse customer service ever! These girls are just standing around talking amongst each other even while checking out a customer. If it’s a return forget they treat you with a snotty attitude. Even though I mainly buy online I don’t look forward to going to store to exchange or return.
I read some of these reviews and I’m not sure what store these shoppers are going to! But every time I shop here I’m overly greeted and everyone always seems so happy. I never see anyone on phones and this store is always so organized and clean!!! My kids love the clothes.
I love shopping here at this store all the girls are so nice,they’re always great with my kids they talk to them show them outfit ideas the stores always clean and neat.The store manager alway welcomes us in and helps us.Love this store and the clothes and all the Christmas pjs so cute.
I was looking for some cute pajamas for my nephew for a gift and I never received it. I looked at the order to see if it was cancelled but it had been processed and I knew they charged me for it and it went thru because my bank told me. So I will not EVER be shopping online at this lame store again. They don’t even have a lot of variety. Even Walmart has more to choose from ha. I HOPE NO ONE makes the mistake to shop here online because of how disorganized they are. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!
