I love Children’s Place because of the quality clothes, affordable prices, and the rewards, but be on the lookout when you get to the register because customer service is not a priority there. I wish I knew names, but there were 2 girls there tonight with terrible customer. They both had attitudes and rushed me and the other customer that was checking out. When I informed them of how nasty their attitudes were, they became very defensive. The sad part was that 1 of them was a manager. I wouldn’t be surprised if The Children’s Place became an online only business because good customer service is not what they’re selling.By Ruby Parker (2 years ago)Ladies and the Turtle Creek crossing in Hattiesburg we’re rude and not friendly at all!! They didn’t greet you and when you ask a question they caught a attitude. You’re best way out is to shop online!!By Tiffany Felts (a year ago)Staff was very polite and the inventory was great! Lots of cute options and sizes for my kids. The store is huge!!By Leslie Moore (a year ago)Staff not friendly nor helpful. The next time I will shop online. Not much of a selection for toddler boys!!!By Marquessa Taylor (a year ago)The products and prices are definitely favorable however I have never had a pleasant experience with the personnel especially the manager 👎🏼By Nikki Moore (3 years ago)

My experience at this location was HORRIBLE!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The management at this facility is lacking, not to mention the customer service. I placed two uniform orders with this store that was set to in store pickup, received confirmation that my order was ready for pickup and I went to pickup my order hours later to ensure that I wouldn’t have to wait long in store. After waiting in line for almost 20 minutes, I gave the store clerk both of my ID’s due to marriage I didn’t know which name PayPal processed the order in. The clerk had issues finding my order, so I offered to provide her with the order numbers which she declined stating that she found both orders. The MANAGER that came out, only brought one of my two packages. As I added that I had another order, he wouldn’t let me get a word out and kept over talking me stating it was not there. I offered to provide him the order number, he replied there’s no need it’s not here and you’ll get a refund. After a lot of back and forth, he finally went back and looked for my order under my other name that I provided to them before and FOUND THE ORDER!! He did not apologize or anything for arguing with me, he just handed me a receipt to sign. After I signed the receipt, due to wanting to look around in the mall I asked for a bag. He told me bags are for paying customers and told he to keep what I had so he would not provide a bag, I asked the clerk for a bag and she said she can’t override her manager. Needless to say this store will not get another penny of my money.By Mary Gilmore (3 years ago)The fact that you spend so much money in the store and you return because they left a sensor on my daughter pants and the workers treat you like you stole something. You pull out receipts where you spent $600.00 while shopping in there, you take your business somewhere else. Their attitude is so nasty. Every one shopping and you are in the corner gossiping. It’s horrible!!!!By Angel Burnett (4 years ago)Management is bogus. The fat light skin lady Debra or whatever is rude and argumentative and the dark skin lady doesn’t do anything but make mart comments. They need a whole new staff in there. I heard her tell one girl to just tell me they don’t have any other sizes in the back because she wasn’t going to lookBy Tammy Johnson (4 years ago)The new manager is amazing and really turning the place around. They really take the time to fold the tables perfectly and find you what you need.By emilia (4 years ago)Very patient. Helped my daughter and I choose beautiful outfits.By LuRetha Kelly (2 years ago)

The only place anyone who is shopping for children needs to go. Store has plenty of both boys and girls clothes. All at fantastic deals! Store always looks great.By Remona Brooks (3 years ago)This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I would give them zero stars if I could it was just that horrible. First off when I went into the store there was no proper greeting or anything from the workers. Two there were 6 workers in store and not one person made themselves available to assist the customers coming in instead; everyone was crowding the cash register just hanging out and gossiping so finally after I realize that no one was going to come to the floor and ask if any of the customers needed assistance I went to the register and asked them if they had any infant clothes and after they were like they didn’t have a lot of infant baby clothes I just left. But definitely save your money and your time and go to a place that actually knows how to greet their customers.By Shakeita Allen (3 years ago)Cashier didn’t know how to count apparently. Merchandise all over the place. Workers talking about previous customers in front of other customers. Just disrespectful!By Sean TheMixTape (a year ago)High prices😬 but they have wonderful clothes, especially for girls.By Purple Glitter Studios (2 years ago)Terrible serviceBy Jenni D (3 years ago)

poorly organized. Randomly finding a shirt your kid likes on a table but unable to find where the rest are for a different size is ridiculous. Could not get assistance as there seems to be a issue with mocking customers with other customers. Waiting to check out because woman behind counter was enjoying ignoring us too much as well as verbally assaulting me when I asked a question. Would not recommend due to employee behavior.By Jacks Jewell (a year ago)I remember my first visit at one of the Children’s place in Chicago it was like 14 years ago I was buying something for a babyshower I feel in love with everything they were selling. A couple of years later I became a mom and I definitely stated shopping there and at gymboree stores too, over the years they’ve gotten more expensive and not so pretty clothes. I wish it was like they used to. Went to this location not long ago so disappointing this store is not organized not having sizes available taking a long time at the registers.By Keila Quiles (a year ago)My two granddaughters favorite store. I can spend under $200 and get a week’s worth of outfits for both girls, tops and bottoms. If you’re on a budget, you’ll get more bang for the buck! The clothes last, they don’t draw up nor fade.By cynthia Montgomery (6 years ago)Had to run in for some school uniforms. The ladies were super friendly and very knowledgeable about what was in stock. We had a fun time.By Goose Jail (3 years ago)The store is very clean and well put together. MOST of the staff are very helpful and inviting.By Courtney Kenobi (4 years ago)

Seeing as I do most of my shopping online. I decided to go in the store today for my return and to get a few things. After my visit today I will never step foot in this store again! Upon my arrival I spoke to the two associates there and neither spoke ..I guess they had to finish their little gossip session. They were bad mouthing someone from another store. Which by all means say what you want but unprofessional in every aspect. Moving along , I looked around for literally 2 minutes ,swapped my paints out . So one of my items didn’t have a tag but still had the original stickers on them. She said she couldn’t let me swap because it was missing a tag and that she had know way of ringing it up. Mind you I was getting the same exact pants but diffrent size! She refused to exchange them and the pants never had the tag to begin with. It was scanned from another upc tag of the same jeans! They continued to gossip my whole transaction as if i was i interupting them. I called a few hours later to speak to a manager and hung up in my face as soon as i asked and told them what it was in regards to! Absolutely ridiculous! Bottom line if you do not want to work in customer service, then don’t! If you chose to shop at children’s place I advise you to do online or find another location.
I’m here at 11:18 ready to shop. The store should opened @ 11 however it’s closed. Call the store and a very rude woman answered the phone and said she was waiting for her employee to get to work. She has texted him and she’s waiting to hear back. I can see why she’s having trouble getting anyone to work with her with her attitude. SMHRH What happened to customer service?
I went in for neckties for my sons. Only found small sizes. I paid, and asked the cashier if they had any bigger ties. She took me over to where I had been before..I had missed the bigger sizes! The store was busy and she had a hurt knee. I am so thankful she still took the time to help me.🤗
This cashier had a line of about 4 people for over 20 mins due to her and the other customer having a Hr conversation. She didn’t have a care in the world for the customers. How are you slouching over the counter while on the clock??? On top of me having to swipe/insert my card over 50+ times just to get the transaction to go through was pathetic & a total inconvenience. Never going back
Cashier was rude, the hanger got stuck and didn’t say excuse me. All she said was “why is the hanger stuck”, like if i knew. She didn’t seem to be happy. And the other associates don’t greet customers when they are walking in.. Thought about canceling my transaction but i was not going to drive to wolfchase, plus i have a trip so i really needed the clothes for my kids. But next time i doubt if i return to this location!
