The sales here are usually great, we shop here a few times a year… Today we went in for the “up to 70% off entire store” deal and it was a complete rip off… Prices were about the same as usual, nothing special.
In the clearance section the whole “x% off already reduced price” was a complete scam. I stood there and peeled the stickers off several “reduced price items”. Every item was reduced by exactly one penny and then placed on the clearance rack. We walked out without buying anything.

Came in to return a set of family Christmas PJs that I paid with using my Children’s Place credit card. I couldn’t find the order number, so I asked if I could get store credit. Not only do they not do store credit, they can’t look up an order with the Children’s Place card. My baby is screaming while both girls continue to say they can do absolutely nothing unless I have an order number. Finally I ask do you have a customer service number, with attitude I’m given the number. Finally I’m able to get the order number from an associate on the phone. Neither girls offered any help while I stood there alone, with a crying 9 month old just simply looking to make a return. After 40m I finally was able to make the return. I’ve been a customer for 7 years with 2 small children. I will absolutely never shop here again. Horrible customer service. Clearly neither of these girls are mothers. If someone buys you a gift and you don’t have a receipt you don’t get store credit, you get nothing. You’re stuck with the item. This is absolutely my favorite place to shop for my grand kids and Great Grand Niece’s clothing. I used to shop for my own kids here too.
They always have great quality material clothing and great prices and sales. I love their merchandise. The store was clean and friendly staff. I love this shop chain.

I called and spoke to the reps, they took care of the charges.. which was fine, UNTIL.. I spoke to the rep for getting my card.. they adked all kinds of questions to verify me.. like what was my mortgage payment back in 2001, and what was my previous address from the one i applied with… really nothing that i needed to know to get my application processed.. The store is way too crowded. I don’t particularly care for one staff members, but the rest I’ve dealt with have been friendly and helpful.
Cute clothes, friendly staff, tad pricey but good quality clothes
My son weighs 130 pounds and doesn’t fit in the clothes I wanted to get clothes for his seventh grade year and it’s realy cheap and the boss looks like a demon
Poorly trained employees and very little customer service. Customers shouldn’t overhear employees mock and degrade other customers. Over crowded store is always a mess. Very over priced.
Was trying to find out if order had been processed after it was canceled twice. Was on hold for over an hour. No one ever answered. Poor customer service
