  1. This Walmart always look like a warehouse, not a store.
They always have pallets outside, people moving things, some hallways are closed by pallets.
I’ve never seen this type of mess in any other Walmart

  2. Was told at the entrance I could go in with my dog and when I was half way through my shopping, someone told me i couln’t be there with my dog. Had to leave everything and get out. If you have rules, make sure all your staff knows what they are, and not have some employees tell customers something and then someone else tell you the opposite. Will be switching to Target from now on since they allow cuatomers to go in with their dogs.

  3. This is a great place to shop. It’s pretty much always packed, but there is plenty of parking, and they have a lot of product. It is kinda far from me, but it is much cheaper than other grocery stores so it ends up being worth it.

  4. Prices are really good, the customer service is almost always good. The only bad thing about it is how packed it gets. I guess it’s understandable due to pricing.

  5. It’s not everyday that I write a review such as this. First the basics. Walmart is a hypermarket that offers a lot of products, which include groceries, household products, electronics, etc.. I think the reason why it’s so popular is because the prices here are noticeably lower than other supermarket chains. It also has this warehouse feel similar to Costco. But with low prices, there’s always a catch, and that is, the Walmart experience may not be the best for some people based on different factors. Also when checking out, they don’t accept apple pay and require you to download their app, which brings me to my next point.

This was my first time at a Walmart and I didn’t notice that apple pay is unavailable. However, there was one Cashier and I think her name is Mike and she was so patient with me. She doesn’t make me feel rushed at all and tries her best to make me take my time. Instead of making the customers behind me wait even longer, she set me aside while I get my payment method ready. She was also very helpful and told me how to pay up using the app. Once I’m done, she becomes charismatic with me. I would suggest placing a reminder to download the app if customers are used to apple pay. But because of Mike’s charisma and patience, this place gets 5 stars.

Odd observation but the Burbank Walmart has the highest ceiling I’ve seen in one of their stores. They are well stocked with most everything, but I gave it 4 out of 5 because their LA sports team apparel selection was pretty poor. I had to walk over to Target to get exactly the Dodgers shirt I was looking for. Otherwise, the store is really good.

A lot of selections without needing to buy in bulk and the price is competitive. Large area and clean. Parking is ok, people leave frequently. I was looking for yoghurt starter and still could not find it here. But I found the last shoe glue. I don’t know why only one left. Quite a few items are not restocked and it seems like it has been days instead of today. They range from green onions and some veggies, shoe and metal glues, curry mix and others. Cashiers are open only 3. And I got the best one from Armania. I like Wal Mart. But it is too far from Santa Monica. I wish they open one here soon. Young employees are really nice and helping me find what I need with their gadget. That is something new for me. The super center in within a big mall area that’s got everything in it. Will visit next time. Wal Mart is close at 11pm, which is also a plus.

a very large supermarket. It is a little outside of the city, but it can be easily accessed by public transportation in the city. Despite the recent inflation in America, it is still possible to find cheap products in this market, and they are very fresh. The only thing missing, in my opinion, is the forced shopping by the staff in the lockers in the socks and panties department. very primitive.

✅ I’ll make this quick and simple as we all have to move on with our lives. ✅ I’ve been here a few times and finding a parking has not been much of a problem. ✅ The parking lot may look so packed, but you’ll definitely find one in a minute or two. ✅ Well-organized. ✅ Self-checkouts are available. Lines can be long. I’d say 5-10 minute way on a busy day.

Store is well-stocked and well-organized even during busy holiday seasons. The produce is generally high quality and they stock things you can’t always find at other smaller supermarkets. The store itself is clean and very easy to navigate. The staff are always extremely friendly. My only complaint is that there are almost always high school students out front trying to get customers to donate to one program or another, and they are often times quite pushy not wanting to accept “no” for an answer.

One of a huge Walmart in the area, have various products. But it seems lack of some supplies, when I visit some of the shelves are empty, I might be visiting on the wrong day. Delis at quality with reasonable price, would be good option to save money. Be sure to lock your vehicle and do not left any personal belongings before your grocery shopping. Thumbs up if useful;)

This Walmart is very close to my place so I come here to do grocery shopping often. It’s pretty spacious. It’s not super clean like Sprouts or Whole foods but not too bad. Acceptable. Price is affordable, cheaper than Safeway. For the most part, produce is pretty fresh. I’d recommend going in the morning to have more choices. The deli department probably my least favorite. It usually takes forever for someone to help you and people work there are not really friendly. Besides groceries, this Walmart also has Pharmacy and other stuff so it’s convenient to go to 1 place and get multiple things.

The staff were not trying to help and seemed to have personal favor on who to serve first. Trying to get 2 hdmi cables which were locked in a glass shelf. A staff was helping another customer and just opened one next to my shelf. Waited for them to finish and asked the staff to open mine so that I could grab the cables very quickly. He told me to wait for him to take payment from the customer and I did. Then found him went away helping another new customer. Waited for 10 minutes and then tried to find help from another younger male staff who was playing with his phone. He said he did not have the key. Waited another 10 minutes and the first staff returned. But he seems forgot to have told me to wait and started chatting with another staff. Waved my hands and he might not notice. Had to go to his face and ask for help. Turned out the key was in the pocket of another female staff who had been standing there all this time. I am sure she heard the younger male staff said he did not have the key. Then the first staff got my cables in 2 minutes. Another lady then asked for help and he helped her and let me wait. It was fine as it was quick. But not sure why he told me to wait in the first place and not sure the younger staff was not willing to help me. I could only image one potential reason was that they did not like to serve Asian customers. Will try to avoid this place in the future.

The woman at customer service was welcoming and friendly. She seemed to enjoy her job. But the employees on the sales floor weren’t happy at all. I asked an employee where I can find coffee and she didn’t understand English. She quickly turned away and kept working. I just left without getting what I wanted. I stopped by the McDonald’s at Walmart and they were very nice.
