  1. In that section that’s boxed off with all the makeup, razors, etc. the “lady” working the register literally could not be more rude if she tried. Just hateful when she did speak, but barely said a word and sat there on her phone without looking up until my dad cleared his throat and she looked up at him like he just spit in her food or something. We just wanted a razor that was in a locked display case and she acted like we were just such a major inconvenience to her. She didn’t even grab the correct razor and just hatefully spat out “That it?” And just walked off with it to the register without waiting to hear what we said. It wasn’t even busy. I didn’t see a name tag, but she is African American and has fake eyelashes. Fire her!

  2. Poorly stocked. Haven’t had any dirty martini mix in months. Products on top shelf, can’t get because no one around to help. Management, unresponsive. Will now use Homeland.

  3. The store was busy and attendant was smiling and greeted us warmly. Service was at a minimum at check out as all tellers were closed. Only self check was available. I don’t know if this is a normal expectation but this isn’t what I’ve been accustomed to in my home town location. It’s so impersonal in my opinion.

  4. Poor service. Rude staff. Start rushing you out of store 30 min early and again every five minutes. Everyone seems to hate their job and people they help. I really don’t want to be told by every store employee, how much time I have left before they close. I pray for you all.

  5. I always feel like I’m being watched here. I make absolutely sure to keep my hands in sight and everything I’m buying up in the kid part of the buggy . I’m not stealing so I could care less if the watch me probably help keep prices low,but if they are going to be all in your business at least help me find what I’m looking for when you see me lost lol

I was so happy I only had to shop one store today. I needed beautiful berries for my grandson’s Captain America fruit tray, I also needed yogurt-covered pretzels and some items to make the dip. This store had everything I needed, so I only had to shop one store. That thrilled me.

Electronics, Laya was patient and helpful, ty for putting on my screen saver leta, ty Juan for your help, everything worked ok. Just ok, sound a little scratchy moving adapters but it’s good enough. House happy, they don’t like my piano playing. Idk Why I’m good. Laya I hope that’s spelled right. TY

Need better customer service employees. Multiple families and handicap people coming through… No carts… Quite some time has past. Anyone going to do their job here?

No bad experiences. Most of the employees could look a little happier or just not so gloom, but hey I’ve worked at Walmart before and it’s not a exactly the most joyful thing ever. Plus anytime I’ve needed assistance (even from any gloomy ones) they were helpful and smiled while assisting.

It is too big for disabled people to get from one end of the store to the other without an electric scooter. A guy missing his leg could not go shopping with just his crutches. But at least 3 of the scooters were broken down. Several registers in the secured shopping areas were also not working. There are long lines of people trying to get out of the store, but the security devices were still attached to their items. So they were all waiting in a second line to have their purchases rechecked again before they could leave. The staff that they did have were nice. But, there are not enough of them to unlock the cosmetics, even some of the shampoos are locked up. Wow! The corporate management has cut too many jobs.

It was really a shock to me. There wasn’t any problem from the time we pulled in the parking lot till we left.. The store was clean and uncluttered . The best part was check out time. It was around 4 pm it was busy at the time . I finished my shopping and headed for the dreaded check out. There was a few people in line at the self check out so I kept walking. I literally could choose which cashier there was several smiling faces waiting to wait on customers. My cashier was nice she was friendly and she took time to bag my things the correct way. She even wrapped my hamburger meat in a bag. Del city Walmart is showing that customers do matter they must be listening . If they had a 10 star rating I would have gave that.

Always about the same. My appearance seems to get me followed by loss prevention pretty frequently. Which isn’t a problem considering my stealing days are long gone. Hate being asked to stop and show my receipt before I leave. It’s not my responsibility to prove I bought it, they shouldn’t have replaced people with self checkouts. I never show it I just laugh and keep it pushing.

Once again, a product price is not matching. Clearly posted $3.96. At the register, it was $8.88. I had to go to customer service, where I was ignored by two employees using a computer.

The workers were wonderful!!!! The people have not kept the store very clean. They move things around and drop trash making their jobs harder. It seems as if it’s a game to the community to watch the employees slave away and still get disrespected. If you wouldn’t do it to your mother’s home, don’t do it at our local Walmart. Karen mic drop.

The Del City Walmart is a good store. It I clean and well stocked. I also appreciate the clothes section. I rarely find anything worth buying at mu local store, Shawnee, but can always find something at Del City. Also, I love to stock up on bread from their bakery.
