If your going to the deli for hot foods and chickens look carefully at the time made. They’ll keep the food heated long past it’s mush. Shelves are stocked and straighten which is a rarity among area Wallmarts. Twice now the price something rang up was different than the shelf. On my 3rd visit I’ll try out customer service. Staff has been friendly and helpful and bathrooms clean so I will be back.By LordNth (4 months ago)Very rude door staff. They stare at me when I’m checking out, then go through my bags that they just watched me ring up. They usually do this when my hands are full, it feels like a game. It’s the reciept checkers or lack of and there loss prevention staff for me . They have poor customer service but this location had a lot of clearance and variety. I went in to get an SD drive. They were locked up. It’s around 750pm. Walmart is still open. I’m in the electronics department looking for the person to unlock the glass door so I can get my item. No one around I see two employees talking and laughing. I ask them where is the person with the key, Id like to get an item. I was really nice when I asked. Smiling even. A guy says, “oh I think the women working is on break” I say ok who took her place? He said I’m sorry ma’am there’s no one else but she will be off break soon. I laughed a bit because I don’t have time to wait for her to get off break to get me my item. He couldn’t understand that her being on break is not my problem. So I walk to the front. The girl that was with him walked up to me and said “I spoke to the manager. The person who had the key went home I think, but you can ask the manager. I’m sorry.” Well at least this young lady tried to help. I told her thank you for trying and I want to the manager. I tell her my issue and she says to me…. Oh the only person with the key went home. (Blinking my eyes excessively) So I can’t get my item? She says… Not tonight? I laugh while upset, went to Target, got my item with no issues or locked cages no problems. Posted a video why I will never shop at Walmart again and haven’t been back since. This was two months ago. Stocks of items still at Soviet Union levels. Didn’t find a foam toilet seat and didn’t find a kitchen stacking tray. The Hot Wheels Legends Tour event was in the parking lot and there weren’t enough of the latest cases and models and the lines were 1 mile long!
Found a good deal on stylish Russell Tech Fleece Pants. I got them in three colors metallic blue,ash gray and green.
Horrible, the self checkout was 50-75 people deep. You let people with 2 overflowing carts use this service. Unreal! Never have I seen a dirtier store and waited so long in line to check out even during the holidays. Won’t shop her again, definitely don’t recommend unless you have an extra couple hours to waste.
Great service and affordable prices
Just finished one of the worst retail experiences of my life. This place is an absolute train wreck. About a third of the customers–including myself–were walking around with our merchandise in our arms because no one would bring in the shopping carts from the parking lot! It was hard not to trip over or kick all the merchandise lying on the floor in every single aisle. I had to explain what “ant traps” were to one of the sales associates. Another associate in the HARDWARE DEPARTMENT didn’t know if or where I could get a couple KEYS made. And those two were at least trying to do their jobs. Employees could be seen standing around in groups of 3-4 laughing and talking as the store came more and more to resemble the first days of the pandemic. I picked up 5 pints of ice cream before I finally found one that hadn’t been smashed en route to the freezer case. There’s more but you get the idea. Never again.
