  1. This store is falling apart. I was here in 2019 and it was fine, now in 2022 the store looks like it belongs in a post apocalyptic scene.

The front windows on the sliding front doors are broken out and covered with plywood, the shelves are empty on a lot of things, the floors look like someone spilled something a month ago and decided not to clean it up, there was a melon in the freezers for no apparent reason.

For such a high tourism area, this place is pretty run down.

  2. One of the most unique Walmart locations I’ve been to! This is the only Walmart I’ve seen with a vendor dedicated to souvenirs, and it’s also the only one I’ve seen that is to this size. Definitely among the best Walmarts out there.

  3. This place wasn’t as busy as it normally is. This is definitely the busiest one I’ve ever been to. Just get ready for some road rage whether you are driving in the parking lot or manning a grocery cart.

  4. This has got to be the most touristy Walmart I have even shopped at. They offered what most Walmart stores have plus a lot of souvenir type items. It was a very, very busy store. We opted to use the self check out to avoid the long lines to check out.

  5. All the registers are down have to love self check out mess.. I will never like self checkout. I will say I would give the ppl in the pharmacy I would give 5 stars

Came in from out of town and was looking for someone to help me with an item I was looking for and I came across Terri. She was picking an online order and went out of her way to find someone to come and help me. I am incredibly grateful for people like her with such amazing customer service! People like her deserve to be recognized. Thank you Terri!!

Yikes. The customers are mean and straight up rude – for no good reason. They drive through the parking lot like bats out of hades and there’s nothing in the way to prevent them from doing so… no speed bumps, nothing. There’s an armed security guard at the entrance – which tells you a lot about the area and the clientele as well… There’s also police scanners and cameras through the area – which tells you there’s a lot of crime. DO NOT stop here if you don’t have to. It’s not worth your life. Hopefully, the surrounding companies will get on top of some legislation and start demanding their politicians and community servants (police department, sheriffs department, etc) start taking crime more seriously. Nobody wants a copycat of Memphis here. Memphis is enough all by itself. So dad too – such a pretty area but the people will drag it down quickly. For sure.

Extremely bad and borderline dangerous. Stuff left in the isles, spills, employees leaving pallets and pallet jacks everywhere I mean raised up and left in the middle of the isles. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. There were absolutely no carts in the front they were all out in the parking lot.

I’ve tried calling twice about this problem but between office max and five below there are constantly Walmart carts being brought and left on the sidewalks and in the parking lot. It would be appreciated if you guys could keep ahold of your buggies or come get them so we aren’t having to drive around them or walk around them constantly

Customer service is awful. Had a issue in exchanging a Christmas gift that I was told I could exchange with Receipt which I had. I called Corporate to make a report and even corporate said that a store manager could override the issue and make it right but the IP manager decided not to and was extremely condescending and rude so was Leah a store lead. I took pictures and reported this this to cooperate and emailed pictures. No where on the shelf where cards are is there a sign that says they are not exchangeable or refundable with a receipt, not only that but prices are not even displayed and The Whole area is a total unorganized mess. The cashier never told me that this item isn’t exchangeable when I purchased them, so how is a customer supposed to know that these products aren’t exchangeable unless told or a sign displayed? Make that known to the customer or your policies are unprofessional and ridiculous and make zero sense , that’s a terrible business model. Even corporate agreed and suggested I report the two workers and the store which I did . I went to another Walmart and they were very kind , understanding, professional and heard what corporate had to say about the situation and did a policy override and exchanged the product for me which was unopened, I had only bought the night before and I had the receipt for. The management at this store is awful, totally unwilling to help even after Walmart cooperate office agreed with me on the whole situation and agreed the situation was not okay , it’s unorganized, prices are hardly ever correct (misplaced items everywhere), Leah (team lead or manager of sorts) was smirking and had attitude, and the list goes on . I live in Powell and this location is convenient but will gladly drive to the Clinton one for better customer service and a more organized store.

All of the associates were very friendly, and told me “Good Morning” with a smile. I appreciated the greeting, and the cleanliness of the store. My only compliant is that I wish they had a bit more inventory, but I understand given the times. The associates were working expeditiously to restock the shelves.

I just want to start out and say the customer checkout host, Nick, was SO kind. Nick asked each person how they were doing, helped lift heavy items without being asked, and was very personable. I have never had such a great experience doing self check out as I did with Nick. Nick gets 5/5 stars from me for being so kind. Plenty of people around me checking out also complimented Nick on how helpful and kind they were. The store itself gets a 1/5 for me. Other than the store being disorganized, I tried to call the store to speak to a CSM or anyone behind the customer service counter and I couldn’t get an answer. I called another department and asked to speak to a manger and they said they would transfer me to one and they transferred me to customer service where I waited another several minutes and my call wasn’t even answered.

Last time at this location! After my last two experiences of items being stocked in the wrong place and being told “see they should be over here” I’m done I thought maybe they might have finally gotten their act together!! BUT NOPE won’t waste my time here again. Hopefully they will be able to get help who can read numbers some day
