Upgraded to iPhone 13 Pro Max. This phone is quite different than any other iPhone upgrade. Selection and purchase made online. Purchased items were ready at time of appointment. Apple staff were more than kind to help me troubleshoot and recover access to every online account I thought useful.By brendamiller photography (a year ago)Staff are always helpful, they won’t let you stand around aimlessly for too long and hop over to help. Sales staff is always on point and Genius Bar/repairs are fairly quick. Plenty to do in the area if you’re waiting on a device repair.
Highly recommend making an appointment online before you go for a repair, or you might be waiting a while.
By Kenneth G. (Klocktopus) (2 months ago)Very friendly staff. A special shot out to the guy who helped me pick my brand new Airpods Max and my new iPhone 13pro Max. The guy was 2 or 3 weeks in the job. Was still on training but did great. Helped me doing my backup and transfer everything from one phone to another. It was a process but we got there. Loved the people and the vibes.By Armando Pagán (4 months ago)I had an appt at the Genius Bar to get my iPhone 8 battery replaced. The tech punctured the battery while removing it so they gave me another phone. The phone they gave me was old, it was in a small grey box without labels. They charged me $50 for the nonexistent battery replacement and said several times that I should be happy to get a new phone. The battery of the so called ‘new phone’ they gave me was dead. It did not have any residual battery in it. I called to let them know. A woman named Nicole incoherently said the phone was new and it was in their storage for more than a year. She said the battery of my previous phone was unsafe to change and was not punctured, so I responded that I was told it was punctured so she responded that it is just the same verbiage…!?She was quite rude: she kept asking me if what she was saying was clear but when I responded, she said I was interrupting her while speaking…?! she also kept changing the story of how my phone was incompetently handled. I would not visit or buy here again, particularly I would avoid using their “Genius” Bar, there are no geniuses there. Actually from the conversation I had with Nicole on the phone, it is clear to me, they might be exactly the opposite in this store.
They also did not tell me what they did with my old phone, I am worried about the security of data. That is my main concern. Particularly considering they could not articulate what happened to my old phone and they kept insisting the phone they gave me was ‘new’. I had such a bad feeling about this store. Something is really wrong here.
By Bjork Fjordson (3 weeks ago)I stopped in this store to get a new MacBook for school. There were a lot of people but I was helped pretty quickly. The specialist who had helped me was such a sweetheart and answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure to answer what I needed. I believe her name was Carol. She had helped me through everything and I am extremely happy with the purchase I had made. Thank you!!!By Madalynne Ruth (4 months ago)

Thanks to sales representative Anthony for providing me outstanding customer service. The store was packed and I had an appointment to pick up my new computer. He took initiative to assist me, which I really appreciated. I have been apple customer for a very long time and based on how I was treated by Anthony – I will continue to be an Apple customer for many years to come. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, took initiative and had a very positive attitude. Had a excellent experience at this store thanks to Anthony.By Exploring with JoJo (4 months ago)I went to this Apple store this morning on Sunday, October 30 at around 11:20AM because my iPhone would not turn on. The guy at the front said the only appointment they had would be in three hours. I said that’s fine. After a few seconds of him looking at and trying to troubleshoot my phone, it was able to turn on. I was shocked and asked him how he was able to do that since I tried everything at home and it didn’t turn on. He said “it’s logic” in a condescending way. My father and I found that really disrespectful and unprofessional. Meanwhile, there was another Apple representative next to him asking him about lunches and what time he would want to take his lunch. She cut us off in the middle of him scheduling my appointment. I decided to leave. That store needs to train their employees on better customer service, professionalism, and respect.By Instructor Brian (3 months ago)Samir helped me with my shopping appointment today and was super helpful. I was indecisive and wanted to try on a bunch of different sizes/bands. His positive attitude and friendliness left me with a great experience at this store. I will definitely come back again because of his customer service.By Tara Welsch (4 months ago)I wandered in with my whack-a-do(old)iPhone. I already came into the store, with the mindset that amending my iPhone(transferring my old stuff to a newer iPhone)might take some time…so don’t come in, indignant for a quick fix!
The Apple Crew were very helpful, especially Jas & Lee! They tried their very best to assist me in my iPhone dilemma; they were informative and patient! Thank you for your patience with me!
By Ericka M (3 weeks ago)Anthony was so helpful and I appreciate his patience as we set up my new iPhone 14! The Verizon store I purchased my phone from dropped the ball with helping me transfer everything to my new phone but I couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Anthony to help me out. Next time I purchase a new phone I’m going straight to this store.By Angela Cecconi (3 months ago)

Sorry to give this rating but the store is going downtrend. I had visited this store Pre COVID and this time I have visited two times one is for giving my mbp for service and next week I went to pick up. Trip I went for giving my mbp was at 7.45 pm slot and I know the store will be closing at 8.30. I exactly waited in the hallway to get into store at 7.45 and I went on right time. Front staff checked my appointment and asked to wait and I did for 15 mins and later there was staff(lady) who was inspecting my product , was not really friendly and did the job as low paid staff. She did what has to be done without any interest. I felt there was an attitude, but she answered my questions though.
I came out at 8.29pm on the day. For pickup I got email on next week Wednesday morning and i went there around 6 pm and got my product with default waiting time of 10-15 mins. This time staff was active and welcoming. Quick checkout process . I was charged what stated in the site , I got my keyboard and top cover of mbp replaced for free(nice and thank you store). Apart from the service(waiting time) was slow I felt and sometime I have no clue what to do while cluelessly waiting for some staff to attend. There was a staff always standing at the entrance to handout mask and unless you ask she will not ask you if are picking up or waiting in a queue to check in your appointment. For product pickup you don’t need an appointment. Not a worst experience but definitely not the best one. I reduced star for not having best experience on first time visit , waiting time can be reduced, not beyond expectation. This kind of store always be one of the customer experience store and not a regular retail store(so I consider customer service as major contributor not the workmanship)By Prabha Shankar (a year ago)Came in to check out the store. Anyway, we were greated by a gentleman, great mood and polite. Made small talk and then we sat waiting for someone to come by since we had an appointment. We were seen by Brooke, wonderful lady that took care of us in 5 minutes. On another note, store was busy and loud. But that’s business.By Helen V (a year ago)I went to the store today to get my iPhone repaired. I’m happy to say that I had an awesome experience. Ray from the Genius Bar was very informative and attentive. He filled the moments of wait time, while my phone was being diagnosed, with great conversation. When I went to pick up my phone from repair I had another employee who went above and beyond. Drew was helping a swarm of people purchase items while staying calm and polite with every customer. He also did a great job installing my screen protector. Overall it is a joy to be at the Apple Store in KOPBy Scott (4 months ago)We couldn’t have asked for a more personable experience! We felt valued as customers and it was all thanks to Ellen! If you’re going to the King of Prussia Mall Apple Store, please ask for her! She is so optimistic, comforting, and approachable in her demeanor. She values your time and encourages you to ask questions about your new product which she so eagerly anticipates to respond to along with having an enormous amount of knowledge about the company and their products. I couldn’t have felt more appreciative for her patience, knowledge, and passion of the product as myself, my sister, and my mom underwent the strenuous process of activating our phones. Her patience, optimism, and warm personality was everything! She believes in this company whole heartedly and we really value that. We will certainly be making our way back there if anything goes wrong!By Emily Wreath (5 months ago)The manager name Tylor. He game me really bad service. He was rude with me, he walk way. He didn’t help me.
I told him I wanted to give a review online. Can you please help he said talk to google, I don’t how to right reviews!
Apple cheated with us because they charge $30 extra for activating service but I don’t activate but still they charging $30.
Then I said ok I have to buy phone because it’s for gift.
iphone 13 price $759 but his system came $830. I am waiting for him.By Md Akhand (2 months ago)

Great team coordination in this store! I went in pretty exhausted about broken devices, some stolen and they offered me options on replacing them all and I’m glad I did! They even took off an old screen protector as a bonus.
All the techs and associates know their stuff and now my family is decked out as well as myself! Love the customer service and attention.
By Whitney Mosore (4 months ago)Either stop in and browse or order ahead on the app. The friendly folks here will take care of you fast and efficiently. Not once have they let me down. Even helping with sizing a watch band, Izzy took the time to walk me through the options and make sure I had the proper size before buying.By Eric (a month ago)I went to pickup my prepaid order that wasn’t ready after ordering it at 11:00 am. They had no clue of where my order was or why it wasn’t ready. For what we pay for Apple products they needed to do better. The customer service hotline wasn’t any better. The person I talked to sounded like I woke them up for a nap. After getting transferred from two different departments I ended up canceling my order and just purchasing in the storeBy Maurice Henry (4 months ago)Don’t bother coming here to buy anything unless you’ve bought online and scheduled a pickup. Came an hour before closing and the lady said they weren’t selling. She said I could only browse. What’s the point of browsing if you can’t buy anything? Never wasting another hour trip to come here again. I expected better from Apple, but ended up with the worst customer service I’ve seen from any store.By Austin S (4 months ago)I am giving a 5 star for service, NOT for the wait or distance to the Apple Store.
This was my first visit to this store, although I have been using iPhones for many years. I drove 40 minutes from Harrisburg and it was worth it my time, they solved my problems.
Very friendly and professional staff.
The wait for tech support however was 1.5 hours. If you could, don’t go on a Sunday!By Rodica Mihalis (5 months ago)

One of the best Apple stores, wide big area with everything you need ,supported by the helpful, friendly and nice staff, wide selections of all devices to check and choose from..
Enjoy 😉
My To go store .. it’s very crowded on the weekend. It’s was challenging during covid restriction it’s was challenging to get inside. Now it’s in and out. They have a lots Of associate ready to help out. Scoring some great items as usual.
Really busy store, very hard to get any help. I would suggest making an appointment online versus coming directly to the store. Part of the mass appeal has to be the tax free shopping. The employees also need to be trained better. They barely even knew what the new watch had to offer vs the previous model. If it wasn’t for the tax free shopping, this would be 1/2 stars max.
I recommend this store AS LONG AS YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! It can be super chaotic if you come without one! I’ve always gotten exactly what I needed! I even took advantage of the student promotion in the fall nearly 7 years ago to get the free Beats Headphones and both my computer and the Headphones still work great! If you are a college student, I highly recommend doing your research and buying what you need in August/September when those deals are live!
The store is well located near the mall entrance and is one of the busiest and biggest Apple Stores I have seen. Whilst the store is clean and they are organized, a better crowd management should be in place. I stood there for a hour only to find the latest version phone is out of stock. If they can put a note outside on which are in stock that could be helpful. Queuing up people out of the store without them knowing the availability is a cheeky way to handle it. The staffs were friendly and helpful though.
