You just need to watch what items priced at checkout since they have switched to more of a self checkout policy, some items price more than posted on the shelf! Walmart stated that they may be closing more stores due to theft, I say taking the approach to self checkout is the problem! Sometimes I prefer to check myself out and other times I don’t due to the fact that you still need an associate to come and assist you with some items I’m not ringing up correctly, not priced correctly. Not everyone is familiar with how to look up fruits and vegetables that may not have a scanner tag. It took me a while to learn how to do this. Overall, I think most of us love going to Walmart. It’s a great neighborhood store that offers more than just food. Which offers clothes, cosmetics, accessories furniture, electronics, toys, etc. which replaced the stores of yesteryear, like Kmart, ventures, etc! Personally, I don’t see Walmart ever closing down or going out of business as personally. I don’t see any major competition that they have when even TARGET, has become more of a high end sort of department store! Because the older gentleman had his back turned to the, he did not see the eggs. On the other hand, the team member facing the fridge saw the eggs but chose not to help him. Very sad, this is why people are choosing Amazon and other companies like Amazon. I let them know I was on my way. When I got there, I checked in through the app and put my parking spot. A minute later, two guys came out with my TV and loaded it into my SUV. - Reviews:I came Sunday, March 5, 2023, to Woodstock at Walmart to get two tires to be fixed because I veered off the road. Unfortunately, my tires could not be fixed Sunday because the employee in auto misguided me and there were limited employees to help me, hence, I had to leave my car in Woodstock at Walmart and returned to the city which was 1.5 hours away. I returned two days after and decided to get the car fixed because the employee Danny told me they would be expecting me. When I arrived there were two employees at the auto desk one of the employees went by the name Key and another Larry. I explained to Larry what had transpired and Larry was one of the most professional, empathetic, and humbled managers I have ever met at Walmart. His level of professionalism blew me away. Thank you Walmart for employing such a great manager he is awesome. Although we were slightly confused, a lady with short gray hair in the store allowed us and guided me directly to buy a cake. We were delighted that we celebrated late minutes for my sister. We admire her attitude and warm heart, and she should reserve the best staff in the years. The staff were friendly, check out is different at this store everyone does self checkout but staff are present to assist. This store has great finds, plenty of toy and bike options. Purposely despise coming in to the store as it is usually unorganized and dirty, no one knows where anything ing is and if you can’t find it no one will. So I rather order online. I had previous order about 5 months ago for Drive up pick up, ‘Ive had previous terrible experiences in this location and had to leave as I sat in my car at this location for about an hour and a half and none of my purchase ever made it to me.
Today I decided to give it another shot and not to my surprise I sat in the car for over an hour and decided to leave (several attempts and calls where made with no answer)… while I waited 3 delivery people came out and delivered orders for pick up in that time frame, no one ever even asked me if I was taken care of or bothered to notice my car waiting there for so long, I cancelled my order yet again and only to get notifications from the Walmart app that some stuff can’t be cancelled because “they were already pulled” I need a refund for my full wasted money and wasted time at that! The phone numbers are posted with the full intention of hearing the phone ring… No one will ever pick up…. Never ever will I be a customer to this horrible customer satisfaction location or Walmart at that!
My husband went to pick up some stuff and waited more then 30 min for his stuff and that’s only because he had to ask somebody for his stuff. I even called the number and no answer. And he kept seeing other cars come and go before him…smh
This place is horrid. Every aisle in the store is disorganized and messy. A lot of opened product drank or eaten and containers left on the shelf.
Self check-out lanes are useless. More than the few employees that work there. I asked an employee a question and her response was “I don’t care I’m not on the clock” while in uniform. (No name tag).
Then the person checking the receipts is very rude. He saw me scan everything I had and pay for it and still questioned me as I was heading out the door.
Overall this store is full of ghetto people and ignorant and rude employees. Empty shelves and very messy. Won’t ever go back to this place again and I hope it closes for good.
I was looking for items, had no idea where to look but I was assisted by a young man who took the time to personally walk with me to the location. I think they call them associates. He was not the only one to help all of the walmart employees that I encountered were nice and helpful service with a smile. Thank you all and thumbs up
I pick up my groceries and household items often and I’ve have good experiences. I don’t have everyone’s name who helped picked and deliver my items to my vehicle but I do have a few names from the Thank you notes. Lillian. Samantha. Jennifer. Thanks for all you do!
